• Hélène (10/5): Super séjour pour profiter à la fois de Barcelone et de la plage. - Appartement confortable pour 4, à deux pas de la plage et du bus. Le petit déjeuner pour le premier jour. L accueil et la gentillesse de Moises, le concierge sont incomparables. Un peu bruyant en soiree si des gens crient dans la rue

• Laetixtre (9/5): - Je ne laisse pas souvent des commentaires mais ici il est impensable de ne pas souligner la gentillesse et l'efficacité du personnel qui fera tout pour que tout se passe au mieux. L'emplacement est parfait ! Le seul bémol est le bruit de la rue qu'on entend un peu trop des chambres.

• Jana (10/5): - Erstmal DANKE für die nette Begrüßung und Einweisung von ,,Moises´´ am Empfang, wir haben uns rundum sehr gut aufgehoben gefüllt !!! Bei Ankunft wartete uns Frühstück und eine Obstschale. Die Wohnung und der damit verbundene Ausblick ( das Meer direkt vor der Haustür ) war ein Traum. Die Stadt bietet eine atemberaubende Architektur, die Menschen sind aufgeschlossen und freundlich usw.. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Barcelona ist weitaus fortschrittlicher als Deutschland !!!

• Stephanie (10/5): Spotless, well equipped apartment in an excellent location - Excellent set of apartments with a beach and sea view. The apartments are spotlessly clean and incredibly well equipped. Moises, at the front desk, is absolutely fantastic and so helpful. Also, the company was so accommodating when our flight was delayed on a Sunday night. It's the best of both worlds you get from an apartment and from a hotel because there is a 24-hour number to call for after-hours issues. The internet/wi-fi is excellent and the tv is installed with apps to watch Netflix, AppleTV, etc. We liked staying here so much that we renewed our stay for another 12 nights (in addition to the first 8). Strongly recommend this apartment! A loud group in another unit can be heard very clearly in the living area (mainly through the elevator shaft), but not as much in the bedrooms. The 24-hour call line was helpful in getting them to quiet down after 10 pm, which we really appreciated.

• Izabela (5/5): Apartament spoko, obsługa gorzej - Czysty apartament przy plaży. Check in agent nie powiedział nam, że wejście jest z drugiej strony budynku. Otworzył nam drzwi wejściowe na klatkę od wewnątrz i powiedział że są zawsze otwarte. Gdy wyszłyśmy z mieszkania i chciałyśmy wrócić drzwi były zamknięte i nie dało się ich otworzyć. Nikt nie odbierał telefonu. Gdy ktoś do mnie oddzwonił powiedział, ze moja rezerwacja jest nieopłacona, co jest abstrakcją gdyż byłam już zameldowana w pokoju, rezerwacja podatek i depozyt były opłacone. Gdy wyraziłam swoje niezadowolenie i irytację osoba z którą rozmawiałam przez tel się rozłączyła. Z racji na późną porę i zmęczenie wynajęłyśmy inny hotel na te noc. Następnego dnia okazało się że wejście jest z drugiej strony budynku. Zmęczona po podróży o północy nie obchodziłam budynku by szukać innego wejścia, te przez które weszłam było zamknięte i nie powiedziano mi nic o jakimkolwiek innym wejściu do budynku. Poniosłam w związku z tym dodatkowe koszta na kolejny nocleg.

• Aleksei (5/5): Залог 500 евро который придётся уговаривать чтобы вернули - Квартира красивая, чистая, уютная, есть вся бытовая техника чтобы жить и отдыхать комфортно, локация прекрасная, пляж через дорогу, до центра 10 минут пешком При заселении просят внести залог 500 евро, исключительно через оплату картой, наличные не принимаются. После того как мы покинули жилье залог не возвращали почти неделю, при этом рассказывая, что возврат сделан, и деньги просто долго идут между банками. Несколько дней требовали предоставить чек о возврате, но чек не предоставляли и вот только сегодня на 5й день, они вернули деньги и прислали чек. В чеке дата возврата сделанного только что, т.е. они просто врали что возврат сделан. Не знаю на что рассчитывает данный арендодатель? На то что, залог можно будет не возвращать? Очень неприятно

The best view is Barcelona by far you can see all Barcelona beach and are 1 min walk to restaurants, there is a convenient store downstairs in the courtyard with a fountain, the stairs from the courtyard are mins away from the beach. It's top notch accommodation and the terrace if second to none, amazing ★★★★★ Moses made us feel at home and sent us links to all shopping centers, attractions, monuments and other places too see or do. Thanks for the great and unforgettable experience in Barcelona;

Im Apartment ist alles vorhanden, was man sich je ausdenken kann: Waschmittel, Spülmittel, Waschmaschine, Kaffeemaschine, Ofen etc. Unser Gastgeber Moises war besonders aufmerksam. Nichts

We were moments away from the beach and conveniently near all the local attractions. The school was a bit noisy in the mornings but it was tolerable.

• SHARON (9/5): Perfect Location and Apartment for 2 couples - Location was amazing, especially as it was annual La Mercie events and fireworks and drone shows from our Balcony, offered amazing experience. Suite 4 is perfect for 2x couples, offering 2 queen beds that were quite comfy. Moisès was amazing to deal with, very helpful info, directions, and assistance. If ever decide to go back to Barcelona, I'd be happy to book here again. Water pressure in shower is probably the only let down.

• Nigar (10/5): - it was a perfect hotel this was a wonderful experience.Th ev location wa so perfect near to the beach there are a lot of restaurants near by yhe hotel and the stuff was really friendly especially Mr Musa.The hotel provided us with a welcoming bottle of wine and sweets.Everything was perfectly clean and they gave us everything we needed fir beach even sunscreen.Im recommending thi so hotel to everyone.We will return ti the hotel again with my family. However the hotels surroundings had a bad smell due to canalizations and smell of urine,but this is not regarding to the hotel.

• LouAnna (10/5): - We had an wonderful stay at Kronos on the Beach. Staff was great with communicating. We enjoyed the welcome gift - it was very thoughtful! Apartment was clean, beds were comfortable! Beach is right across the street and apartment has beach chairs/umbrella/towels for you to use. Great location to go to the beach or easy walk into Gothic Quarter/ La Rambla. But, if you don't like walking, you can easily catch a taxi. We were very happy with our stay and would recommend to others!

Ideelt til 4 personer, fx to par eller en familie med to børn. Der er et badeværelse til hvert soveværelse. Ægteparret, som administrerer lejlighederne, er meget venlige og imødekommende. Stedet kan klart anbefales! Der var ikke så meget power i bruseren, når man ville have et varmt bad.

• Christine (10/5): The ultimate vacation spot - We cannot wait to return!!! - We loved every single thing about this amazing place. We loved the location, all of the amenities, the decoration and even the very thoughtful welcome gifts that were left for us! It truly was the most magical living space - the beds were very comfortable and cozy, the bathroom was very modern with a great jacuzzi tub (that worked VERY well), and it seemed that every balcony had space to enjoy your morning coffee. And it's so close to the ocean that you could hear the waves all day/night - and the sunrises and sunsets from our apartment was spectacular. And the crowning element was the private rooftop sundeck that was gorgeously decorated. The lounge chairs were perfect for private suntanning and the raised platform with comfortable outdoor couches and chairs was perfect to enjoy cheese & wine at the end of the night. We could not find one single thing that we didn't like about this place.

The facilities were functioning well and most of them are new. The host, Mr. Moisés, was one of the best that I dealt with. He was very helpful and always made sure that got everything we need. The soundproofing probably not the best, you can still hear the people on the street at night.

The apartment is very clean, beautiful, simple and perfectly equipped so that you can absolutely live in it without needing anything. A nice gesture is fruit, water, coffee, tea, bread, sweets, which welcome you from the road, e.g. supermarkets are not open at that time because we arrived around 11pm. Communication with all people from the team, at all levels, was excellent (from arrival, current affairs, departure, luggage storage). If you are still in a dilemma, don't be, be sure to stay there!

Friendly, helpful staff always available. Lovely to have a welcome pack when we arrived tired and hungry so we didn't have to rush out for food. Apartment was clean and comfortable with everything we needed. Nothing! It was the perfect holiday and we will definitely be back.

Moises is super friendly and attentive. Highly recommend staying here. At night the area around the apartment in Barceloneta feels a bitt unsafe, so for a female traveler alone I would recommend taking a taxi after 12 pm.

• Eisa (1/5): Unfair deposit deduction ruined an otherwise good stay - The location was convenient, and the property was clean and comfortable While the stay itself was fine, the post-stay experience was unacceptable. The property charged me a €500 deposit and claimed €469.48 for damages I didn’t cause. Despite providing clear evidence, the situation was handled unfairly. I recommend travellers choose a more honest place to stay. If you do book here, be sure to take detailed pictures and videos before checking out to protect yourself.
