Please note that early check-in during office hours is available and incurs a fee of EUR 50, and late check-in after 20:00 is for an additional charge of EUR 50.
Guests must sign the property rental contract prior to check-in.
When booking more than 28 nights, different policies and conditions apply.
A luggage room is available for guests from 11:00 to 20:00 and for an additional charge of EUR 5 per bag.
In accordance with local regulations, for stays exceeding 28 nights, the property requires additional guest documentation with reason of stay for verification purposes following the reservation. Additionally, a security deposit equivalent to one month’s stay is required. Failure to provide the requested documentation or the security deposit may result in the cancellation of the reservation in line with the applicable cancellation policy.

- Sophie (2/5): I don’t recommend this stay. - The room we got was not the exact one in the image and was slightly worse set out. Very low ceilings, the second bedroom was like a dungeon. Bathroom was tiny, roasting hot and the sink broke. Stairs seemed dangerous and were hard to use. Upstairs smelled of fish and cleanliness of everything was poor. Deck boards were breaking through outside so we weren’t comfortable sitting at the table. Also none of the styling or homely touches pictured were there just a bare room. Location is a long walk from the town centre and taxis were 15-30euro. Felt catfished by the images, expected a big company like this to provide a better experience. They also held 400Euro on my card in case of damages which was returned quickly but should be factored in for budget and felt a bit silly given the state of the room.

- Soto Torrez (1/5): Para no repetir. - La ubicación Después de completar los pagos, gestionar la hora de llegada 15:00 hrs y todo con antelación, nos encontramos que: 1 - el apartamento sucio y la de la limpieza iniciando sus labores, repito INICIANDO ( no la culpo a ella, pero si a los encargados de gestionar estos grandes detalles) 2 - bajamos a la oficina, que esta justo enfrente, haber si nos podían dar alguna explicación, y lo único que nos supieron decir y digo palabras textuales fue” miren el lado positivo, mientras estamos aquí hablando, ella está limpiando” 15:45 hrs perdona!! Disculpa!! Una vergüenza vamos… Preparamos este viaje con ilusión por que era un regalo para las niñas, y después de un viaje de al menos 5hrs de coche, (4 niñas y dos adultos) lo único que queríamos, era acceder a la vivienda, para descansar, prepararnos y continuar con lo planeado, pero no, tuvimos que volver a bajar todas nuestras pertenencias al coche, por que obviamente no íbamos a dejar nuestras cosas con una desconocida, abandonamos 16:15 hrs el apartamento( la reserva era para las 15:00 hrs)hasta que la limpieza se marchara y para rematar cuando pudimos acceder a la vivienda 18:00 hrs parecía que solo se recogió por encima con prisa y malamente. Pésimo servicio.

- Maurits (1/5): Horrible. Don’t book here or with Booking as they don’t care and apparantly support organisations like this. We have a l - Nothing, they stole from us from us. A lot of money. We paid 800€ for a two bedroom apartment which would have 2 bedrooms (one with a double and single bed, and one with two single beds) but shortly after paying an extra ‘safety’ deposit of 400€ they changed our apartment into another one, deleted messages from WhatsApp and gave us an apartment with only 2 beds. One double and one single. We arrived late in the evening so couldn’t do much about it, immediately texted the company but they never did anything anymore and even stopped replying within 24 hours while we were staying there for 5 days. Ordinary thieves these people are. From the lowest kind. Also, it will be interesting to know that even if we started contacting Booking.com on the next morning, so on the second day of our 5 day stay, they simply never replied or reacted …. Supposedly when you are ‘Genius 3’ they will get back to you in 24 hours but they got back to us after we left the accommodation, no more than 4 days later and then they told us, we are sorry, but there is nothing we can do. No refunds, no payback. No sense of responsibility. Take the money and run. We’ll see both of you in court for lying to us and stealing our money in what looks to be a thieving set up supported by Booking.com.

- Francisco (1/5): Terrible! Stay away - Nothing :( Not all like the pictures. They gave us an apartment that wasn’t the one we booked for. Not very clean. Staff unwilling to assist. Very poor water pressure. They asked for a 400€ deposit and only refunded it 3 weeks after we checked out even though everyday I was asking for it. Overall I do not recommend this place at all. Also quite far from the city center.

- George (1/5): The evidence from several customers is this company regularly dishonestly refuses to return deposit - I liked nothing about my stay. See my comments on the next section I believe this company is completely dishonest. They took a €400 deposit on arrival to guard against damage, due to be refunded 2 weeks after departure. When they did not I contacted them to request it. I received a refusal based on a completely false claim that I had violated noise regulations. This is completely untrue. I am 71 years old, I was on my own and created no noise at any time. I have since seen multiple customer reviews making the same complaint

- Anonymous (2/5): Never again - Only the balcony a lit Everything in the accommodation was worn out. The bathroom has black stains on the ceiling (possibly mold), the sink is broken, the bathtub is damaged, two of four lamps do not work. The door was rotten. The blinds in the bedroom did not work. The beds are more like couches for emergency accommodation. You can't sleep comfortably there as an adult. Three out of four mirrors in the apartment were broken. Some of the walls were very dirty. The dishes in the kitchen were all dirty in the cupboard. There was no response when I asked twice via WhatsApp. Why you have to pay a €400 deposit (which is only refunded 15! days after checkout) is a mystery to me. They should have given me back €400 for this impudence! The windows were all dirty too
- Ferraro, (4/5): Would never recommend this unit to anyone. We had four people and was very uncomfortable. - Nothing The 2 beds were like sleeping on plywood. They were only one foot away from each other. The bathroom had the shower right as you walk in and everything gets wet when showering. You literally had to wear shoes after you got out of the bathroom as the floor would be wet.
- Alwilki75 (8/5): Very good - The ease of access to the apartment. Overhead Shower didnt work. Luckily, there was a second shower head we could use, there was a leak on the pipework from the radiator on the master bedroom. Both of which were reported at the time of noticing. Boiler service engineer turned up to service the boiler and air con before we left the apartment. I would expect this to be done when the apartment is empty or not in use. On saying the above we would use my Space again.

It has now been 5 weeks, I do not have my refund and Booking.com customer service can not do anything. Also MySpace Barcelona DO NOT have a car park like stated on their page. You will have to park in the city so enjoy your car being broken into like us.
- Mei (4/5): Disappointing - - room light cannot turn on …we reported on arrival … and again next day … no response, no one tried to contact you or fix it! - kitchen hanging cabinet door is nearly falling off … report on arrival, no one cared. - the room was not very clean… - kitchen had a coffee capsules machine … they did not even have a single pc of coffee capsule for us to use… we cannot buy a whole pack during our stay .. - family of 3 staying for 4 nights, they only gave us one very small bottle of shampoo and body wash… Not worth for the amount we paid.
