• Daniela (10/5): - Ubytovatelka je velmi vstřícná a ochotná. Apartmán je nadstandardně vybavený fén, pračka,věšák na prádlo, kolicky, velká lednice,kávovar, toustovač, varná konvice, MW, gril,žehlička a prkno. Jar, prášek na praní, sprchový gel. V kuchyni cukr, sůl, základní koření, ocet. Všechno nádobí čisté, neotukane. Rádi se vrátíme. Není co vytknout.

• Kerry (7/5): Great location but limited natural light in the apartment - We loved its location to Malaga Old town and the metro line for further sightseeing along the coast. It was very clean, quiet and felt safe I probably should have read the details more but I did not like that there was limited windows in the living space. Just one small window directly from the walkway which felt a little intrusive if open so the living space felt very dark which was a shame on a lovely sunny day.

The apartment is well located, in a really quite and silent area but just 5 minutes walk by the city centre and 10 minutes by the train station. Inside the apartment you can find everything you should need. Communiction with Smila was great : she waited for us at the apartment and gave us all information and support needed. The value for money is good too. I definitely recommend it!!

Sam apartament usytuowany jest kilka minut od starego miasta, bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Za dodatkowa opłatą można skorzystać z miejsca parkingowego, 30 metrów od lokalu. Bardzo polecam to miejsce na spędzenie kilku dni w Maladze

• Michaela (8/5): Doporučuji, poloha docela v centru, milá hostitelka, která komunikuje. - Strávili jsme zde 2 noci v prosinci, dva dospělí a dvě děti. Bylo to pro nás o.k. Apartmán má obývací část do dvora, na pavlač, ložnice je situovaná do vnitrobloku, takže není moc světlý. Nám to nevadilo, protože jsme zde stejně jenom spali, na poznávání města je super. Byli jsme zde v prosinci a uvnitř bylo teplo. Je zde myčka, pračka, kterou jsme nevyužili. Hostitelka je milá a komunikativní, doporučí vám různéo tipy. Postele byly pohodlé, apartmán byl čistý. Je to kousek do centra města. Výborný poměr cena výkon.

Host molto cortese e presente, comunicazione semplice, all’arrivo ci ha fornito indicazioni tempestive su ristoranti/supermarket ed è stata più che disponibile in caso di bisogno. Molto apprezzato trovare una bottiglia di acqua e una di vino all’arrivo.

Je lui remercie beaucoup pour tout l'effort fourni pour rendre notre séjour confortable et exceptionnel. - L'emplacement fabuleux au centre ville proche de tout ( attractions, ancienne ville, stacion de train/autobuse/ metro, centres commerciaux / Puerto.. ) - Appartement moderne contient tout les équipements modernes nécessaires. - La propreté. Rien à signaler, tout était parfait.

It offers everything you need for a short stay, including a capsule coffee machine. The bed was comfortable. The apartment offers a parking space in a nearby garage. The apartment was clean. • Victor (10/5): If we come back to Malaga, this would be our choice of accommodation. - Location was great. Unit was very modern as well as very clean. Also had a clothes washing machine. The hostess was more than helpful. We were also greeted with a nice bottle of wine and a bottle of water. Much appreciated.

Mali sme súkromie, lokalita ubytovania je obrovskou výhodou; všetko sme mali blízko - od centra, supermaketu, až po autobusovú zastávku. Ubytovanie bolo čisté, vybavenie spĺňalo to, čo sľubovalo a celkovo to tu vyzeralo ako na fotkách. Ak by sme Malagu mali navštíviť ešte raz, určite sa tu ubytujeme znova. Ďakujeme! - Everything was truly excellent – from the kind and helpful owner of the apartment to the accommodation itself. We had privacy, and the location of the place was a huge advantage; everything was close by – from the city center and supermarket to the bus stop. The apartment was clean, the facilities matched what was promised, and overall it looked just like in the photos. If we visit Málaga again, we will definitely stay here once more. Thank you! Nemám čo vytknúť, mali sme len dobrú skúsenosť. - I have nothing to complain about, we only had a positive experience.

• Vincenzo (10/5): Quasi perfetto - L’appartamento, come da foto, è moderno, spazioso e molto pulito. I letti sono comodi, è dotato di tutto (inclusa lavatrice), siamo stati proprio bene. È a qualche minuto dal centro, in zona tranquilla; per la spiaggia (Malagueta) servono circa 25 minuti, ma di passeggiata attraverso il centro, per cui piacevole. Tra l’altro in dotazione c’è un ombrellone (nel ripostiglio). La comunicazione è stata molto buona; siamo stati accolti con acqua fredda in frigo, una bottiglia di rosso, e indicazioni utili su dove fare la spesa e cenare (che in parte abbiamo seguito con buoni risultati). Niente da dire.

Perfect host The apartments are in a complex with no views at all. Reminded me of prison complex ( not been to prison). So, if you want to have breakfast outside, this is not the place for you, but if you are using just as a base to sleep, perfect
• Marta (9/5): I’d recommend for sure!! - There was an air conditioning which helps when it’s so rainy in Spain. The rooms were big and clean, in the kitchen there were all the necessary appliances and even a coffee maker. Simla was the nicest and she was checking up on us the whole stay. We would definitely come back! It’s a bit dark without the windows in the common area.

The location is really amazing. A few minutes to the center and a few minutes walk to the train station if you want to go to another town. Simla is the most wonderful host. Very helpful and caring. The apartment is simple, but it has everything you need. Also, upon arrival, a bottle of wine was left in the apartment to make the trip even more enjoyable. Definitely a great apartment, for whom is important a good location. Big thanks to the host Simla.

• Elena (10/5): Exceptional - Simlâ is the most wonderful, kind and attentive host I ever met. Everything fantastic.
• Mare (9/5): Terrific value and easily walkable to central Malaga - Fantastic value for the price point we paid. It is an older residential apartment building but the apartment looks newly renovated. It has all the amenities, as advertised (including washing machine). There are all the basic cooking items needed; pots/pans in new condition. There is a cabinet with basic oil, salt, pepper and some spices for cooking, and coffee pods for the coffee machine. Basic soap, shampoo, etc. provided. The apartment was very clean. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds we’ve slept on during our 3 weeks traveling around Spain. Our teen daughter found the sofa bed comfortable—no complaints about the sofa bed and it is big enough to accommodate 2 people but the apartment is small so it would be tight in the living room for 4 adults if you need to pull the dining table out to seat 4 people and have the sleeper sofa in use. You also have to leaving the bedroom door open for access to the bathroom for anyone else so maybe not ideal for 4 adults; fine for a family though. You can pretty much walk all over central Malaga from here and be in the central walking areas within a 15-minute walk (15 minute walk to Picasso Museum); and 20-minute walk to the port waterfront. Simla (the host) was very proactive in communicating ahead of time about check-in. She met us at the apartment to ensure we were familiar with all equipment and heating; she provided bottled water and a bottle of red wine. Such generous extras! She also sent us via Whatsapp restaurant recommendations and info on the nearest grocery store (which is about a 5-minute walk away). It has been years since a host has wanted to meet us. This was such an extra touch and helpful with accessing the parking garage since the garage access key is inside the apartment. I’m just pointing this out in case you don’t know what time you plan to arrive or are use to contactless self-check-in; this property is not self-check-in. The only gripe would be the parking spot. But we were traveling in a 2024 Citreon Berlingo that the rental car company gave us. We barely fit because the designated spot has 2 brick columns on either side. If you are an oversized vehicle hoping to park here, think again. If you are the least bit hesistant or less skilled in backing into a very tight parking spot, find your own parking rather than the parking spot offered by the host (host’s parking spot is an additional 10 Euro/day). If you are in a smaller car and confident in parking in tight spots, you’ll be fine. Simla provides the dimensions of the space with photos so you can decide before committing to the parking space.

• Irina (10/5): Amazing place , definitely recommend it ! - Everything was amazing ! Simla is amazing host! The place is just 10 minutes away walking to the old city , 25 minutes away walking to the beach and all needed things is close by also. The place was really clean and comfy , all needed stuff and even hair shampoo and hair mask was in the bathroom. Also the was bottle of water and a bottle of wine as a welcome gift! We really enjoyed the stay in this apartments and will choose it next time again ! The only small minus that in the bathroom was smell of dampness or sewage , but a I’m not sure that there is anything can be done with it , and it is not critical , plus if you keep a window the smell is not strong

• Lei (7/5): Good - The apartment was clean and had all the basic things you need. The location to old town was great, a 10 minute walk. Simla was very helpful, friendly and responds very quickly. What we liked less was the fact that the bathroom was behind the bedroom. With a toddler doing naps and sleeping earlier, we used the bathroom/toilet as little as possible which wasn't convenient. The pots and pans were also a bit old.

She was kind enough to make the apartment available to us early because our train was earlier than the normal arrival time. We were very grateful for her thoughtfulness and flexibility. She was very responsive throughout our stay. The location is exactly what we like: close to the old city and places of interest but away from the noise.

• Delina (7/5): Nice place to explore Malaga - The apartment is just next to the historical center of Malaga and the private parking less than 10 m. away is a big plus. Keep in mind that not only the parking spot but the hole garage is tiny for maneuvering so I don't recommend it for SUV or something bigger. We were with Ford Puma that managed to fit in the spot but getting in and out wasn't so easy. The host is very nice and friendly, she welcomed us and responded immediately to our messages all the time. Easy check-in and check-out. The apartment is pretty dark. The bedroom has a small window looking into other building which is too close (it was quite noisy from there one night). The living room windows are next to the hallway of the building and if the shutters are open, everything is visible. The kitchen amenities are a bit poor.

What is really exceptional is the host, who gave us great recommendations on what to do in the city, where to eat etc. Additionally she came to rescue us at 10 pm when we locked ourselves out of the apartment. 10/10 would recommend. 😁

The willingness to help and interest definitely go beyond the Booking standard, which is why we did not pay attention to minor issues during our vacation (although the price-quality ratio is still very good!)

• Rachel (9/5): A lovely, fully-equipped apartment to stay in, just a short walk from the hustle and bustle of the city - The apartment is in a good location, just outside the hustle and bustle of the main streets. It was clean and comfortable. Communication from the host was excellent! She was very helpful, arranging a suitable time for us to check-in and providing tips of things to do/places to visit in the local area. We chose this apartment as we wanted somewhere quieter to stay with the family but did experience some noise from other residents shouting loudly for nearly the whole of the first night.
