• Marzena (9/5): Comfortable stay in Barcelona! - The apartment was really nice. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect — close to the city center, public transport and plenty of great restaurants. I especially loved the small balcony where we could enjoy morning coffee ;)

• Rani (10/5): Very nice host, beautiful city, wonderful people - The host was very supportive and helpful, the apartment location is great, next to many shops and restaurants, the area is very safe and the apartment is spacious and clean. The apartment has an AC and fans, and well equipped. very hard to find parking on the street close to the apartment,

Хозяева доброжелательные и сервис дружелюбный - Заселение вечером и в выходные за отдельные (доп) деньги - Парковка 23 евро за ночь в 500 метрах от апартов

• Y (7/5): Lousy welcome to Barcelona - Many choices of provision shops and eateries nearby. Easy access to the bus and metro. 1. At least twice, if not more, I dutifully updated our arrival time and flight number through Booking.com app when requested by the host, and again upon getting into the taxi at the airport, but to our annoyance no one met us to check us in. Our calls to the number provided in the listing were met with a voicemail. It was only after getting help from Booking.com that we got into the apartment 1.5 hours later. The person who checked us in was curt and in a hurry. And to top it all someone named Sergio called to say "who reads emails after 17:00" and that the check in agent did not show up on time because I did not reply to their WhatsApp message! No one informed us about using WhatsApp after 17:00 for communication. Moreover, we were still on the airplane when he sent the message and upon arrival at the airport we had to deal with a pickpocket incident. 2. One has to be patient using the electrical appliances especially the coffee machine. If you are in a hurry they don't work. 3. The flush in one of the toilets did not work. We fixed it ourselves. 4. The lift did not work for 2 of the 4 days of our stay. However the Housalia team did try to get the apartment complex management to get it fixed.
