Confirmation of your reservation implies acceptance of the following specific conditions:
You must pay a deposit of €100 per stay and apartment. The deposit will be fully refunded within 14 working days of your departure, provided that no damage has occurred and the apartment rules have been complied with.
The deposit must be paid at least 24 hours before your arrival date or your reservation will be canceled with charges. Reservations made on the day of arrival must be made as soon as possible. Payment of the deposit outside this period carries a nonrefundable penalty of €40. APARTMENT RULES:
1.- IT IS PROHIBITED to have parties in the apartment.
2.- IT IS PROHIBITED to make noise between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.
3.- Smoking is PROHIBITED inside the apartment, building and terraces.
4.- IT IS PROHIBITED to throw garbage or dirty the stairs or the terrace of the block.
5.- Access to the block, apartment or terrace is PROHIBITED to more people than those listed in the reservation (including visitors).
6.- Respect the check-in (entry) and check-out (exit) times of the apartment (until 11:00). 7.- Be respectful, polite and courteous with neighbors.
8.- FORBIDDEN to cover, cover or disconnect video surveillance cameras.
9.- IT IS PROHIBITED to use towels or sheets outside the apartment (neither pool nor beach) Failure to comply with any of these rules will result in the loss of the deposit paid.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

He gave us wrong code. Did not respond for 2hrs. I nearly spent 100eur to book a new place. Then he had the wrong key in the safe so didn't open the right apartment. Had to meet up with the neighbours later on to swap keys. Good thing they were friendly but it was another inconvenience in our day. No WiFi. Loud street, no sound proofing on windows. Thread bare sheets. Basic army bed cots. Door had no way to close only to lock it with key from inside. No little toiletries. Threadbare towels, only three towels in total even though there were 4 guests booked, nevermind an extra hand towel for bathroom or kitchen. Curtains did not block any light

- Virginia (1/5): I suggest to change the deposit request and to tell clearly the conditions before the reservation - I did not like the fact that there was a 100€ deposit I did not know anything about when I reserved for the night, but just a couple weeks before my arrival. Also, I did not like the fact that it takes more then two weeks to have the money back.

We had booked an apartment with a balcony because my wife is a smoker, and they redirected us to an apartment where the terrace was for a common use, no private balcony. Now they don't want to return the deposit because of my wife smoking on this common terrace, and some smoke sucked through the opened windows. Don't you ever book this place, the communication is only through the booking.com app and only messages, they don't answer the phone. Absolute cheaters who offer something that looks cheap + the deposit which makes sense to them . They will refund you on the very last day if you are rude, or you may not get a refund at all. Also, there were ants at the new place where they sent us, and we woke up bitten by ants Our booking was changed at the very last minute. These guys are cheaters. Don't you ever book this place. You will not get a refund for your deposit even if you were a loyal client. Read all other comments carefully!!!

- Ionut (1/5): CHECK THE REVIEWS - Nothing is likeable in this flat. Staff's attitude is horrible. Apart from the fact that no one asks deposit for cheap flats they ask you for deposit every single day before your arrival. 2 or 3 days before I was getting 4-5 reminders a day to pay the deposit and it felt aggressive. I have asked them to refund the deposit 2 weeks after check out to be told, in a rude way, I need to wait 14 business days for the refund. Flat itself is a hazard, check the pictures. I have no idea how bookings.com allow this flat to be used. I end up booking it in a rush not checking the reviews and we endured that 1 night sleep.

Washing machine, small cooking equipment, small microwave, all okay, as well as the bed. Getting back the 100 euro deposit. After I left the appartment, I requested to get it back asap, since I needed it. This was the answer: "the return of the deposit is made 14 days after your departure from the apartment. If you have enjoyed your stay, do not forget to leave a good comment and we will try to get it back as soon as possible." I asked again after 16 days. Then they said it was after 14 business days, but "it has already been returned". What a shame that they did not return my money immediately, then my rating would have been very different.
- Maaria (6/5): the stay was pleasant apart from the repairs that need to be made to the kitchen. also trying to get the deposit refunde - good location and facilities broken tap in the kitchen, loose tiles on the kitchen floor. having to wait two weeks for the deposit to be returned and having to follow up multiple times to ensure I was refunded.
