• Andre (10/5): Lugar lindo e calmo. - Localização e atenção às dúvidas que tinha. Da porta de entrada que não abre toda, o que dificulta a passagem de carrinho de bebê.
• Emanuele (9/5): Comodo pulito e accogliente - Struttura trovata molto pulita, moderna e organizzata, bella l’idea dei kit di benvenuto e molto utili nel caso in cui qualcuno si sia dimenticato qualcosa per il viaggio. Posizione spettacolare a 8 minuti a piedi dalla Sagrada Familia e in un punto tranquillo e non trafficato essendo in un vicoletto Difficile da scaldare la stanza con il letto matrimoniale e il “divano-letto” con le ruote era impossibile da far star fermo ma basta togliere i materassi dai pallet e si risolve il problema
• Daria (5/5): Sopravalutato - vale solo per la posizione - Posizione strategica Comunicazione per gestione check in e check out L’appartamento, a una prima impressione, è molto carino, arredato con gusto. In realtà però presenta diversi problemi che andrebbero seriamente rivisti. Durante la doccia l’acqua fuoriesce da sotto il pavimento del bagno (già visibilmente gonfio) e arriva fino alla zona giorno. La pulizia generale era insufficiente: polvere, muri sporchi, capelli, ragnatele.. Il divano era sporco e maleodorante; abbiamo dovuto coprirlo e rimuovere il tappeto, pieno di capelli e sporcizia. Il climatizzatore ha probabilmente i filtri da pulire perché faceva un odore forte. Nel complesso, nonostante i processi di check-in e le informazioni siano ben organizzati, l’alloggio necessita di una manutenzione e di una pulizia decisamente più accurate.
• Massimo (10/5): Appartamento carino ed in ottima posizione - Appartamento molto carino, arredato in modo cool, ottima la posizione e la tranquillità notturna Avrei aggiunto qualche cassettiera e degli appendini in bagno
• Chiara (7/5): Bello, ma ha i suoi difetti - Appartamento molto carino e tenuto piuttosto bene. Si vede è passato del tempo in confronto alle foto pubblicate, ma ne siamo rimasti abbastanza contenti. Aveva tutto quello che è stato elencato sul sito. Letti comodi, armadio con lenzuola e piumino extra. Non sono una grande fan dei vestiti appesi all'aria ma per qualche giorno è stato quasi divertente cambiare questa abitudine. Pulizia ottima. Anche la posizione è ottima, sia per la colazione che per fare una passeggiata serale vicino alla Sagrada Familia. Circondata da mini market e farmacie. E vicina ai mezzi, due fermate della metro che portano quasi ovunque e anche autobus. L'appartamento è stato preparato per due ospiti e non per tre. Ho richiesto i vari set e "doni" che di solito lasciano, ma ho dovuto dire specificatamente cosa mancava anche se all'inizio avevo detto che mancava tutto per il terzo ospite. Scarafaggi, una volta purtroppo anche sul letto. Abbiamo dimenticato l'ombrellone da spiaggia al check-out, ma nonostante la richiesta telefonica non sono mai stata ricontattata se effettivamente avevano o meno recuperato l'oggetto. La chiave è molto comoda ma dall'interno non siamo stati in grado di usarla se non con l'app che avevo solo io e quindi ero obbligata ad usare sempre il mio telefono per sbloccare la porta dall'interno.
• Pauline (7/5): - Jolie décoration et bien situé Pour un couple très bien mais avec 2 ado manque de place. De plus pas assez de fourchettes (il y en avait que 3!) . Voir pour mettre du double vitrage car on dirait que les fenêtres sont ouvertes en permanence. Du coup rapport qualité prix pas satisfaisant.

• LEANDRO (9/5): Muy buena ubicación, cómodo con cocina y baño pequeños - La ubicación es excelente. El living y la habitación son bastante amplios pero el baño y cocina son compactos para moverse cómodo. El baño tiene piso flotante y el agua de la ducha se va por debajo del piso. Lo que redunda en sentir siempre el piso húmedo y también la se escucha el agua debajo cuando uno pisa. En general el baño tiene problemas de humedad. Tango el baño como la cocina son muy compactos y no es fácil desplazarse.

• Bolivieri (9/5): charming apartment - very charming apartment, on a little passage, large living room, finely dcorated, many amenities, perfect location. we felt very at ease and at home. good point also to be able to drop our luggages at sweett inn office. shower was not working perfectly (water splashing around to the roof), bathroom door do not close perfectly, cuttlery could be reviewed but nothing outstanding as well. those are little details.

• Daniel (5/5): Great location and bad condition of the apartment - Raco - The location of the facility and the ability to drop off luggage before check-in time at the office. Electronic door key - self check-in. Bathroom in very poor condition, fungus on the walls and floor. In the colder months, coldness in the apartment (leaky windows). Very poor lighting of the apartment. The apartment needs a thorough cleaning.

• Siti (8/5): Check in time - The check in time was quite late, 16:00, however they give a service where we can leave our bags in their office (20 minutes walking distance) The apartment is nice however you can see in certain areas it needs to have some works done

• Paola (8/5): I recommend just watch for the humidity. - Great location, staff is so friendly and is comfortable. There’s an issue with the bathroom floor (water under the tiles) and in general the apartment is so humid, even the linen smells all humid

• Jessica (7/5): comfortable enough. great location. small for 4 people - central location in quiet part of the neighbourhood, very close to Sagrada Familia although in a quiet part of the town, the walls are not at all sound proof so a lot of noise from the street enters. the washing machine did not work properly, the heating option started to trip the power and overheat the machine. A fair few lights were not working. tight space for 4 people. overall it was comfortable enough, but through the app a little difficult to communicate with staff. confusion as to whether the apartment had a dishwasher or not- staff did not know. expensive for what it is but that is Barcelona
• Velizar (3/5): Unpleasant experience - The location of the apartment/house was very good. We were able to easily walk to the places we were interested in. There are good restaurants nearby as well. My issues began even before the start of my trip. Some time before my check-in date, a request came in via the Booking.com chat from the owners to provide an estimated time of arrival. There was also a link to a different app where I had to put information from my ID card to do an online check-in. I only provided the estimated time of arrival through the Booking option. I did not want to upload pictures of our ID cards to an unknown application that is not associated with Booking.com However, I kept on getting spammed by them. I did some research and it turned out the owners are in fact a corporation that hold many apartments across the world. So I looked for some reviews and there were a lot of comments stating that they were a scam and a lot of other comments that people were happy from them. Both from accounts that had just one review, so I wasn't sure if I can trust the reviews. So I found the app in the Playstore and saw that it had 10k+ downloads and not a single review. As of now, I was feeling even less comfortable with them. I asked to do an in-person check-in, as the Booking has specified that a person would meet us at check-in, and there was nothing in the Booking that said that I have to do an online check-in, so this is a brand new requirement that was requested of me after I had already paid. Their response was that they did not have a person in the city to provide this type of a check-in. Which was enough for me to ask them to cancel the Booking from their end as this contradicted with the information in the Booking about having someone meet us at the property. I also contacted Booking.com customer support and had explained to them the situation. They were siding with me and if the property did not meet the description about having someone there, I would receive a refund. After some hours the customer support got back to me and said that they have spoken with the owners and that I should go to their office in Barcelona.
