• Giorgio (8/5): - Pulizia e facilità di accesso con la app Una vista orribile dal terrazzo e camere da letto con finestre sul cavedio. La zona non è delle più belle a Barcellona. Non ci siamo mai sentiti sicuri di sera.

• Sabiela (10/5): Gemütlich - Ein schönes sauberes und großes Apartment. Sehr gut ausgestattet. Es fehlt hier nichts. Die Betten sind sehr gemütlich. In der Nacht ist ruhig und man kann gut schlafen. Alvaro war ausgesprochen freundlich. Wir konnten bereits eine Stunde vorher einchecken.

Je bent heel snel bij de metro, daarnaast zijn veel dingen prima aan te lopen. De lokale markthal voor de deur en naastgelegen winkels zijn meer dan voldoende voor je boodschappen. Niet!
• Daniel (10/5): - super gelegenes, grosszügiges und ruhiges Appartment in entspanntem Quartier - - sehr nahe zu Stationen verschiedener Metro-Linien - sehr ruhiges, fussgängerfreundliches Quartier ohne Autoverkehr - viele kleine Geschäfte im Quartier für Lebensmittel - viele gute Restaurants und Bars - sehr ruhiges Appartment mit Balkon in den Innenhof - Einstellen des Gepäcks vor und nach Check-out möglich - alles zugänglich mit Tür-Codes und App - Appartment-Manager Alvaro war sehr hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar bei Fragen zu Gepäckdeponierung etc. - sehr grosses Appatment, sauber, bestens ausgerüstet - Balkon ist gegen Süden ausgerichtet, hat aber weder Sonnenstoren noch Sonnenschirme - Balkon am Tag dadurch zu sonnig und heiss - Zimmer heizen sich auf durch Sonneneinstrahlung

• A. (10/5): Fantastisch, perfect appartement, perfecte plek in de stad - Alvaro ontving ons in het appartement, hij was heel gastvrij en beantwoorde alle eventuele vragen. We konden altijd contact opnemen, mocht er wat zijn en na een paar dagen werd het hele appartement schoongemaakt en voorzien van nieuw beddengoed, handdoeken, zeep, schoonmaakmiddelen, koffie etc. Heerlijk! Echt helemaal niets. Fantastisch balkon voor ontbijt en vast ook voor lunch of diner, maar wij aten iedere avond in de stad

• Timo Bergmann (9/5): Ein wirklich tolles Apartment - Ein tolles Apartment. Wirklich alles ist vorhanden - selbst ein Cleaning-Set für die Küche. Die Lage ist klasse. Das Viertel (Sant Antoni) wirklich wunderbar und belebt. Ich würde behaupten, dass ist das beste Apartment gewesen, in dem wir auf einem Städtetrip sein konnten.
• Karin (9/5): Look no further this is your perfect stay in Barcelona - We had a large appartment, 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms for a family of five. Absolutely loved the space and the atmosphere. Deliberately looked for an appartment with a balcony, worked out great. Location is just perfect, you can walk everywhere or take the metro which is 5 min walk. Lots of grocery stores or bakeries just at your doorstep. We stayed 4 nights, had cleaning coming in after the 2nd night. Absolutely nothing. I compared dozens of places to make sure we would have a great stay and this one I would go back anytime!

• Aleksandar (6/5): - The apartment was very clean and well equipped – it had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The only drawback is the area in which it is located. We did not feel completely comfortable due to the surroundings, and this would prevent us from choosing the same location again. The area creates a sense of insecurity, and if you return in the evening, it’s best to always use a taxi.

• Mariya (10/5): - We had a wonderful stay at Aspasios Market Apartments and would highly recommend it! ​The location is absolutely top-notch—everything is easily accessible on foot, and there are multiple transport options nearby. The neighborhood is very safe and peaceful; we felt perfectly comfortable returning home late in the evening with our children. There are also plenty of shops and restaurants in the immediate area where you can grab a quick bite. ​The entire process, from reservation to online check-in and check-out, was incredibly easy and convenient. Communication with the staff via email and phone was excellent—they are kind, helpful, and respond very quickly with detailed information. ​The apartment was spotless and equipped with everything we needed. Even though we stayed for only three nights, we were pleasantly surprised to have a professional cleaning service on our second day. We also really appreciated the luggage lockers, which were a lifesaver for our late-night flight, allowing us to enjoy our final day in the city bag-free. ​The price is very reasonable for the quality and service provided. We couldn't have asked for a better base for our Barcelona trip! Nothing
• Aleksandr (10/5): Great time in Barcelona! - We liked literally everything - the apartment was spacious and stylish, it worked excellent for our family of 5 and had absolutely everything we needed. Location is convenient- we walked to all the places. Also the building has lockers for the luggage which was very handy as we arrived early. We loved our stay there! Really minor point, but to make the place even more convenient - it would be good to add a bench at the entrance and a shoehorn.

• Szymon (10/5): Pobyt był wspaniały. - Brak kluczy, drzwi otwierane z aplikacji, mieszkanie ładnie urządzone i bardzo czyste, świetna lokalizacja w pobliżu sklepy restauracje i metro, dobry internet.
• Mirian (9/5): Great apartment. Bad neighborhood. - I loved the beds, towels, kitchen, Netflix. Amazing shower. Check in easy. Check out too. Lockers for the luggage. The neighborhood is not good at all. At night is even scary. The last night someone in another apartment in the same building was shouting at 4:30 am.

For those who likes self-cooking or seafood, the market is perfect. Not that crowded / full of tourist. You can see local people come and do grocery shopping. • Tracey (10/5): Perfect base for 4 us. - So clean and the comfiest beds. Next to the most amazing bakery. 2 min walk to the tube, loads of great restaurants and bars in the area - which was away from the crowds and tourists. Perfect Nothing.

W kamienicy dostępne są szafki, w ktorych można schować bagaże jeśli przyjechalismy przed godziną zameldowania. Na przeciwko Lidl i lokalny market oraz mnóstwo barów i restauracji. Tuż obok stacja metra m.in. do Sagrada Familia. Gorąco polecam.

• Szilvia (10/5): Városnézés - Nagyon elégedettek voltunk a szállással. Külön tetszett, hogy érkezéskor a csomagjainkat egy külön tárolóban hagyhattuk addig, amíg el nem foglalhattuk a szobát. Nagy előny volt a szemben található piac, valamint a jól felszerelt konyha is. A belváros közelsége miatt minden könnyen elérhető volt. Az apartmanban található két fürdőszoba pedig külön kényelmet jelentett. Nem volt ilyen

• luca_c (9/5): appartamento bellissimo, servizio eccellente - Al di là del fatto che è sicuramente l'appartamento più bello in cui sia mai stato a Barcellona (grande, luminoso, ben allestito, in uno stabile ristrutturato), durante un soggiorno possono capitare episodi spiacevoli ma il problema non è tanto se accadono quanto come vengono gestiti e il servizio è stato impeccabile. per questo la struttura nel suo insieme merita sicuramente un voto molto alto il codice di sblocco del portone dovrebbe essere diverso dal codice di sblocco dell'appartamento

• Bonnie (10/5): It was phenomenal! - Breakfast at the shop below was DELICIOUS!!!! The space was comfortable, quiet and safe. I loved the ability to access the main door and the apartment door via the website! There was nothing we didn't like.
• Samuel (9/5): A beautiful apartment in a beautiful city. Thanks for a peaceful and comfortable stay in Barcelona! - Access to the building and to our room worked for our entire stay. The host met us when we arrived and was very friendly. Everything in the apartment worked. The apartment was clean, and the mid-week cleaning was nice. The shower temperature and pressure was excellent! We absolutely loved the balcony. The Nespresso Coffee was delicious and a nice touch. It was great to be able to access Netflix and stream movies in English. The apartment was a good size for my family, we were comfortable. The elevator was very small and slow, we took the stairs most of our stay. The breakfast was hard to order, did not have a lot of options, and was just ok. It was delivered on time, but we only ordered it once. There should really be a TV in the bedroom. I recommend adding a second TV, one for each room.
