• Sébastien (8/5): Appartement bien situé, fonctionnel mais des détails décevants - L'appartement est très bien situé, proche du métro, d'un marché et des commerces. Il est assez fonctionnel et plutôt agréable et on y trouve l'essentiel (condiments, tablettes lave-vaisselle, lessive...). L'insonorisation est plutôt bonne vis-à-vis de l'extérieur (on entend à peine les bars lorsque les fenêtres sont fermées). Le quartier est résidentiel et un peu animé Les nuisances sonores dans l'immeuble sont importantes lorsque les groupes de personnes, peu soucieux des autres, rentrent et sortent de l'immeuble (les portes palières devraient être changées). Le sol n'avait pas été lavé. Les murs mériteraient d'être lessivés (traces de doigts) Bien qu'ils étaient propres, il y avait des tâches sur le linge de lit et de toilette. Il manque un porte manteau et des rangements dans la salle de bain. On s'attend à une qualité supérieure lorsqu'on paie un prix si élevé. La taxe de séjour a augmenté (+50%) entre la réservation et le séjour ; ce n'est pas de la responsabilité du loueur mais ça participe au sentiment que les personnes de passage ne sont pas les bienvenues à Barcelone.

• Zsuzsanna (10/5): Perfect place to stay in Barcelona - On the ground floor of the building where our apartment was located, there is the office of the accommodation company. We met two staff members, and everyone was very kind, helpful, and communicated excellently in English. Both check-in and check-out went smoothly. Since we arrived early and left late, we were allowed to leave our luggage at the office. There were four of us staying in a three-bedroom apartment with six beds. The apartment was clean, pleasantly scented, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The elevator is very small — it can fit only one person or one piece of luggage at a time — and the staircase is narrow, but we already knew this, so it was not a problem. There are countless restaurants, tapas bars, bakeries, and shops in the area. There is a market and a Carrefour store right across the street. The metro station is only a 3-minute walk away. A perfect place to stay — I highly recommend it to everyone. We had no negative experiences at all, we were satisfied with everything.

Препоръчвам! Банята може да е по-голяма.

• NatM75 (10/5): Приємне перебування в Барселоні - Квартира перевершила очікування. Має три спальні, дві ванних кімнат и та вітальню. Вона чиста, простора з балконами. Укомплектована посудом, побутовою технікою, туалетно-косметичними засобами. Повністю відповідає фото на букінгу. Розташована в тихому районі. Станція метро зовсім поруч. Легке заселення. В робочий час на першому поверсі присутній персонал. Було зручно добиратися до туристичних місць. Поруч невеличкий ринок, продуктові магазини. До аеропорту напряму добралися на метро. Все сподобалося, рекомендую. Ліфт на одну людину і дуже вузькі східці. Якщо важко підійматися, це не ваш варіант.

L'appartamento è situato in un bel quartiere signorile, tranquillo e con ogni servizio disponibile nelle vicinanze, soprattutto tre fermate metro. Le stanze della casa arredate con gusto, il servizio di pulizia puntuale e discreto. Jacopo, soprattutto, un eccellente padrone di casa a cui va il ringraziamento di tutta la mia famiglia.. • Csaba (10/5): - Nagyon jó helyen, szép házban, csendes utcában, jó beosztású, kényelmes, két mosdóval és két wc-vel ellátott szállás. Tiszta, illatos, kicsi erkélyes, könnyen fűthető, mosógéppel is felszerelt lakás. A fiatalember, aki fogadott, nagyon kedves, segítőkész volt és minden információval ellátott minket. Csomagmegőrzés is van, lift, ami ugyan kicsi, de egyesével kiválóan használható egy fárasztó nap után. Minden van a közelben, boltok, éttermek, metró. Lehetne kicsit több tányér, bögre, pohár, egyéb konyhai felszerelés, mert a 4 embernek 4 tányér, 4 bögre stb.azért kevés.

• Lee (10/5): Our stay was too short, Barcelona is an amazing city with much to see. - The location was great, cafes and restaurants right outside the door, trains easy to get to, a supermarket and market very close by. There was an awesome park nearby to run or do other activities with lots of people there in the late afternoon. The apartment was small but suited our family of four with everything we needed. We ate out at nearby restaurants each night. Two of the three, including the one diagonally across the road, added items we did not order, including an extra meal and a bottle of wine. Check your bills carefully - seems like this is a common practice with tourists. We were immediately refunded when we questioned the items.

• Craig (10/5): Perfect, great value apartment in central Barcelona - The property was immaculate and exceeded expectations. The location was absolutely perfect. Just a couple of minutes walk from the nearest Metro station. Staff were extremely helpful. Loved that there were some essential items in the apartment like water, kitchen roll, washing up liquid, sugar, salt etc. Could not fault at all. Nothing!

• Janet (8/5): A good apartment, well equipped and very close to the metro. - The host communicated very well and promptly prior to our stay and met us when we arrived and let us into the apartment early. He was very friendly and gave us some helpful tips on our stay in Barcelona. The apartment was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed for our stay and was very quiet. The beds were very comfortable. Their are steep steps up to the apartment but there is also a very small lift and the steps were no problem to us. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and would recommend this apartment. Nothing.

Que no hubiese algún perchero a la entrada (dejar abrigos) y alguna estantería en el baño para dejar bolsas de aseo. Poder colgar ropa en algún armario en la habitación pequeña.

• Genoveva (10/5): Cosy apartment in a great location and great hosts - Very nice apartment, big rooms, nice view of a clock tower from the terrace, great facilieties. Great location, close to L1 Metro line, quiet neighbourhood and wonderful hosts. The elevator is very small, but we already knew that and it was not such a big inconvenient.

• Juhee (10/5): - 4인 가족이 머물렀습니다. 일단 숙소에는 화장실이 2개, 샤워실 1가 있어서 너무 좋았어요. 주방도구도 깔끔했고, 올리브유, 소금 등 간단한 조미료도 구비되어있었습니다. 위치는 스페인광장에서 걸어서 약 10분 내외, 지하철역 약 7분 내외였고, 근처에 대형 슈퍼와 로컬 식당도 많아서 아주 편리했습니다. 특히 좋았던건 숙소 1층에 매니저 사무실이 있어서 체크인 시간보다 조금 빨리 도착했는데, 짐을 맡아주었으며, 적극적으로 불편함을 해결해주었고, 질문에 잘 대응해주어서 마음이 너무 편했다는 것이예요! 숙소 올라가는 계단은 좁지만 짐을 실은만한 작은 리프트가 있어서 무거운 짐을 가지고 오르내리지 않아서 너무 편리했습니다. 바르셀로나에 다시 온다면 꼭 다시 이용하고 싶어요!

• Paul (10/5): - Nice location just a few blocks from the Barcelona Sants train station. There is a metro station across the street, so getting around Barcelona is pretty easy. The apartment was fully equipped, it even had a dishwasher and dryer, which is pretty unusual for European apartments. The owners let un in the apartment early and even helped us get our luggage up to the apartment. The elevator is tiny, but since we were on the first floor (what we would call the second floor in the states) we only use$ it to transport our luggage.

• Sarah (7/5): Straightforward and easy access, simple and effective for what we wanted. - Really helpful check in and perfectly functional apartment. Great to have the balcony and a washing machine. Everything worked well and was clean. Not much. It's probably end of season so the apartment could maybe do with a little paint refresh. We had an issue one night with constant door bell ringing from 2-3am which was a bit scary and frustrating.
• ANGELA (8/5): la ubicación es buena - La atención cuando uno llega es super amable y claro en su explicación, a pesar de que el ascensor no funciona para varias personas, no tuvimos problema con el equipaje porque nos lo ubicaron en el piso, la ubicación del apartamento es muy buena para hacer las visitas y conocer parte de Barcelona. Mantienen muy limpio todo y ofrecen servicios adicionales como el jabón para lavar la ropa. El ascensor parece de casa de muñecas es para una sola persona y queda estrecho, las gradas son muy estrechas
