• Anca Diana (9/5): Good location at a decent price compared to others - perfect location (close to everything: bus stations, train station, park, beach, shops, restaurants, and yet quiet, no noise from the outside) the kitchen has everything you might need for a short stay free lockers ( works with 1€ coin) at the ground floor of the building- a very cool bonus the extendable sofa-bed in the living is a bit old and very noisy, and quite short

Mieszkanie jest ciemne i ma bardzo specyficzny układ, jest wąskie. Nie ma gdzie wstawić fotelika dla dziecka w taki sposób, żeby nie przeszkadzało. Łazienka jest dostępna przez sypialnię.

• James (8/5): Nice apartment in great location - Well located to the train station and the airport, lots of nice cafes, bars and restaurants nearby. It had great facilities for a toddler/ baby - nice cot and high chair It’s a little bit small for two adults and a toddler - but we only stayed two nights and it was fine

• LyazzatK (8/5): - Location is perfect, and very quiet area. Close to the city center and the seaside. Lockers downstairs is a big plus for those who need to leave their stuff before leaving thw city. Clean apartment. We were asked to take out the garbage by ourselves, and specifically between 9 and 11pm. But property did not consider that check out time is 11am. Cleaning fee included is around 50 eur, why we are even asked to take it out? Communication was fast, but a bit confusing: through whatsapp and booking, seems like different people answering, along with their confusing AI generated messages. Deposit 150eur.

My husband joined me on the second night but there were no issues on arrival as all codes for entry were sent well in advance. Place was spotless & all was good quality, comfortable & inviting. ¡Perfecto! Going home!

Very close to train c1 which goes to airport, yet only 10min from the city center This appartment needs to be cleaned better - fllors were dirty. Also, the appartment on the first floor is not bright as on the photos, but quite opposite.
• pagano (8/5): Bene la posizione, il resto non ci ha convinto - Abbiamo apprezzato la posizione, centrale ma fuori dalla bolgia turistica, vicino casa si trovano un supermercato e una farmacia. L’alloggio e’ arredato con arredi abbastanza datati (purtroppo a mio marito durate la notte e’ caduto un quadro in testa mentre dormiva per fortuna niente di grave ma non abbiamo avuto nessun supporto dalla proprietà), gli asciugamani pochi e di scarsa qualità… poca accessoriata la cucina… pulizia dubbia.
• Francesco (9/5): Ottima struttura - Ottima la comunicazione da remoto; velocità e chiarezza nelle risposte; Posizione ottimale in centro è molto servita si può raggiungere tutto facilmente a piedi ed è collegata molto bene con aeroporto e stazione treni. Avremmo gradito di trovare una bottiglia di acqua nel frigorifero. Si potrebbe migliorare un po' la pulizia in bagno.
• Kristina (6/5): - La ubicación 1)El suelo estaba sucio, al quitarme las zapatillas, los calcetines negros. Íbamos con un bebé que gatea y no lo pude dejar en el suelo 2) Estábamos en el apartamento 1°A. En la pared de la habitación había muchas humedades, la ventana del baño estaba rota, y el falso techo de Pladur de encima de la ducha chorreaba agua. Seguramente caía agua de la ducha del vecino de arriba cuando se duchaba, pero no eran gotitas, eran chorros. Las almohadas eran distintas, una super mullida y la otra fina. 3)Nos cancelaron el AVE por fuerza mayor. Las vías del tren no estaban arregladas tras el accidente de Adamuz. Intenté no cancelar la reserva sino cambiar los días para ir en otra fecha. No me dieron la opción, aún cuando el cambio no era por capricho 4) Esto no es crítica sino una apreciación: En las fotos parece más grande. El apartamento está bien para una pareja pero NO para ir con un bebé porque tiene mucho pasillo pero poco espacio en general.

• David (3/5): It was extremely disappointing. - Central location Poor facilities (kitchen - no oven, coffee m/c broken not fixed, leaking washing machine), no light in lift, rain entering through door to an awful space full of a/c stuff. Apt was like a narrow comfortless corridor. I bisited several apartments during my stay - all were much more pleasant and all much cheaper.

• Lake (9/5): - Great location for getting to and from the airport via the C1 line, but still an easy walk to all the sights. Some excellent cafés and eateries just 2-5 minutes away. WhatsApp support was great, responded to my questions really quickly. The sofa bed was not the most comfortable to sit on, but everything else was great.

Very grateful for arranging an early check-in. The dining space could’ve been more spacious, but that wasn’t a big issue. The memory foam mattress wasn’t my liking, but I was able to sleep well.

Estancia agradable - La ubicación Sillones poco cómodos en el salón y no disponer de lámparas de noche en el dormitorio, solo había lámparas en el techo que se controlaban desde un lado de la cama de matrimonio. También hubiera estado más cómodo disponer de dos camas como opción.

• Esra (2/5): - Diese Unterkunft war eine absolute Enttäuschung. Sie war leider sehr dreckig. Der Abfluss in der Dusche war ständig verstopft und morgens war der Geruch aus dem Abfluss unerträglich. Der Gestank war so stark, dass wir davon immer aufgewacht sind. Das Bett war eine totale Katastrophe. Sehr unbequem und eng. Meine Schwester hatte jeden Morgen Ausschlag im Gesicht, wir vermuten, dass die Matratze mit Milben und Staub übersät war. Das einzig Gute an der Unterkunft, war die zentrale Lage. Leider keine Empfehlung.

• Catherine (9/5): Lovely location with a lovely terrace - Location was perfect. Anything that was reported wrong was dealt with very quickly. Keyless entry. Available lockers for after checkout a very nice touch. Terrace was lovely (however weather wasn't) Lift was touch and go. There was no light in it. It often didn't work with a suitcase and person. Bed was against the wall so very difficult to get in and out of when your partner sleeps on the outside. Bedding could have been changed at least once. We were there for 9 days

Terasa se rozpadá a to včetně nábytku. Apartmán vytvořený nad výtahovou šachtou, posezení na výtahové šachtě spíše dobrodružné a nebezpečné.

Locatie super en op loopafstand van boulevard op 5 minuten, strand op 10 minuten, stad op 2 minuten en metro / trein naar de luchthaven op 2 minuten. Soho is een mooi wijk met veel eet gelegenheden, levendig en tovh rudtig Niets
• Ben (7/5): Een 7.5 is een correcte beoordeling van dit appartement - De locatie in de wijk SoHo. Vrij rustig, maar toch veel horeca etc. in de buurt. De info via WhatsApp was goed en snel. Wel enigzins onpersoonlijk, maar dat vonden wij geen probleem. Relatief kleine badkamer en kleine slaapkamer. Daar het een 2 persoons appartement is, zou ik wat minder meubels in de zithoek plaatsen.

• Nick (7/5): Good location close to everything. Comfortable apartment. - Good location Unusually there is a 150 Euro deposit. I would advise taking photos of all the marks cracks chips stains in the apartment when you arrive so that you are not held responsible and monies deducted from deposit when you leave. Pretty much like car rental agreement.

The bedside lights were to bright and were unable to use separately. The pillows were awful and needed updating with English style pillows. A serious lack of towel rails in the bathroom. The floor needed mopping it was quite dusty

Apartment was well equipped with coffee machine and good hairdryer as a bonus. Easy to get in and out. Lift very handy. Great shower and plenty of towels. Shutters made apartment very dark, great for sleeping. Would stop again. Dust and dirt under beds and sofas. Broken latch on large shutter so couldn't be pulled in and locked properly. Could be more bowls, only 2 for a 4 bed. There needs to be some draws for smaller items like sock and underwear. Place to hang wet clothes such as an outside rack. Just fix those bits and it would be perfect.

• Simone (10/5): Alles hat gepasst. - Einfache und schnelle Kommunikation mit Chatbot und Personal war sehr hilfreich. Sehr gute Lage des Appartements zur Altstadt und zum Hafen / Strand. Sehr gute Ausstattung. Lautes 2x Knacken des Lifts beim Bremsen. Kleine Ameisen um den Herd, aber dafür war Insektenspray bei den Reinigungsmitteln vorhanden. Als Ziel des Taxitransfers vom Flughafen gibt Booking die Postadresse von Malaga Flat Center in an, es sollte aber als Ziel die Adresse des Appartements angegeben werden.

• Danielle (9/5): Absolute aanrader - Heerlijk groot appartement, met veel voorzieningen en op een perfecte lokatie! Heel goed geslapen, slaapkamer is ver van de straat dus rustig, en het bed was heel goed. We waren eerder met z'n drieën geweest in het appartement geschikt voor 3 personen, die was ook perfect. Nu weer heerlijk genoten van het appartement, supermarkt vlakbij en veel leuke restaurants. Ideale plek om het centrum van Malaga in te gaan, maar ook vlakbij het stadsstrand.

Ми з відпочивали з подругою, ходили кожен день гуляти в історичний центр, на пляжі, всюди в пішій доступності. Комунікація з менеджером була швидкою і привітною. Якшо повернусь коли-небудь в Малагу, то обов’язково в ці апартаменти. Все сподобалось, мінусів не виявили.
