The only downside was the net curtains in the bedroom which let through light in the mornings. We made some makeshift curtains and so it wasn't a problem, merely an observation.

• Bob (10/5): Het was prima. - Als er wind was vanuit west of zuidwest rammelde er ‘s-nachts iets aan de buitenkant wat onze nachtrust verstoorde. We hebben geprobeerd de oorzaak te vinden, maar zonder resultaat. Waarschijnlijk iets van boven ons of van de aangrenzende appartementen.

• Elke (8/5): Tolle Lage aber ohne Meerblick - Die Lage, Ausstattung und Sauberkeit des Appartements war super. Das Bett war sehr komfortabel. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war einfach, schnell und freundlich. Bei Booking.com wurde das Appartement „mit Meerblick“ beworben. Das stimmt so nicht, da zwischen der Aussicht vom Balkon und dem Meer noch ein Haus steht. Dafür war es mir dann eigentlich zu teuer. Weiterhin waren die Wohnräume insgesamt etwas eng und super hellhörig. Wenn die Nachbarn zu Hause waren, was zum Glück nicht so oft vorkam, hatte man das Gefühl, sie stehen direkt neben einem.

• Line (8/5): Beau séjour ponctué de désagréments. Je le recommande mais s’assurer que le problème est réglé - Situation. Près du port et de son activité. A 20 minutes du centre historique. Plusieurs épiceries aux alentours. Près des transports pour visiter les villes des alentours Appartement bien équipé pour cuisiner, entretenir les vêtements etc Odeurs nauséabondes insupportables provenant de la salle de bain qui donne directement sur la chambre à coucher. Comme l’appartement est petit l’odeur se répandait à la grandeur de celui-ci Durant 4 jours très intense et ensuite supportable avec les porte-fenêtres toujours ouvertes. Conséquence on ne pouvait pas utiliser l’air climatisé à 28-29 degrés…. Un distributeur automatique de parfum d’ambiance très intense tentait de camoufler l’odeur… L’odeur du parfum mélangée à l’odeur d’égout était dégueulasse!!!! Nous avons contacté le propriétaire qui nous a répondu très rapidement. Il nous a demandé si l’odeur provenait de la salle de bain et si le distributeur de parfum fonctionnait. Si non qu’il enverrait quelqu’un pour le réparer. Ce qui nous porte à croire qu’il est au courant de la problématique…. Le pire était à notre retour à l’appartement qui avait eu les fenêtres fermées. Heureusement des amis avaient loué dans le même édifice et nous ont accueilli pour le café du matin et certains repas. A noter que ce sont de très petits appartements pour 4 adultes… La location de l’appartement était une grosse part de notre budget de la semaine à Malaga. Décevant de n’avoir pas pu en profiter. De plus ça nous a occasionné des dépenses supplémentaires J’ose croire que c’est un problème qui habituellement est sous contrôle puisque dans aucun commentaire il en est question. Je le répète la communication avec le propriétaire est impeccable. Par contre nous aurions aimé qu’il soit plus réactif à tenter de régler le problème. Le matin de notre départ soit le 8 ième jour il nous avise qu’il enverra un plombier pour résoudre le problème…

More than excellent equipment in apartment from kitchen (tea, coffee, spices, salt, welcoming wine and water), laundry, even ambarella and chairs. Very nice balcony. Comfortable bed. New linens and towels. Excellent AC and WiFi signal. Many supermarkets less than 100 meters away. Very safe area. I do recommend it for everyone. Thank you very much. Nothing at all

Great communication with the host. The apartment is one of the smallest we have stayed in over a couple months.. The balcony helps as it is spacious to have meals outside.

The apartment itself was perfect for what we needed with lots of extra touches which were appreciated, plenty of towels, face cloths, hairdryer, straightener, condiments for cooking. There was even a water and wine when we arrived. The air con worked well and the bed was comfortable. The balcony had a nice seating area with a view of the castle and cathedral. The washing machine was also very useful. 10/10. Nothing.

Our hosts were very willing and helpful. The apartment was just big enough for two but slightly cramped. On occasions an unpleasant smell came up/down into the apartment from the drain system.
• Fiona (10/5): Fantastic apartment in great place in Malaga - will return for sure - Fantastic location close to beach, restaurants and marina. Apartment was clean and the balcony was a huge plus as had the afternoon/ evening sun and view of the castle. Entry on first day was not as easy as it could have been. No reception and nobody to help. Email was late coming through from booking dot com.

• Debbie (9/5): Good place to stay close to beach - Secure quiet building, close to beach, the veranda was lovely, was pleasantly surprised to find a flatiron as well as a hairdryer Pillows were very uncomfortable, hard and large, suitable as a prop pillow, not for sleeping , bed was comfortable though and linens were fine

The view is also pretty good, you get a lovely view of the cathedral and castle on the hill. The gift of water & wine is à lovely touch. The building in front blocks the sea/marina view but that can’t be helped. It can get abit noisy but that’s to be expected in the busy central location. The apartment is small but fine for two people. Also finding the lobby light wasn’t easy, we pushed the next apartments doorbell thinking it was the light switch. We soon realised it’s the switch as you come out the elevator.

• Carole (9/5): Perfect location for this gem of an apartment - Location, location, location. Perfect for the beach, old town and port. Beach 5 mins away and apartment came with beach towels and umbrella. A real bonus! Coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, 2 ring hob, iron, ironing board. Also hairdryer and straightners!! Table and chairs on patio with awning, overlooking the port. And great air con. Well equipped apartment. Didn't try the laundry cupboard. Highly recommend and will go back again. Not the owners fault but the next door apartment has been gutted and some hammering and drilling started around 8.30am. Also due to unprecedented storm the awning on this apartment and the one above were loose so really loud banging went on all night as if the building was falling apart. We'd arrived at night so didn't know this was what the noise and we were very anxious..

• Michael (10/5): Grab it while you can!! - Very accessible - flat area and elevator to the apartment. Right next door to the Centre Pompidou, Hard Rock Cafe, Spanish Cafes and restaurants, the Harbour. Scooters are 20m away from the entrance for renting. Apartment has everything you need, good sized balcony, sea view, WiFi, amenities, smart TV, heating and air conditioning, plus the owner very kindly provides little extras such as Q Tips in the bathroom, Salt Sugar Oils Condiments etc in the Kitchen. Check in is super easy and rapid, as is check out. Paid parking is a 2 minute walk. The bed is of a high standard, very comfortable, and the shower has excellent pressure and is very hot if you need it to be. Highly recommended. Underground paid parking which we chose is expensive (this was our choice and not the owners recommendation) - if you can try and find street parking. We occasional saw a few spots become available on the street below when on the balcony so keep your eyes open. This is just a general point and not the owners responsibility - the apartment itself and everything associated with it was flawless.

• Timur (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is conveniently located just a few minutes from the beach and the town center. Host was very nice, friendly and even left us a welcome gift. There's is a construction site nearby so it can get quite noisy during the day but the work stops around 6 pm so it didn't bother us that much.
