• ALISSA (9/5): - The apartment was the perfect place for our family to acclimate to Spain and recover from a long flight. The a/c worked well to cool the apartment. The blinds kept the apartment cool and dark so we could nap in the middle of the day. It was in a great location. Easy to walk to brunch, dinner, the park, subway, etc.

• Keith (10/5): Perfect location to enjoy a beautiful city! - The apartment was in a perfect location to enjoy the best of Barcelona. The Ciutadella park was within 2 blocks and was a great outdoor space for families. We were traveling with our son’s family (2 1/2 yr old grandson) and the park was perfect for him to run around. Bus and metro stations were also near the park and walking distance from the apartment. The Sagrada Familia was only 1 mile and Guell Park a little over 2 miles, both easily reached by bus or subway. The apartment was spacious, clean and had all the amenities of a full kitchen, 2 bathrooms, laundry and 3 bedrooms. Nothing! It was perfect for our stop in Barcelona.
• Doktor (8/5): Nice location in Barcelona and very nice area. - It is a very nice location, but not so easy with the key, if you arrive later than 7 pm. The key pick up is more than 30 min. of walk away from the apartment. We were lucky to have a local colleague to pick up the key for us. I think there is an extra charge to get the key delivered after 7 pm. but this is of course a nice option. The humidity in the apartment was very high and there was a little smell of the high humidity. Ortherwise was everything else great. We wouldn't mind coming back to the apartment.
• Cheryl (9/5): Excellent location with access to the park and wonderful restaurants. - The bedrooms were well laid out and there was ample storage. The kitchen was equipped with everything we could have ever needed with a large refrigerator. The washer and dryer were in great working order and the AC was phenomenal. Very close to the bus station for tours!! There were some fruit flies but that’s pretty normal for summer in Europe.
• Margaryan (2/5): Very poor - The fridge was good Lots of bugs everywhere. The beds were not comfortable. We had to take the keys from a different place which was very far away and had to spend extra money to go take the keys and come back for the check in. Later for the check out we had to go back there to leave our luggage until our flight. The water got cold after only 2 of us showered. There was a smell of humidity from the whole building. The beds were humid.

• Mohannad (10/5): Amazing stay would love to repeat it in the future. - The property is very clean. Anything you would need for your stay is there. Excellent quality of appliances. The location is excellent everything is within walking distance. Most of the touristic sites are easily accessible. Two supermarkets just in front of the apartment. Nice cafe “Boheme” few mins walk for nice coffee and pastries in the morning. The staff are very friendly and easily accessible. To be fair the whole city is amazing and people are so friendly. I would definitely consider coming back to Barcelona and would love to stay again in that same apartment. Nothing.

• Madhu (1/5): Bad - Nothing to like about this property. Avoid it. There are plenty of other properties in BCN First, not listed in booking.com at the time of reservation, we were asked to pay 100 euros because we collected our keys after business close. There were no toiletries in the bathrooms. No coffee. Hot water wasn't there. Had to call maintenance to get it fixed. $163 was charged as cleaning fee at the time of booking, but yet we were asked to take out the trash when we left and keep the apartment clean. BCN apartment rentals were not hospitable or apologetic for not disclosing all this at booking time. Lots of hidden fees/charges. I hold BCN accountable for hosting an apartment and a renter like this.

• Argjent (8/5): Very good - I liked the location, the kitchen is very nice and it is spacious. Some things needs to be fixed. The forniture are older than it look in the pictures. I did not like the way of treating the clients from the stuff. You have to pay in advance and than when you go there you have to pay 500 euro more as a security deposit. They will give you the money back if you don’t make any damage in the apartment. I think there is an agency who manage this apartment and the manager called Ines was very rude to me. This is the reason why I gave 1 point less for the review. I would like to thank the other lady who came to give me the keys bcs they said that I have to go 3 km from the apartment to take the keys. I was in front of the apartment at 18:00 and they close the office at this time.
• Iryna (10/5): Exceptional - This is perfect appointment. Located in awesome location, just 20 minutes ti the beach, 5 minutes to the transportation. Around lots of interesting places, very close to the Zoo and ect. Appointment exactly like on the pictures. Very comfortable . None
