• Semper (9/5): Appartamento TOP in zona tranquilla ma ben servita - Appartamento spazioso, perfetto per le famiglie; cucina super attrezzata, camere grandi e con armadi capienti. Pulizia ok Vicino alla metro e ai bus, localini e supermercati nelle vicinanze Letti con materassi un pò molli (ma a va a gusti) Ascensore che non ispira fiducia
• Lavinia C (10/5): - Very clean and comfy, perfect for families with kids -enough space for everybody. Very good location with max 5 min walk to the metro and very quite and safe area. The supermaket downstairs is a very big plus. We are very happy that we choose this flat and Valentina is a very nice host.

• Oksana (10/5): - Great value for money! Apartment is spacious and comfortable- ideal for a family or a group of friends. It has everything needed for a longer stay. The location is also very convenient - only a few minutes to 2 metro stations as well as bus stations. There’s also a supermarket in a neighbouring building and a few cafes nearby. Valentina, the host, was very helpful and friendly.

• Daniela (10/5): - Zona in care este amplasat apartamentul are in apropiere toate facilitățile marketuri, baruri , restaurante ce facilitează aprovizionarea și necesarul zilnic, se ajunge in zona centrala - Sagrada Familia foarte ușor, o plimbare lejeră de aproximativ 20-25 minute , are o parcare contra cost cca 12€/zi in imediata apropiere , subterană , închisă și sigură. Totul a fost conform așteptărilor , recomand pentru un sejur in Barcelona.

• Edina (10/5): Perfect for a family with good public transport opprotunities - It is perfect for a family, with good public transport Jó volt · Close to the subway, shops, bakeries, 1-2 minutes' walk. Sagrada Familia 25 minutes on foot. The apartment is perfect for 5 people, with comfortable beds. A paid parking space is available nearby. Flexible, kind host, thank you very much! Our plane left in the evening, we could use the parking place on the last day, so we didn't have to carry our luggage on the last day. TV didn't work, it was no problem for us, but could be important for someone else.

The host ir very helpful. - Great location: close to metro stations, 2 food shops at a place, complete kitchen, nice host, awaited for me with the key late in the night. In apartment can stay up to 4 persons. First floor with elevator. Small shower&toilet room. Long corridor and small windows.

• Oksana (9/5): Lovely apartments :) - The apartments are very spacious, with several bedrooms, equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The owner of the apartment is very friendly, always ready to help and always available for contact. Thank you very much Valentina for a great time :) We will be very happy to come back again if we are in Barcelona :) Among the minor inconveniences, I did not have enough towel racks in the bathroom. Plus, the views from the windows lead to the windows of the neighbors, but this is a common thing for Barcelona, as far as I could notice :) And such large apartments are quite difficult to warm and can get chilly in cold weather. We were lucky, it was quite warm outside and we made do with the air conditioning in heat mode and turned on the heater in the bedroom a couple of times.

Answering all of your question immediately. Flat is really spacious and has everything you need, everything, toilet paper, bags for trash, guid for dishes, hair dryer, equipment for cooking etc.... Like at home. Located in great , quiet and not so touristic district with great restaurants, tapas bars and supermarkets. pressure of the water in the lavabo was not so strong but this is detail only

• Carolyn (9/5): Excellent self contained apartment in a good location - We were met by Valentina, even though we were too early to check in, she met us at the apartment, handed over the keys, explained everything, and allowed us to leave our luggage. The apartment was a 5 min walk from the metro, with a well provisioned supermarket right next door. The apartment was modern, clean and comfortable, had everything we required including a washing machine. The shower was hot with good pressure. There was no street noise at night. Nothing, this was excellent.

The metro was a 10 minute walk away which made getting around Barcelona very easy. We appreciated the secure underground car park nearby. Valentina was a fabulous host. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Our host was so lovely and obliging and went above and beyond to ensure we had all we needed for our stay. Kitchen very well equipped for cooking. Great supermarket next door. We will definitely stay here again! That we only stayed one night! We liked everything about this beautiful apartment.

• Lucie (8/5): Very good - The location of the flat is amazing, very close to metro to go to the center. around are great restaurants, it is full of locals. valentina was super kind, very easy to pick up keys the house was super clean, kitchen well equipped, the house is completely barrier free, so it was very easy to enter with a stroller big supermarket right next door plus many other shops around the main bedroom has a nice window, but the other room was really dark and loud (you could hear the lift, people talk. We could not sleep well in there). the flat was really cold - considering a long corridor without door it was impossible to heat it up the mattraces made our back really hurt after 5 nights- they were new but somehow uncomfortable...

• Jan (9/5): Exceptional value for the money. - Very good location, quiet, well connected by nearby metro station. Host was very friendly, we got everything that we needed (we just had to figure WiFi password location, but it was easy :-)). Appartment has 3 bedrooms, very well equiped kitchen, comfortable eating area. It practically sits on two food shops which is very convenient. We definitely recommend the place, you will not be disapointed. Appartment does not really have a living room, but that is the last thing You would miss on a stay in the town like Barcelona.

• Maciej (9/5): Great and safe location, 3 bedrooms - 3 bedrooms, safe neighbourhood, supermarkets very close, heaters in each room, airconditioners, comfortable beds Kitchen very small, smell od humidity, a bit expensive but I guess it is similar all over Barcelona.
