Il posteggio, le indicazioni per scoprire qual era l’appartamento nello stabile. La camera, il bagno pieno di muffa e la doccia rotta, pareti sporche, filtri dei condizionatori sporchi da non potere accendere l’aria per scaldare, casa umida e che non vede mai il sole.
• VermiVermi (6/5): - Location, separate parking close to the apartment, all needed equipment, 2 ACs in the living room and bedroom. The apartment is really moist (I guess it's the same issue for the region), no kettle, apartment could use some fresh paint.

• Ptak (8/5): - Lokalizacja, wyposażenie kuchni, dwie spore szafy, dużo rzeczy, które umilają pobyt. Niestety w okresie zimowym jest zbyt wilgotno w mieszkaniu, zmieniliśmy kwaterę na kolejne dni. Wystawa okien tylko na północ, co wzmaga wilgoć w okresie zimowym. Podejrzewam, że latem tego problemu nie ma i może działać na plus.

• Ashwini (9/5): Great place to stay. Easy access to popular spots and public transport. - Best place to stay! The hotel is conveniently located, making it easy to reach most of the popular attractions. Public transportation is very close by, which makes getting around the city super easy. The only downside is that the road nearby can be a bit noisy at night because of cars and bikes.
• Cintia Auletta (8/5): ´Málaga muy comfortable - El departamento era muy cómodo y agradable, con detalles de confort y atenciones como café, te. La cama era cómoda, el baño muy bien, pero si abrías la ventana daba a las otras viviendas. Tenía ascensor y era silencioso. Incluía estacionamiento, lo cual resulta muy conveniente, y nos dieron allí las llaves. La ubicación no era céntrica pero a pocas cuadras estaba el paseo marítimo y era accesible por bus al centro. Fue muy amable el propietario en dejarnos ingresar antes del horario de check-in porque le pedimos de hacerlo. Llegamos anticipadamente por cuestiones meteorológicas. Lo que no me gustó es que, a pesar de que decía en la descripción que había hervidor eléctrico, le escribimos y nos dijo que no había. Sin más. No es tan importante, quizás pero nos sorprendió que dijera NO HAY y no buscara una alternativa,

• Pozityvo (9/5): A good place for a few nights. - The apartment was cozy and comfortable, with easy access and check-in. The hosts responded quickly to any questions. There were plenty of essentials available. It was very convenient to have a secure parking space nearby. The market and various small shops and kiosks are just a short walk away. The stay was comfortable overall. Yes, the front door was a bit tricky to unlock at first, but once we figured it out, it wasn’t a problem. It took just a couple of minutes to get used to the lock system. It would be convenient if the drying ropes outside the bathroom window were free to use. Otherwise, everything was really good.

Pour ce prix on est en droit d'avoir un vrai grille-pain, une bouilloire et une cafetière électrique . L'environnement n 'est pas très agréable, l'emplacement est loin du centre ville, un bus à proximité qui vous dépose après 40 minutes de trajet. Nous avons été en panne de télévision le premier soir, c'est dommage de louer un appartement sans vérifier le bon fonctionnement du matériel . Je ne peux pas conseiller cet appartement et je n'y retournerai pas. Ce que j'ai déjà mentionné dans mon premier commentaire.
• Jean-Luc (8/5): Il fait le job - L'appartement est bien équipé et bien insonorisé . Il correspondait à notre attente . Le gros plus , le parking gratuit qui est peu éloigné de l'appartement . Le gardien du parking est sympathique et accueillant . Le centre historique de Malaga est très agréable , proche en voiture et équipé de nombreux parkings L'environnement , surprenant au premier abord .

• Filipa (1/5): Avoid This Place at All Costs!!! - Although the owner eventually offered to clean after hanging up on me, I don’t believe her behavior was appropriate for someone running a rental business. AVOID THIS PLACE. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with an apartment rental. From start to finish, everything was a nightmare! Horrible Conditions: • The apartment smelled like food upon arrival. • The sofa was grimy and covered in stains, and everything in the kitchen was greasy to the touch. • The bed was an absolute disaster—I found a spider, hair from other people, and sheets that were neither white nor clean. • In the bathroom, the shower gel bottle was dusty, which made me question when the place was last cleaned. Amenities Misrepresentation: They claimed to provide amenities but left only used coffee, oil, and oregano—not exactly what I expected. • Customer Service: I tried contacting the property multiple times, but no one answered. Booking.com was unhelpful, offering no alternative solutions. When I finally reached the property owner the next day, they were rude, accused me of lying about the cleaning, and even hung up on me. • Sleeping Conditions: The mattress was a thin, uncomfortable sponge, and I couldn’t sleep at all. For the same price you can stay in A BETTER PLACE!
• Monika (7/5): Good - Spacious apartment in good localization - bus stops and metro station nearby. Big plus for available parking space included in the price, because there are no many available free parking spots on the street. No kettle. Apartment was clean but one evening we found one cockroach. We spotted mold in the coffee pot.
• Ileana (9/5): Superb - Very convenient if you have a car as it comes with secure parking. The apartment is brand new and has all that you may need even for a longer stay. Still walkable to Malaga city centre or a quick bus ride.

• Marko (9/5): Superb - well equipped - clean - two AC units, one in the living room one in bedroom (only one can work at a time) - bus, train and metro stations in close proximity - quiet neighbourhood entrance door hard to unlock (you need to put the key fully and then pull it out a tiny bit when unlocking) - living room sofa could be bigger, or retractable

• Petra (10/5): Cozy with everything you need. - The apartment is great, it spacious and very cozy at the same time. It has everything you need, from iron to hair dryer. Also the parking in the garage is great and it helps keep your car cold in the summer. The front door is really a bit hard to unlock, but one you get a hold of it, it gets easier.

• Tj (8/5): Quiet and comfortable close to city centre - Spacious, clean, and comfortable one bed apartment. Nice and quiet residential area within easy walking distance to tourist areas (about 20-30min walk). Parking is a short walk away (2min), but worth it if driving.

• Tze (8/5): Very good - The apartment had all the facilities we want. We could walk around 8 minutes to the two nearby metro stations and went to the down town. There was a large supermarket close to the apartment and we could buy anything we needed. We got the key from the carpark porter and the owner had sent all information to us through whatsapp before we arrive. The main entrance door to the block was difficult to be opened and we had spent time to open it.

• Lenny (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was PERFECT!!! The kitchen was according to my girlfriend very well equipped. Shampoo and body soap was also of very good quality. Air conditioning was in every room. Totally exceeded our expectations. The Key handover was a bit complicated if you dont speak much spanish.

• Chris (8/5): Comfortable apartment with free parking - Comfortable apartment 40 minute walk to the centre of Malaga. 10 minute drive from the airport. You can also get part way to the centre on the metro with a 10 minute walk at the other end. Free parking was a real bonus, 100 meters from the apartment. We parked and collected the apartment keys from the parking attendant. Tea and coffee provided. Communication with the owner was very good. Better instructions about key collection would have been nice.
