• Wilian (8/5): - Location is amazing. Clean space as shown in the pictures. We got four days, asked for only one hour more for checkout, with no impact on cleaning process, the host was unable to attend.

• Michał (8/5): Polecam jako bazę wypadową do spacerowania po ścisłym centrum Barcelony - Lokalizacja kapitalna , lepszej nie można sobie wyobrazić . Za te pieniądze oczekiwał bym podstawowych produktów w kuchni . Herbata kawa , cukier , sól . Niestety brak tego to dla mnie utrudnienie .

• Sebastian (5/5): Bra läget - krångligt boende! - Riktigt bra läge! Att vi fick checka in tidigare. För det första var det strul i början, jag bokar via Booking, men ska fylla i massor dokument och betala en deposition, systemet som denna värd använder är katastrof, provade 6 gångar och fick varje gång börja om från början när det inte fungerade. Jag hade signerat avtal, ändå bad de mig flera ägnar signera igen. Att ta sig in i lägenheten med deras digitala system för nycklar var som att ta sig in i Fortnox, svårt, struligt, stressigt. Det tog 2 dagar att få det att funka. För detta pris och läget hade jag betydligt högre förväntningar än vad som infriades.

• lachiccat (9/5): Location e pulizia top - La posizione è perfetta, Passeig de Gracia è una zona strategica, la casa è bellissima, super pulita e soprattutto ha il bidet!!! La cucina non è molto fornita, mancano zucchero, sale, olio che di solito si trovano in questi appartamenti perché ti permettono di cucinare qualcosa. Il sistema di apertura di portone e porta non è pratico, se il cellulare è scarico resti fuori.

Malheureusement, il faut transmettre des photos de passeport et des données personnelles sur un site inconnu avant de pouvoir accéder aux informations pour obtenir les clés. Malheureusement l'hôte ne se déplace pas. Malheureusement l'hôte ne cherche pas de solutions lorsque le client n'est pas à l'aise avec la transmission d'informations sensibles sur internet. Malheureusement l'hôte n'est pas ouvert à une discussion par rapport à la situation.

• Barbara (8/5): Great location, anything you need within 5 min walk; groceries, transportation, luxury shopping, etc - Very clean, excellent location and beautiful, safe building with doorman/security. Beds comfortable and working appliances. Full size refrigerator and washer/dryer. Light filled sitting area with comfortable sofa/chair. Plenty of glassware, pots, and dishes. Only 6 towels for a 10 day stay for 4 adults.. Broken ironing board and drying rack. Many light bulbs out. No salt, pepper, sugar in kitchen. Washer works fine ..... dryer - who has 3 hours to wait for still damp clothes. Disappointing view. The check-in was cumbersome and the security at the building did not appreciate having to help/instruct. Seems they have to do that often.
• Carmen (10/5): Amazing flat - The location was superb, 3 minutes from Plaça Catalunya, the very centre of the city, and therefore very close to the old part of the town, cathedral etc. There was a very helpful and kind concierge in the hallway, at a desk by the stairs. The rented flat for 2 nights was on the fourth floor served by a lift . The interior was exactly as described and faithful to the pictures on the website. The sitting room with large floor to ceiling windows, full of light and comfortable sitting sofa with a large dining room table and chairs. The kitchen very well stocked with all the necessary crockery etc and a nice Smeg fridge. Washing up and new sponges provided as well as washing machine capsule. The king size bed in the mezzanine was very comfortable. Toiletries in both bathrooms also provided. Everything was spotless and there was complimentary bottles of drinking water on each bed. I had seen reviews complaining about insignificant things. Maybe these people should have booked at the Ritz paying 10x more. We believe everything was great, and excellent value for money. We now know where to stay on our next visit to Barcelona. Our daughter was there before us and therefore first to check in and she had difficulty with the password/ code given. Subsequently she found out she had been given the wrong code but she managed to find the right one (I'm not sure how) . I would respectfully suggest to the admin/staff to check this.

Apartment was very nice and comfortable with good space, so central. A difficult check in process with the host. Should be simpler given you are going through booking.com but was still trying to sort when we arrived in Barcelona. Could have a few things to support the stay in the pantry, tea, washing tablets, etc.

Very spacious apartment My only comments would be the single room had a very thin bed on wooden slates so I found it very uncomfortable however this could easily be changed.

• Thuy (6/5): Location is good but facilities should be upgraded and cleaned. - Location is great Floor is dusty everywhere, especially mezzanine. There is only one full bed at mezzanine, sofa bed is not convenient and other rooms have only a single bed. Air conditioners are very bad, not cool at all. Shower rooms, 1 is too small, other has hand sprayed sometimes doesn’t work.

• Mohammed (5/5): excellent location - location is in the center of the city all in walking distance and if you have car there is a car parking infront of the facility for daily charge. the bathrooms were extremely small and also the problem with the place you can not find it there is no sign and no staff to assist you all will be online and WhatsApp to access the place it will be much better to have someone to assist and give instruction for the place.

• Genesis (10/5): definitely will use this apartment again - perfect for a family of 5 had everything we needed. big space. lots of restaurants, fast-food and 24 hour supermarket close by. definitely recommend this place good value for money parking but there is a public parking across the road but everything was good.

• Noveira (9/5): A Great Stay! - Beautiful apartment in the heart of Passeig de Gràcia. Spacious, secured, eclectic decor with all modern everyday amenities. Close to all major attractions, a short walk to Placa de Catalunya to connect via Metro or R lines. Online check in and check out were a breeze and the hosts were very responsive on whatsapp. For our family of four, this apartment offered great space and privacy. All in all a great stay. Some of the bathroom features (faucets) could use an update, but it's not a big deal. Overall, a very nice, unique, comfortable property.
