• Ema (2/5): Good location, heavily used apartment, low hot water tank, mouldy AC, not clean apartment, especially bathroom - The location was amazing. Some cooking pans were good. The TV was nice. There was some baking paper. We only got two toilet paper rolls for 4 days, one tablet for dishwashing. The bathroom smelled bad and was also not throughly cleaned, plus it was very cold there with no way of making it warmer (we came in January). The water tank is only 60 liters, that’s what the staff told me so in reality it could only take a 10 minute shower of one person at a time, then we had to wait more than 30 minutes for the water to be heated again. It is a nice apartment, but it carries heavy signs of use. For example the couch is falling apart and we were sliding down from it because of that. The tables were not stable. Mattresses were lied in very much, so I felt like I was sleeping in a hole.

• Gloria (7/5): - Ubicación. Bastante menaje y no falta detalle. El colchón de la cama es muy incómodo, muy blando. Tuvimos que dormir en el sofá cama. Menos mal que había lavavajillas porque el fregadero estaba atascado. La cafetera necesitaba cápsulas tasimo que tuvimos que buscar por supermercados de otro barrio.

This apartment is nothing like the photos advertised. Upon arrival, we found it in an extremely unhygienic state – stains covering the walls, cigarette butts scattered around, dust and dirt on every counter, and pillows with visible yellow stains. It was truly disgusting. The property also felt unsafe. One of the locks had been removed, leaving a hole through which anyone could look inside. Another lock on the door was so flimsy it would not stop anyone from entering. My parents were so uncomfortable they left immediately. I contacted the property and sent multiple photos and videos as proof. They refused to acknowledge the issues and have since ignored me. They verbally agreed to refund the nights we didn’t stay but never followed through. Booking.com has also failed to resolve this. The person I dealt with via WhatsApp was unhelpful, rude, and repeatedly hung up when I tried to call. She avoided answering questions and even dismissed my concerns about the lighting in the photos, claiming “you can see the light is on,” when in fact the images appear to have been edited to make the place look brighter. As you can see from my pictures below, the reality is far from what is advertised. Avoid this property at all costs – filthy conditions, unsafe environment, misleading advertising, and appalling customer service! I have lots more photos, but booking.com well only allow me to upload 4 Unsafe, absolutely filthy, dirty, very unhygienic! Promise to give us a refund and went back on there word. booking.com we’re absolutely useless in assisting us they do not care we never use Booking.com again.

• Depczyńska (10/5): CUDOWNIE MIEJSCE DLA DWOJGA - Świetne miejsce – wszystko, czego potrzeba na udany pobyt! Apartament bardzo czysty, zadbany i przytulny – dokładnie taki, jak na zdjęciach. Znajdowało się w nim absolutnie wszystko, co potrzebne do komfortowego wypoczynku: zmywarka, pralka, piekarnik, mikrofalówka, Tv,czajnik elektryczny, deska do prasowania, żelazko, a nawet suszarka do włosów. Dodatkowo czekała na nas miła niespodzianka na powitanie, co było bardzo sympatycznym gestem. Duża szafa pomieściła wszystkie rzeczy, a łóżko było wyjątkowo wygodne – naprawdę dobrze się spało! Klimatyzacja i wentylator działały bez zarzutu, co w gorącym klimacie miało ogromne znaczenie. Lokalizacja również na plus – blisko do sklepu i restauracji, a jednocześnie spokojna okolica. To miejsce, do którego chętnie wrócimy i które możemy szczerze polecić! Jesteśmy w Maladze już drugi rok z rzędu i zdecydowanie możemy powiedzieć, że ten apartament był lepszy niż zeszłoroczny. Polecamy z całego serca! Jedyne, czego nam trochę zabrakło, to miejsca do rozwieszenia prania – ale bez problemu poradziliśmy sobie, kupując sznurek i tworząc własną mini suszarnię 😊.

• Farangis (5/5): Apartment not according to our expectations - The location of the apartment is great. The living room is spacious and contains all amenities, including a smart TV and washing machine. However, unlike the pictures show, there's almost no natural light coming in the living room, and bedroom. The apartment is very dark, and there's a musty smell coming from the dish washer, fridge, closet and bathroom. The tiles in the bathroom are not properly clean and there's mold growing in the shower. This is a bit reflected on the price, but all in all it was not according to our expectations.

• Salome (6/5): Good location and upper floor. Everything else was bad. - The location was very good and the upper part of the apartment as well. Room was nice. It had possibility to wash clothes which was nice as well. About the bedroom on the -1 floor...it had no air at all (no windows), there was a horrible smell on humidity and mold. I don't think it is even safe to stay on that floor. Neighbors were very noisy, you can hear them whole night in every room. It was promised to have terrace but it was a lie. Also it was written to have wine and snacks - also there were not any. So we asked them to change their advertisement as it was full of wrong information. They of course blamed it on booking, saying that booking has put the wrong information there. Bathrooms were not cleaned.

Felt secure and relatively quiet from the road outside. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms which were good spaces. Beds and pillows were too hard for us. Air conditioning unit worked but leaked water constantly when switched on - we had to mop the floor daily! Let the owners know about this when we arrived but had to remind them twice before we finally had an A/C technician visit on day 5 of our 6 day stay at the property..

• Ruxandra (10/5): Great off season find - Beautiful and huge apartment. Basically it's 2 apartments in 1, with the one in the basement being the most interesting and romantic. Very nice decorations and renovations done, motion sensors for the stairs and well equiped kitchen. We loved everything and omg, I forgot to mention the beds! The mattresses are to die for! Oh well, as others said before, not very soundproof, you can hear everything, from toilet flush, to people talking. Thank god it was not summer!

• Karen (9/5): City cultural break with family - Nice apartment & facilities, shared terrace was lovely for brunch or to enjoy a quiet drink in the evening. Great location, small supermarket nearby, local bars & restaurants, 10 minutes walk to the heart of the tourist area. Jesús was very friendly & helpful, great communication start to finish! Not much, a few more plastic utensils (spatula) for the kitchen would be nice maybe.
• Sorin (8/5): The stay is nice if you dont care about the noice. - The apartment was big and it has everything what you need. The location is excellent. Unfortunatelly the fonic isolation is missing which measn basically you feel every single noice from neighbours. So basically you can slep if you have decent neighbours otherwise you can sleep just when they sleep. In our case was after 4:00 AM every night.
