For the exception of a clean set of sheets and towels The walls were filthy dirty - seems like maintenance is rarely done to the apartment. One wall is partially painted and half wasn’t… pillows were horribly uncomfortable
• Ewa (6/5): - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko przystanków i sklepu. Mieszkanie przestronne, winda. Wilgoć na ścianach, której nie widać na zdjęciach. W sypialniach zapach stęchlizny, też prawdopodobne od zawilgoconych ścian. Brak wieszaków na ręczniki w łazienkach, mocno zniszczony blat w kuchni. Metalowe krzesła w jadalni nie zachęcają do dłuższego przesiadywania.
• Stefan (3/5): - Die Lage war super zentral Beim betreten der Wohnung, hatte ich direkt einen Schimmelgeruch wahrgenommen. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig. Leider ist die mini Couch for 6 Personen zu wenig und noch dazu sehr fleckig.(siehe Bilder) Die Esszimmer Stühle sind aus Metall und daher sehr unbequem. An der Wand sind Wasserflecken und der Putz bröselt ab (siehe Bilder). Die Bäder sind sehr klein. Wohnung ist renovierungsbedürftigt.

• Kaire (10/5): Little oasis in the middle of Barcelona - Wonderful place. All amenities included. Beautiful view, clean and warm apartment. Everything was so nice and welcoming. All the best places nearby. Although middle of the city, the place was quiet and peaceful. Just perfect. Nothing to add here.
• William (6/5): Functional and did the job, nice enough, clean and easy to maintain, but lacking in a few basics - Good amount of space, good aircon, the hosts were helpful upon arrival The property was lacking quite a lot of basics, not much toilet roll, limited shower gel, no water in the fridge.

The bathrooms far too small. Can hardly move. The property is due a good over haul. Needs painting. New sofa. Old one very dirty. The walls have quite a lot of damp on them in some places.

• Samantha (9/5): Big flat with a really spacious and comfy kitchen, very close to plaza españa underground station - Location was really convenient. Flat was very spacious, kitchen was really comfy. The beds were also comfortable The bathrooms are not really spacious, one of the rooms didn’t have any hangers. The kitchen was also missing essential utensils for cooking. Not many basic supplies provided for the amount of days

• MAURIZIO (7/5): da migliorare - la dimensione dell'appartamento e la sua luminosità. la camera singola era sprovvista di armadio, c'era solo un semplice appendiabiti a vista. inoltre l'aria condizionata non era particolarmente efficiente in suddetta camera.alcuni muri della casa risultavano sporchi. la cucina provvista di macchinetta caffè ma senza cialde,abbiamo dovuto cambiare tre marche e prima di trovare quella che si adattasse. inoltre avevamo chiesto la cortesia di avere due mazzi di chiavi (essendo due famiglie in viaggio), il gestore ci aveva assicurato che avrebbe tempestivamente provveduto,ma nei 5 giorni di soggiorno non abbiamo ricevuto nulla,creandoci notevoli problemi organizzativi .

• Suchy (8/5): Group ( family ) - Good location ! Great size rooms and living room , the shops were close. The apartment had two bathrooms. One had a leaking shower, so the floor was constantly wet. The other was very cramped, making it difficult to use the toilet. They looked clean, but upon entering the shower, you could see uncleaned grout and mold. The photos in the living room showed a corner sofa, but we had a sofa. We were a group, so there wasn't enough space to sit together.

• Caralise (7/5): Average Stay - Location is good, clean apartment and they let us check in a bit early. Very limited supplies like soap and washing powder. The rooms also do not have blinds which is a basic need. Honestly think for the price that is paid, things like these are really required.

Lot of stores and bakeries around app. Great connection with buses and metro. Eduardo our check in agent was most polite person in all Spain. Eduardo was really polite and supportive. He makes this 10 stars property. Only recommendation is to put proper photos. Because this apartment didn’t have balcony and on Booking there is a photo with balcony.

Pricey for the specific apartment we got (Not the one from the picture. We had to pay 40euro extra for 10pm checkin. There is a leak in one of the showers. Still we had to take trash out.

There was a little delay in getting the keys to the flat but the lady was stuck in traffic etc She was very helpful. The hot water was a little temperamental on off during a shower 🚿 .

We had a great stay, but could have used a few more basic supplies: more than 1 dishwasher tablet given length of our stay, and laundry tablets too! Nice little welcome pack of some essentials for kitchen, but needed more given how many people and length of stay. As others have noted, a few lamps in living area, and by beds would be helpful.

• Daniela (9/5): Superb - Close to bus stops and metro stations, comfortable beds, clean rooms and bathrooms. Well-equipped kitchen and a big living-room. The advertisment on Booking was missleading as we saw in the pictures that there was a balcony. We chose this accomodation specfically for the balcony, which was in another apartment, as we found out at our arrival. We did not know that, as Booking posted all the pictures together, without mentioning that the pictures are from at least 2 apartments.

• Sydnie (8/5): Lovely 3 bed apartment in good location - great host! - the Host was waiting for me on arrival with keys and walked me through the flat so I knew my way around the building and flat. Lovely rooms and facilities and wifi, good location for my work event but a little further from the city centre and main tourist attractions. The location was a little noisy, so if you are a light sleeper like me maybe not the best. Some of the towels provided had marks on them, albeit were clean perhaps just stained. No batteries were in the TV remote - small things I would change but overall a good stay

• Sandeep (9/5): This is a super location and a lovely comfortable apartment for a short stay to see Barcelona. - A lovely apartment in a central location to all amenities plus the airport, we found it easy to reach everything by bus or metro. It was clean, spacious, well equipped and the apartment customer service were friendly and excellent at communication and responding if we needed anything. The flat was modern and it was comfortable for our family. A small point but a bath would have been good just from the point of view of having a toddler who doesn’t like showers but that it very minor.

• Julie (8/5): Great location and apartment - Great location, near the Magic Fountains, easy to get to the Metro. Lots of little supermarkets near and Mercadona 10 mins away. Gonzalo was very responsive and helpful when our flight was delayed and no taxi turned up (tip- don’t book a transfer taxi through Booking.com, much cheaper to book at the airport). The flat was very clean, lift to our floor. Comfy beds and good showers with plenty of hot water. Love a dishwasher! The apartment had spotlights so the flat was really bright and there were no lamps for reading by. Bit stark, no pictures on the wall etc. only one wineglass and no coffee pot. But little things really as we spent most of our time exploring Barcelona and eating out.

There was no coffee machine but the day after they brought us a new coffee machine which was great! No balcony. But we should have known that if we had read the ad better. They could place some fake plants and something on the wall like photo's or paintings. And some sphere lights to make it cozy.

• Geeta (10/5): very nice, comfy, restaurants n shops near by - very specious, clean, big windows with bright day lights come in. beds are comfortable n big lounge with a smart tv. can cook and make tea coffee any time. feel like home! we went to Prem Rawat event which was only 10 minutes walk from our apartment. we were so happy we even introduced this apartment to our friends too. first night too much noise until early morning from the neighbors couldn’t sleep well. but the next night was very quiet.

• Mana (8/5): Satisfied:-) - 1.The location of the hotel is very good, the hotel is close to a subway, bus station and supermarkets . 2.There is a central air conditioner. 3.The flat is big enough with 3 Bedrooms. 4.My 2 Kids were so amazed by the flat and very happy. 5.Staff were very kind and helpful. If you have a problem, they answer you quickly via whatsapp and try to solve the problem as soon as possible. 1.The kitchen faucet splash so much.. 2.I couldn't figure out how to use the dishwasher ... 3.The window of our bedroom won't closed properly, so I was disturbed by streetnoise (Garbage trucks?)
