Important Information

By law in Barcelona, quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM. Please be considerate of neighbors. Parties or loud music are strictly not allowed. If neighbors are disturbed or the police are called, the reservation will be canceled without refund. Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the apartment. You may smoke on the balcony - please use an ashtray and do not throw cigaret butts on the floor. If smoke, burns, or any related damage is found, a minimum 250EUR cleaning/damage fee will apply. Sorry, no pets are allowed in the apartment. Do not leave the key inside the lock when you leave, or you will not be able to reenter, and a locksmith will need to be called at your expense. Forgotten keys requiring emergency assistance: 50EUR. If locks need to be changed: from 200EUR. Lost or unreturned keys: 180EUR per set. Late check-out without prior agreement: 50EUR per hour. Only guests listed on the reservation are allowed to stay. If unauthorized guests are found, the security deposit will be withheld and the reservation may be canceled. Please do not take the white towels to the beach. Ask us about renting beach towels instead. Please lock all doors and windows and turn off the AC when you leave the apartment. For stays of 28 nights or more, a 200EUR monthly contribution for utility bills (electricity, water, gas) applies, payable in advance at check-in. As per Barcelona law (Ley Ciudadana - April 2017), we are required to collect passport details for all guests. This information is submitted to the police within 24 hours of your check-in, just like in a hotel. A security deposit is required and will be held on your credit card. It will be refunded 7 days after check-out. If paid in cash, the refund will be made via bank transfer, and any transfer fees will be the guests responsibility. Tiantian (10/5): 非常棒！ - 看之前的网络评价感觉民宿所在的社区并不安全，担心很多。但首先住宿所在的社区非常安全和安静，居民也很友善，交通非常方便，电车、地铁和公交车都有，去市中心只需要20分钟。最感谢的是房子本身比照片中呈现的要大很多，而且很舒适，设施配备齐全。房东Sanra亲自来迎接我们，办理入住，交付钥匙，确保各项设施完善，并推荐附近的餐厅、超市等，真的非常满意，是绝对超出预期的一次住宿体验。完全没有！

Josune (8/5): Apartamento cómodo y limpio - El apartamento estaba perfecto para pasar unos días; limpio, cómodo y con todo lo necesario (secador de pelo, muchos utensilios de cocina etc). Tiene una boca de tren a 5 minutos andando. El personar muy agradable, nos explico todo muy bien. El apartamento está muy bien pero está situado en un barrio un poco inseguro.

Vucko (9/5): Cozy stay in a quiet neighborhood - The communication with the host was fantastic. It was a last minute booking, so they went out of their way to host us. Very flexible and professional. The flat has all you need for a comfortable stay. Designed very cozy, eqiuped with AC and comfy bed. Neighborhood is quiet and location to train/tram saved us a lot of taxi rides. Nothing particular, I would definitely choose to come back again.
