• Barbara (8/5): Small apartment with good amenities in a convenient location with welcoming hosts. - The apartment was very compact but very clean with good facilities. The hosts were great to communicate with and very responsive. No problem to arrange a taxi to the airport for us. The pool was also a great spot to refresh in. and having the use of lifts to the 3rd floor apartment was a bonus. Both the Master bedroom and bathroom were definitely on the small side and the spiral staircase to the roof terrace was very steep. It also seemed strange that the pool closed for siesta (2-4pm) each day.

Quel bonheur de prendre notre petit déj au soleil ! L'emplacement était idéal, très proche du centre ville et avec un parking très appréciable ! Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir, merci à nos hôtes qui étaient d'une très grande gentillesse ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ Je dirai juste les serviettes de bain qui étaient rêches, mais c'est vraiment un détail

Cca 20 minút chôdze od pláže Malagueta. Blízko množstvo obchodov a reštauracií. Uteráky nevoňali a po prvom použití smrdeli zatuchnutím.

Très bruyant en raison des gens qui parlent dans le couloir et la rue durant toute la nuit et peu d'isolation acoustique. La décoration pourrait être plus travaillée. Prix un peu élevé même si c'est courant à Malaga.

• Miriam (3/5): Our car was damaged in the accommodation's garage - Great location Clean and tidy with all the necessary items Our car has been damaged in the garage. Because we parked outside of the parking spot line, as instructed by the host, the insurance etc won't cover the damages. The host's only solution has been to report it to the police and get a legal case set up, which is not great when you are in the middle of your holiday.

They also accommodated for our late check in and met us to show us around the apartment. The bed was a little harder than I'm used to however still had a great night sleep. Sitting on the sofa bed when it is set up as a sofa was a bit awkward as it's not flat.

Wichtig: Um aus der Garage herauszukommen, muss die Fernbedienung mitgenommen und nach Ausfahrt wieder in der Wohnung deponiert werden. Absacker auf dem Dach geht immer. 2 Bierchen gekühlt offeriert. War alles gut.

• Jacqueline (8/5): Leuk appartement midden in Malaga. - De ligging midden in het centrum. Terras is heel fijn om te hebben. Parkeer gelegenheid was ook top. Konden vanuit de parkeergarage zo de lift naar het appartement nemen. Vriendelijke huisbaas. Het privézwembad. Dit was niet duidelijk dat we het zwembad met alle appartementen moesten delen. We zaten met 20 personen in een ongeveer 12 bij 8 mtr zwembad en 85 cm diep. Mochten niet meer dan 20 personen in. Dus die na ons kwamen moesten wachten voordat er weer iemand uit ging. Geen balletjes of luchtbed mocht in het zwembad. Op de site werd het gebracht of wij zelf een zwembadje voor ons zelf hadden. Dat was dus niet zo. Jammer we hebben de dagen daarna verkoeling aan het strand gezocht.
• Doris (8/5): - Es hat alles wunderbar gepasst. Einen komischen Beigeschmack gab es, als wir vor der Schlüsselpbergabe nochmals zusätzlich Geld überweisen sollten und nicht wenig. Obwohl schon alles bezahlt war. Das empfanden wir als sehr unverschämt. Und hat wirklich ein unschönes Gefühl hinterlassen.
• Lorena (10/5): Piso de 10 - Todo. Piso limpio, super completo con todo lo necesario de cuberterías, sillas de playa y sombrilla, sal-azucar-cafe, una terraza preciosa, estupendo todo. Plaza de aparcamiento en un parking amplio. Piscina pequeña pero estupenda con una zona de solarium ubicada en otro edificio pero vas a ella por patios interiores todo conectado. Toni nos recibió para darnos las llaves del piso, muy amable, contacto bueno y rápido por Whatsapp y llamadas. Nos explicó todo lo que necesitábamos y sobre el piso, nos dejaron unas cervezas de bienvenida fue un detalle genial. Ubicación de 10 a solo unos minutos andando de todo el centro de Malaga súper cómodo.

• Clare (10/5): Fabulous city break in an apartment really well equipped and located. - Fabulous location. Great rooftop area to sit and chill. Bonus pool at the property. Easy to communicate with the owners and early access easily sorted. Nothing I didn’t like but you need to be careful on the spiral staircase to the rooftop as it’s quite steep.
• Nick (10/5): Very happy, would book again. - We had a great nights sleep in a decent bed. Out children had no complaints about the fold out bed and the loved the rooftop. The apartment has everything you need to make meals, but you’re sure to want to take a short walk and enjoy historic area. If you’re driving to it, the traffic can be heavy. This is not really something that can be avoided if you want to be central and use a car. The use of the parking space was great.
• Emese (8/5): Spacious apartment close to the centre - The apartment is part of a modern development, we loved the fact that local people were living around us. The host was very accommodating with the check-in despite our flight being slightly delayed. The place itself is spacious and very clean with all the amenities. The rooftop terrace was beautiful with the two sunbeds, dining table and chairs and even an outdoor shower. The sofa bed was very comfortable with a proper mattress folded inside. Also the blinds were amazing, you could properly darken both the bedroom and the living room. In the kitchen we only used the coffee machine and the toaster, both were fine. After check-out, we could leave our luggage in a locked storage room downstairs, which we really appreciated. The only thing I would mention is that, as a light sleeper, I needed to use earplugs in the living room (this is where the sofa bed is). The only noise you get is cars passing by.

• Dino (10/5): Perfect Malaga - I loved everything about this place; It is located in a newly built budilding tucked within the old part of town, with a private parking spot in a very spacious underground garage on site(I had a big rental SUV) The apartment is just steps away from Merced square and old Malaga, just a perfect spot to discover the town, with a supermarket close by and and 24/7 small convinience store. It is nicely furbished with new appliances and a very comfortable bed and sofa, there is a lot of natural light (but also real window shutters to give you full dark) Decent smart tv size and a stable wifi connection, they surely did not save when equipping this apartment. The rooftop is just wow… i could have spent ages there day or night with so many nice lamps… Honestly this is by far one of the best places I have ever stayed… The owners are polite, one speaks perfect english, the lady on the other hand speaks spanish but is so gentle and clear with instructions that even without knowing spanish we handled everything in ease! I will be coming back for sure.
• Monique (10/5): Exceptional - This was the second time we stayed at the apartment. It has everything you need for a city trip. Parking space was a bonus! However, check if you will still be allowed to bring your car into Malaga/ that area in 2025, because they are introducing limited traffic zones.... It is a short walk into the center of Malaga. There is a big supermarket nearby. The roof terrace is great. The host and his sister are very nice and respond quickly.

Neighbourhood was in a perfect location for a visit to the city with plenty of shops, bars and restaurants in walking distance.

The property was in a good position with amenities only a short walk and well located for all the sights. There was an overpowering smell of citronella which we personally found a little overwhelming but we took as a good sign - it was definitely clean. The noise at night was quite intrusive - the road is busy and there is building work which began very early. The bedding and towels could do with renewing but were clean and tidy.

The room was damp and smelly, the kitchen was dirty The freezer stank because it has prawns which had thawed out The location was noisy with trucks and motorbikes driving up and down until the early hours The bedding was damp and the toilet had stuff from previous occupiers including ladies panty liners. The parking space is very awkward to get in and out of and only suitable for a small car. When we tried to leave the following morning it took almost 1hour to get out as we were blocked in. The host sent his sister to meet us who was a lovely lady but did not speak a word of English
