• Lydia (10/5): Hermosa Barcelona!! - El departamento inmejorable amplio, cómodo, limpio los servicios con buen funcionamiento, el wifi sin problemas, el anfitrión muy servicial y atento nos escribió en todo momento por cualquier necesidad, en pleno centro del barrio Gótico, demás esta decir que estaba cerca de todo un lugar maravilloso comercios, atracciones y paseos increíbles. Barcelona supero nuestras expectativas! Una excelente elección!! Sin problemas, solo agregaría un lampazo o escoba no podíamos barrer. No es obligación pero pondría 1 agua y algo de jabón para el lavarropas.

Proprietarul este foarte amabil, a ținut permanent conatctul cu noi, și ne-a îndrumat, ceea ce a fost foarte util.
• Kie (6/5): Good location but not suitable for early arrival, with many luggage, having a car - Very close to the La Rambra, convenient for sightseeing and shopping, dining. Some rubbish hidden behind the furniture. Bedding, cheap staff, mattress is too soft. In the bathroom, no space to put personal things, 1 bottle of bath gel/shampoo only, you need to bring or buy other things if required. Proper fridge and freezer in the kitchen, it will help you if you cook. There is no airer and it may take long time to dry up when you use a washing machine. If you need flexibility like leaving luggage or having a car, you may be better to book a hotel instead. You can get a key only at the arranged time. The entrance is faced to the pavement, if you have many luggages, you will be in trouble as the nearest flexible parking (you have to pay of course) is about 7 minutes walking. Although the location of the apartment is good, there are so much hustle prior to the arrival, I would not stay again. In terms of rental apartments, there will be more choice, newer and nicer apartments even. Staff are very nice and helpful which I would like to thank them.
• Samara (10/5): - Perfect location for exploring Barcelona. Super friendly team looking after our check-in. Rooms were a good size and comfortable. Very convenient being able to have a washing machine and clothes rack to dry our clothes. Were able to check-in early.

• Andrea (9/5): Alles in allem war unser Aufenthalt sehr zufriedenstellend. - Marc war sehr zuvorkommend und hat trotz des Verkehrschaos am Weltfrauentag geduldig auf uns gewartet. Die Wohnung ist zwar recht klein, aber gut aufgeteilt und super ausgestattet. Die Lage mitten in der Altstadt und nahe Placa Catalunia ist absolut perfekt als Ausgang für Erkundungen in der gesamten Stadt In einer Nacht als wir schliefen hat jemand versucht, bei uns einen Schlüssel in die Tür zu stecken und einzudringen. Das war etwas erschreckend. Aber da unser Schlüssel von innen steckte, war derjenige erfolglos.

• Carlos (8/5): - La ubicación es excelente. Pleno centro de Barcelona. El check in y la comunicación con Marc fue perfecta y permanente. La falta de luz natural. El dormitorio principal tiene su ventana muy próxima a un depósito de Zara y desde las 8.30 se vuelve bastante ruidoso.

• Barbanti (9/5): Tutto perfetto! Posizione super - Posizione in centro, poco distante da plaza de Catalunya, dalla Rambla e a due passi dal quartiere gotico, assolutamente il punto di forza! Tutto lo staff veramente sempre molto disponibile e gentile. Appartamento senza pretese, ma con letti comodissimi ed accogliente. Consigliato 👍🏻 Tutto ok.
• SARAH (10/5): Fabulous Barcelona city gem - This property was perfect for our trip….The property was in the centre of Barcelona and only a 25mim walk to the beach. Loads of restaurants and bars nearby too. The airport was about 30 mins away and only cost €35 each way in a taxi. Th property itself has absolutely everything you could possibly need in self catering. The rooms were comfortable and quiet. And the hosts were amazing, couldn’t do enough for us. Always available to help, anytime day or night. We will definitely book again on our next trip to Barcelona! Nothing…it was perfect
• Alexey (9/5): - Great location. Very close to center and you can reach everything by walk. Well equipped with everything necessary. Easy to communicate with host - very supportive and responsive. Was not super clean - not a big issues, but some hairs and dust were obvious
• Rich (8/5): Nice place and in the middle of a wonderful city. - The apartment was very nice and it had a washing machine which came in very handy since we were on a 5 week holiday. The bed room was nice and had a lot of closet space. There was a kitchen for cooking but we did not use it but the refrigerator was nice to have. We loved the location, it's near everything we wanted to see. The down side was that we got notified that we were making too much noise. The only thing we were doing was talking past 20:00 hours. we did not have the TV on or any other noise generator but the neighbors thought our talking was too much noise.

We loved the location and the apartment had everything we could possibly need. Refund of the security deposit was the fastest we've ever had and much appreciated. There's a lift!!!! #unexpectedlywonderful It would have been helpful to have had a box of tissues provided. That's a small thing though 😊

De toegangsgate ging niet op slot, de slaapbank was los dus reed makkelijk een stukje uit elkaar en de stopcontacten waren schaars en bij het aanzetten van de waterkoker vlogen de stoppen eruit. Het is eigenlijk het beste om voor maximaal 4 personen te verhuren.

Good security through a gate then building entry and apartment entry. Comfy beds, air conditioning, great shower, fully functional kitchen including oven and full size fridge. Close to many supermarkets, La Ramblas, etc. We walked to all tourist sites (including the beach) from this accommodation. Communication with owner excellent too. Lift within building was also a bonus! Was all fabulous.

I don't remember being told I needed to contact management until right before I arrived. I was already on vacation prior to arriving in Barcelona and not checking my email regularly. Also, the pictures on booking.com are not of the apartment I was given. The pictures show an updated version of my apartment not the one I was given. A bit misleading.

Although Marc provided a good overview of the apartment, an information sheet would have been helpful. On the last evening we were advised to remove the rubbish, however this had never been mentioned and we had to ask where to dispose of it.
• David (9/5): Superb - The principal advantage of the property is its location. Les Ramblas is minutes away by foot as are many attractions. Public transit is easily accessed as well. Although small the apartment is well equipped. The apartment does show its age a bit and we noticed an outlet or two that was loose and maybe a few minor cosmetic issues that might be addressed but nothing that would stop me from going there again.

Some level of noise from the apartment above us,since they have kids,but after walking 30 000 steps a day falling asleep was easy :)
• Bronson (10/5): Very comfortable apartment in the heart of the Old Town - The apartment was surprisingly large, easily accommodating our party of four. It was tucked away at the end of a small alley that could only be reached by those who had the key to the gate -- it felt like our own little world in the heart of the Old Town. There was a family with young children on one of the upper floors of the building that could be heard almost every night.

The Taff were amazing and helped us through a difficult time. They went well beyond expectations to assist and support us. • Philip (8/5): Great place for our 2 night short term stay. - This apartment was very centrally located in the Gothic Centre. Within walking distance to Rambla and other sight seeing places. Local shops and supermarket located very close. Plenty of Restaurants, cafe's and bars to choose for meals etc. Communication direct with the owners was difficult. We were unable to make contact other than message the owner through the booking confirmation. I understand the owner did not get these messages in a timely manner. The owner required 40 minutes notice to be able to meet us at the apartment to let us in personally. The Apartment had only 1 bathroom for 5 adults although we coped. In my opinion the apartment is best suited for a maximum of 4 adults. Although not an owner issue however we found that Barcelona taxis did not know this area very well and did not drop us off directly at the address for some unknow reason. This necessitated contacting the owner to find the exact address. Also taxi pick had the same issues. we were advised by the Taxi driver that they could not pick us up direct from the address provided because they were not allowed to do pick ups direct from this address if they were going to the Airport. This explanation is hard to believe as we observed taxi's from the same company picking up passengers with luggage from the hotel around the corner.
• Sarajane (9/5): Would defintely book again! - We were met at the apartment for a quick induction. Lovely apartment clean and comfortable. Everything you could possibly need for a self catering stay. really nice layout open plan living with two separate bedrooms, we stayed in the larger bedroom. Bed was very comfy and room was a nice size. Mornings were quite noisy as we could hear the surrounding shops setting up but this wasn't too early and not really an issue. Bedroom could do with blackout curtains as the building behind had what looked like a large stairwell that was lit up all night and kept the bedroom very light over night. possibly not a problem for some but i do like a dark sleeping room :)

H had given us a lot of information about the area and advised us on transportation. We had him to book a shuttle to the airport upon departure. He is warm and friendly. He also reached out to us every day to see if we need help. The apartment has elevator which is such a plus for us. None. Keep up the good work!

• Pandamom (9/5): Very nicely located, unexpectedly peaceful,fully equiped apartment & nice service - They set up a WhatsApp group. If I book this property again it would be extremely easy. I didn't know what to expect & a responsive WhatsApp group was reassuring but I was suspicious of a random numbwr contacting originally. Checkin was good & check out simple, we last minute requested late checkout which was accommodated. The apartment was really suitable for a family with 2 young kids. I was happy it was quiet despite being very central to bustling streets. All facilities were there. It was comfortable & private. It felt very safe, two keys & extra towels/blankets, black out shutters, warm, extra heaters etc It's hard to find it through a gateway using Googlemaps The instructions could have been clearer or include a photo of the gate. More info about how to pay city tax & deposits (i.e how much cash or credit card needed) Nothing was too problematic. We were met by a very nice person with a card machine. I'd have liked written instructions in the apartment, e.g how to work Netflix on the TV (a hidden bonus). Some electrical sockets were a bit wobbly which is difficult when there's a shortage in the kitchen.

• Lenka (9/5): Superb - The owner of the flat let us in right after the cleaning up, as we had an early arrival, he explained us all needed and gave us some recommendations. The location was very convenient for short visit, as we it is in the center.

We could have used more plugs near the bed and a capsule coffee machine, but these are small things.
