• Jakub (10/5): - Byt v historickém domě v centru, který je velmi prostorný, čistý a dobře vybavený. Celkově jsme byli moc spokojeni se vším. Byt je ve 4.patře s výtahem. Díky tomu není moc slyšet hluk z ulice.
• Henry (9/5): Spacious, clean apartment in one of the best locations - The apartment is extremely spacious and clean. The location is excellent for walkers to the major tourist sights. It is a 6 minute walk to Gaudi’s buildings, a 15-20 minute walk to Sagrada Família, and 20-25 minute walk to La Rambla. I bought a metro pass but found I didn’t really need it except to visit Montjuic. The surrounding neighborhood is very upscale with excellent nearby restaurants. A 6 minute walk takes you to high end shopping such as Chanel, LV, and more. The property has 2.5 washrooms which is fine. If it had 3 full washrooms, it would be very luxurious. But really, there isn’t anything not to like. Perhaps adding dressers would be nice but I’m really grasping at straws. The property is almost perfect IMHO.

• Jingjing (10/5): Amazing apartment, perfect for large group - This apartment is amazing—beautiful and spacious. We traveled as two families with eight adults, and everyone stayed very comfortably. The location is extremely convenient, within walking distance of major attractions, great restaurants, and Barcelona’s best shopping areas. Bakeries and grocery stores are just steps away. Communication with the host was easy and clear, and she kindly allowed us to stay until 5 p.m. on checkout day since our flight was in the evening. We truly appreciated her hospitality and would highly recommend this apartment. Couldn't stay longer

The owner was very kind and responsive. There were actually no real flaws or something to stress about.

• Jason (10/5): A real gem in the heart of the city - We had a fantastic stay at the Bcncaliu Apartment. The apartment is simply beautiful. It sits in a pleasantly relaxed, semi residential part of the city, with excellent public transport options less than five minutes away. The classic layout, high ceilings, bright and airy rooms, and historic character give it real charm. It is also very well appointed, with efficient heating and air conditioning that made the space comfortable throughout our stay. Check in was flexible, which helped us a lot. The host’s son, who greeted us, was an extremely welcoming and polite young man. We could not have wished for much more and felt immediately at ease. The location is ideal. It is within easy distance of a mini market and nearby luggage storage. Casa Batlló is close by, and Passeig de Gràcia Metro station is just one stop from Barcelona Sants, so getting around the city is straightforward. Communication from the host was excellent from start to finish. We will most certainly be back in the future. This apartment is a real gem. Nothing. It was perfect.

• Mike (9/5): Great roomy apartment with awesome location & views - A very roomy apartment with plenty of room to spread out for our group. Great location in the heart of Barcelona. Quiet inside of the apartment even though located on fairly busy roadways. The air conditioning units worked well and we felt comfortable with temperature. Hosts were great to work with and very communicative. Door code on phone app was easy to use and provided a good way for everyone in our group to have their own access to apartment. Mattresses were a bit harder than we like. Maybe some foam toppers could be good addition, but was not the end of the world.

• Nico (9/5): Amazing stay - The apartment is stunning, super spacious, and in a perfect central location. Loved that there is air conditioning in every room, and the keyless entry with the app was super handy, especially for a group. The owner of the flat was kind and flexible, and always quick to reply on WhatsApp — non that we have needed her during the stay anyway. Would 100% go back to stay here.

The apartment is stunning, and we had loads of space to relax and regroup before venturing out into the City. Only a short walk from the Sagrada familia and 5 minute taxis from the beach, loads of little shops, restaurants and cafes nearby. Overall a fantastic trip and would book again in a heartbeat. N/a

We came to support our daughters in the Barcelona marathon, and the apartment was perfectly situated , for us to walk easily to our first three view points at 3, 7 and 14km on the route. Another toilet would have been useful perhaps in the shower room.

Easy to get around. Pretty close to La Pedrera, so we could catch hop on hop off bus. Heaters worked great. We were there in January and we were warm throughout house. Had 4 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms which is great for a family. One if them only had sink and shower, so only 2 toilets. The Akiles app to open doors worked very well, so didn’t need keys and everyone could have access. Embarassingly, I called manager late the first night there because I couldn’t unlock the door. Turns out I was at the wrong door. 102 is on the very corner of Llutia and Mallorca. We were at 104. She was very nice and polite, though. Really enjoyed our stay! They have this cool old fashion elevator, but it is very small and you can only use it for 3 people. Luckily, my boys didn’t mind using the stairs.

• Suping (9/5): Superb - Spacious and convenient location Suspect this place was targeted by thieves. On the day we left the property for the airport: after a few minutes some thing went wrong with our van; then a guy in yellow vest on motorcycle signaling the van’s rear-right tire having a problem and guided us to a nearby parking lot. It was a flat tire. After we got out the car trying to call car rental and ask for help. 3 backpack were stolen.
• Alejandra (8/5): Very good - This is a big apartment, conveniently located in the center of Barcelona. The windows are renovated, thus, a very good noise isolation from the street. Comfy beds, well equipped kitchen, plus for the heating (we stayed in February). Good value for money for a big group. There was a slight delay with getting the apartment ready and despite the fact that it was generally well cleaned, the floors were not properly vacuumed. Lack of hangers and closets, at least one AC unit not working properly. The place is darker and less luxurious than on the pictures.

Very easy check in process. Would definitely rent again. Some of the doors and window shutters could do with a little bit of an upgrade, but it’s definitely not a must for a very comfortable stay.
