• Sabine (6/5): Soll und Ist sehr unterschiedlich - Die Lage Die Bilder auf Booking passen gar nicht mit der Realität zusammen! Es war ein ganz anderes Appartment. Nicht so schön wie auf den Fotos! Badezimmer klein und mit Vorhang! Schlafzimmer ohne Fenster! Herd hat nicht funktioniert!

• Hemellyn (1/5): - La ubicación En el momento de dejar las llaves tuve que pagar a mayores do que estava en el booking,no funcionaba la televisión,para cerrar y abrir la puerta era horrible pues teníamos que estar forzando hasta encajar bien,alquilamos para 3 adultos y un niño y no había camas suficientes,un adulto durmió por cima de las almohadas en el suelo porque el peque no tenía donde dormir.

• Anabela (2/5): This stay was not worth the money at all. - Location Our stay was extremely disappointing, especially considering the price of around €600 for 5 nights. The location of the apartment was good, but unfortunately, that is the only positive aspect worth mentioning. Everything else fell well below even basic expectations. The check-in process was poorly handled. The person who met us was noticeably uncommunicative and provided almost no useful information, making the entire arrival unnecessarily confusing and uncomfortable. This immediately set the tone for the rest of the stay. The apartment was extremely cold, with tiled floors and an air conditioning unit that barely works. There were no slippers provided, which made it uncomfortable to move around the apartment. The condition of the apartment does not match the photos shown on Booking. It appears quite old and has a noticeable musty smell, rather than a feeling of freshness and cleanliness. The situation with the Wi-Fi was particularly frustrating. When we asked for access, we were told, ‘you have a QR code there’. No such QR code existed anywhere in the apartment. The contract listed a network name and password, yet the network itself did not appear at all. In 2026, not having properly functioning or accessible internet — or even clear instructions — is simply unacceptable, especially at this price level. What makes this even worse is the complete lack of attention to detail and basic guest needs. It gives the impression that once the payment is made, the guest experience is no longer a priority. To be clear, if this had been a short 1–2 night stay, we might not have even bothered raising these issues. However, for 5 nights at this price, a significantly higher standard of organization, communication, and overall professionalism is the absolute minimum that should be expected — and it was clearly not met. Overall, the experience felt careless, poorly managed, and not aligned with what was advertised.

Üstüne üstlük ısıtıcı talep ettiğimizde biz evde yokken minik plastik bir ısıtıcıyı biz evde yokken eve anahtarla girip içeriye bıraktılar! O da hiçbir işe yaramıyordu çünkü çalışmıyordu!! Böyle bir saçmalık olabilir mi!! Sadece ısıtıcı talep etmiştim ve bana sadece girişe ısıtıcı bıraktım diye mesaj geldi iznim yoktu! Çok pisti koltuk yataklar yorganlar aşırı pisti. Bir daha asla önünden bile geçmem.

The balcony was nice and overall the place met our expectations. The apartments were spacious to enough to house up to 4 persons, but would be most comfortable for up to 3. The apartment was on the small side, but in fairness it was "as advertised", so not a surprise. Had to rummage in the wardrobe to find the spare sheets for the pull out bed in the living room, but did find them. There was some mildly annoying drilling going on in neighbouring apartments, but it was a working day (Friday) and after 9am (more like, exactly 9am), so not the end of the world either

• Dmitry (1/5): A Masterclass in How to Ruin a Stay - Nothing. Everything was bad about this stay. Extremely Negative Experience – Strongly Not Recommended This accommodation was one of the worst experiences I have ever had while traveling in Europe. Below is a clear and factual list of serious issues that demonstrate poor management, lack of maintenance, and complete disrespect for guests. The reservation was made for three people, yet only two towels were provided. This was reported within the first hours of our two-day stay. The company replied saying they would report it and bring another towel. No info in that for the whole day. Just a little before check-out, only when I asked about the towels, we were informed that towels had been placed inside a wardrobe. This means staff entered the apartment without warning or permission, while we were out and all our belongings were inside. Completely unacceptable. The person sleeping on the sofa bed received only one thin sheet, completely insufficient. Even the double bed in the bedroom also had only one sheet, which is unacceptable. The bathroom sink was completely clogged, with water draining extremely slowly and accumulating dirt, showing lack of basic hygiene and maintenance. The television did not work, there was no remote control, and even the staff member responsible for check-in could not make it function. The internet connection was unstable, frequently dropping or having very poor signal. We were charged an abusive €25 late check-in fee simply for arriving after 9:00 PM, justified by the claim that the company “does not work” after that hour. This makes no sense. We traveled through five countries, often arriving late, and no other accommodation charged extra. This feels purely exploitative and outdated. Despite charging this fee, we were left waiting over 30 minutes outside with our luggage. I was traveling with my elderly parents (70 and 80 years old), exhausted from the trip. The trash bin is ridiculously small, not enough for normal use.

Instalaciones muy viejas, puertas que no cierran, calefactor eléctrico estropeado, no tiene mampara en la ducha(cortina de plástico por la que sale todo el agua), no funcionan enchufes de las mesitas, no tiene persianas por lo que en cuanto amanece entra toda la claridad… Agente inmobiliario del apartamento impuntual.
• Ana Benito (1/5): PARA NO VOLVER. - solamente tiene bueno la ubicación y de eso se aprovechan. no corresponde a ninguna de las fotos del anuncio. Cosa que se comunicó desde que llegamos vía Whatsapp y nos contestaron que tienen fotos de varios pisos, de varios menos del que nos dieron como podéis ver en las fotos. Cuando les dijimos varias cosas q no nos gustaban dejaron de contestar y no dieron solución. (algunas fotos están sacadas de los videos que hicimos, porque no dábamos crédito a la diferencia que había de las fotos a la realidad) El día antes preguntamos si había gel y ducha, y la respuesta fue que había "Amenities" con lo cual no llevamos nada y al llegar nos encontramos con 3 tristes pastillas d jabón de manos de esas enanas de hotel. El baño se inunda, no sé si por mala instalación o por mala colocación de la cortina. El calentador del agua, tiene un tubo para desaguar que da a la propia ducha en la que te estás bañando, cosa que es una guarrada. El resumen es: PARA NO VOLVER.

• Monika (8/5): - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja,blisko metra. Sprzęty wszystkie potrzebne do funkcjonowania. Bardzo dobry kontakt z apartamentem. Klimatyzacja. W tym mieszkaniu można poznać prawdziwy Barceloński style życia. Dość głośno,okna na samą ulicę- wiedzieliśmy że widok z balkonu jest na ulicę, ale nie sądziliśmy że jest tak głośno-spanie przy zamkniętym oknie.
• Agata (2/5): Very disappointing stay with poor conditions - We were very disappointed with our stay at this property. The apartment did not meet the expected standards for the price (around €400). Upon arrival, we found several serious issues: the fridge was leaking, some power sockets were not working, and the bed linen was dirty and stained. We tried to resolve the matter with the host, but communication was poor and later stopped responding altogether. Unfortunately, this experience left us with a very negative impression. We cannot recommend this accommodation to other travelers, as it did not provide the quality or service promised in the listing.
• Luke (9/5): Overall, it was a great place to stay! - -The location is great (close to restaurants, shops and Sagrada familia!) -Theres a lift to the apartment if needed. -Choice of using the bath or shower! -Basic amenities were provided. (Little shampoo, soap and cutlery/cookware. Ect.) -I love that there was a balcony to enjoy the evenings on. -Minor cosmetic marks throughout the apartment. (Blinds,Bathroom sink, ect.) -There was no remote control for the TV and no buttons to turn it on manually. -There was construction happening very close by (A neighbouring building had been recently taken down and groundworks were ongojng) the apartment was quite noisy during the day.

• Agustin (1/5): El check in te lo hará tu madre - Ubicación La atención al cliente por parte del dueño del piso y sus empleados El piso es muy pequeño, poco confortable y está muy demacrado, el aire acondicionado no enfriaba correctamente y la lavadora no podía cerrarse A la hora de hacer el check in a la hora que ponía en el anuncio las 15:00, el empleado que debía hacérnoslo se dirigió a mí de manera irrespetuosa, diciéndome que a esa hora no podría hacerse el check in y al insistirle en hacerlo me dijo “PUES EL CHECK IN TE LO VA A HACER TÚ MADRE” en ese momento le pedí que me pusiera en contacto con su jefe y el jefe me llamó dudando de mi palabra. Poco después cuando le contacté para pedirle que mandase alguien a arreglar el aire acondicionado, me dijo que vendría alguien al día siguiente, al día siguiente al no tener noticias de la persona que debía venir contacté de nuevo con el dueño del piso y me dijo que no volviera a llamarlo ya que ese era su número de teléfono personal, por lo que en mi opinión estaba fuera de lugar…

Super pequeño, el aire funcionaba mal, no tiene un mando para TV. Las toallas viejas y manchadas. El baño no tiene ventilación. Vale q el precio no es muy alto pero las cosas básicas por lo menos deberían tener.

• Rui (5/5): It was the worst experience we ever had in all holiday trips we’ve made - Mainly the location. We’ve loved Sagrada Família neighbourhood and the property is walking distance from Sagrada Família and from all public transportation, hop on hop off sightseeing bus included. From broken or non working equipment, to the lack of cleansing of the kitchenware and kitchen equipment. The bathroom was full with humidity and the bathroom ceiling was all covered with mold. We consider the apartment was not fully ready for a family of four.

Duvet was provided with no duvet cover which is simply unhygienic, when asked about it, the duvet cover was provided but flat sheet was taken away? The aircon didn’t work and we were only provided with a small heater that barely worked. When asked about extra blankets we were told they don’t have any Bathroom was dirty and mouldy with a shower curtain covered in mould Cover on the bed was dirty with what looked like blood Quite frankly the place could do with some work but the owner doesn’t care Avoid

• Mike (1/5): Don’t book this place, it’s awful - Its closeness to Sagrada Familia which was handy as it meant we spent the least amount of time in the apartment as possible It’s awful. Graffiti in the lift (Tourists go home), TV doesn’t work, previous guests linen left in cupboards, no heating, the air conditioning doesn’t work, the bathroom floods when you have a shower because the shower curtain isn’t fixed in the rigth place, the toilet mechanism is nearly broken, the bathroom is also mouldy, the duvets and chairs are stained and some of the lights / electrics don’t work. A complaint has been lodged with Booking.com.
• Antoc92 (2/5): Not a great place to spend your holidays - Nothing; bad experience in this apartment. Location is ok. The location is decent due to its proximity to the Sagrada Familia, and there are a few nearby shops that make life a bit easier. However, the apartment itself is outdated and lacks cleanliness. It was cold and not very functional. There was no coffee machine provided unless you request it to the owner (he brought my parents a coffee machine with 9 cups and they are 2); no heaters, only a portable stove which didn't heat the apartment. Be careful when you shower, there is a curtain and you can easily create a pool of water on the floor. Overall, my parents did not have a good experience, and we do not recommend this apartment.

• Keja (6/5): Pleasant - The location of the apartment is excellent. The apartment is 8 minutes' walk from the Sagrada Familia, and there are many cafés and restaurants in the surrounding area. The nearest metro is a 5-minute walk away. The apartment is suitable for 4 people and is located in a block with a lift. Overall the apartment is ok, the kitchen was missing a kitchen towel, half of the induction hob didn't work, the rest of the equipment in the kitchen was ok. The duvet covers were missing. The balcony overlooks the street, there are plenty of shops nearby, our host was very friendly and quite responsive.

In a stay of 4 night it wasn't cleaned for even once BUT THE CLEANING FEES WAS TAKEN ON DAY 1. 4. NO WIFI, which wasn't fixed even after informing the owner about it..

Floor with tiles was very cold. We didn’t need TV but once tried to turn it on ,it was turning off by itself.

• Karolína (9/5): We were pretty satisfied. - Perfect location, really good comunication and nice staff! Apartment was clean, especially bed was perfect- clean and cozy! We definitely plan to come back in the future. Just one thing about reconstruction right behind our window, so it was little noisy in the morning, but I hope next time will be end of it.

• Matteo (1/5): Bad experience, multiple inefficiencies - Our experience in this apartment was very poor. Unfortunately during our stay we had multiple issues. First there was no Wi-fi in the apartment; for us was very important since we were working remotely. The owner gave us the password of the Wifi of another apartment but, as the router was not in our apartment, we could not get the signal and could not use it. So we stayed 4days out of 5 without connection. The water was shut off for hours without prior notice and we had to manage the problem with the technicians because the person appointed by the owner didn't show up even though the owner knew the time technician would arrive. On our last day we were also left without electricity several times during the day, again without warning. Despite the multiple inefficiencies, the owner did not want to find any agreement. Also booking helpdesk didn't help us through the various issues. The apartment is highly NOT recommended

• Palacios (1/5): The worst customer service - Only location The kitchen was not equipped with much. The electricity went off for 12 hours during the night the last day and the staff did nothing to help putting as an excuse that it was too late and the were not going to be able to find an electrician. I had to wait from 10pm until almost midnight for them to tell me that while I was waiting in a fruit shop I found nearby the place as I did not have internet connection or anything to charge my phones to get in touch with them. The next morning they said around 10am that no one was coming because it was a public holiday and they asked me to leave the property at 11am which is unacceptable!!!! My mum is almost 70 years old and had the worst night ever. They did even have torches or candles and didn’t even offer to come by and help. I was so frustrated. I requested full refund for the full night and they refused because their staff complained that I was too “harsh on them”!!! We had to throw away food that we bought because we couldn’t cook it that night! And they were complaining without thinking the night we spent during our holiday that we did not pay for!!!! It is not the customer responsibility to understand that this situations can happen but it is 100% their responsibility to have contingency plans for this kind of situations to support their customers the best they can!!!! And this was NOT the case. I had to find a place with wifi to get in touch with them but the only thing close by was a fruit shop. I felt so frustrated that I had to ask the fruit shop staff to use their internet connection. They didn’t even reach out to me ever, it was me calling them yo get updates. Absolutely disappointed for the way we were treated for something that we had to pay. I don’t recommend this at all.
