• Myliza (10/5): - We have great experience with this apartment. Apartment is complete of all our needs like kitchenware, washing machine, and many more. It is big and with two toilets and shower room that fits for the family. The apartment is clean and very relaxing. The area has groceries, restaurants, and it is also near to beach and transportation. We can easily contact the friendly and accomodating staff that facilitating this apartment. If we have problem, they make solutions, like we have mistakenly unplug the internet, which should not be done. They helped us. Thank you so much for that :).

• aishwarya (4/5): Not satisfied - The location and view was amazing. Lot of transport options available. There is no reserved parking area but there is lot of space near the apartment so you can park anywhere. The apartment is amazing and spacious. Our kids had lot of fun playing in the apartment. They gave us one crib as well so that was also useful. The sink was not properly cleaned. It had leakage issue while we were staying there. When I tried to contact the property they were blaming us saying we blocked the drain so it is leaking but when asked repeatedly then they sent one plumber who told us it was nothing to do with drainage. Then the digital key was not working for first 3-4 days of our stay which was frustrating as we always had to wait downstairs to see if someone can let us inside. Even after asking multiple times they didn’t give us key. They tried resolving it once but when it was no working in my opinion someone should have come immediately and given us the key but no. No proper management, no immediate response from the management. I never had such an experience where the management blame customer for the issue even before checking. And even after telling them that we would not like someone to come in to repair sink if we are not in the apartment. He should come when we are available. Still they sent the man when we were not at the apartment. It was major violation of privacy.
• Agnès (9/5): Excellent séjour - L'emplacement à 2 MNS de la gare, le parking proche, la grandeur et la propreté de l'appartement, le balcon avec vue. Rien de négatif mise à part les clefs virtuelles, si plus de batterie sur son tel dodo dans la voiture !!
• Žaneta (3/5): Bohužel nemohu doporučit - Blízkost vlakového nádraží, velké ubytování Bohužel ubytování nebylo úplně čisté, vypadá to, že se tam o to nikdo pořádně nestará. Byla zničená vchodová klika, zástrčka u lampičky, která nešla kvůli tomu zapnout, takže jsem byla v pokoji po tmě a musela jsem svítit mobilem, když jsem šla v noci na WC, což nebylo příjemné. Jsou zničené spodní části dveří v obou koupelnách, jelikož ze sprchy cáká voda až na dveře. V kuchyni mohlo být více kapslí do myčky.
• Robert (8/5): Naprawdę świetny Apartament . - Świetny, duży , idealny apartament dla grupy 4-6 osób . Dwie łazienki, każda z nich posiada toaletę . Wyposażona kuchnia we wszystkie potrzebne rzeczy . Idealna lokalizacja , kilka lini autobusowych, stacje tramwajowe, oraz pociąg w odległości zaledwie max do 300m. Widok z balkonu na morze też jest napewno na duży plus. Obsługa też w stałym kontakcie i pomocna . Najbardziej przeszkadzał mi i reszcie osób „zapach” kanapy, łóżek, a w szczególności poduszek, kołder i nakrycia . Niestety był to zapach staroci , i takiego jakby potu po innych osobach. Ubrania natychmiast przesiąkały tym „zapachem” . Kolejną rzeczą był braki ciepłej wody w jednej łazience, podczas gdy w drugiej ktoś już korzystał z prysznica , albo były takie przeskoki z zimnej wody na ciepłą . I ostatnią rzeczą było bardzo złe umiejscowienie klimatyzacji , która chłodziła wszystkie pomieszczenia , oprócz sypialni. klimatyzację są w korytarzu i w salonie , zaś aby cokolwiek się schłodzili w sypialniach drzwi muszą być otwarte, co wiąże się z brakiem prywatności w sypialni . Ale poza Tymi rzeczami , a tak naprawdę tylko tym brzydkim zapachem pościeli , to jest naprawdę świetny apartament .

• Ahmed (9/5): Große Luxus Apartment für 6 Leute wirklich geignet - moderne, Klimaanlage Küche Bette, WLAN, Netflix, Prime ,Youtube prime. Wasser nicht schnel warm l aber in Sommer war keine Problem .Sonst Super!

• Bartek (5/5): Passable - It was clean. Booking system was terrible. In the end of the process was the question about deposite. Deposit wasn’t give back after 4 days of leaving apartment. Contact with company / owner is not possible.
• Piotr (6/5): Friends - Size of apartament 1. Not clear instructions how enter to the apartament- we sent like 30-40 minutes to figure out how to enter after few contacts with "contact center" 2. Now enough blankets. One person didn't have it. After contacting with personnel no one fixed it. 3. Pass to the wife not the same as in the instruction.

• An (9/5): Great online host, spacious apartment - Online Service and Support: responsive, quick, helpful and friendly. I had to call once because of the electronic access and text once because of the warm water. All was taken care of immediately regardless of the holidays. Location: Although the apartment is quite away from the city centre, it is located less than 100m away from the metro that takes you to the heart of Barcelona within 15-20min. Apartment: very spacious, clean and well equipped. The host has even left complimentary bags with bath products in each bathroom, which was a nice touch. The instructions for finding the apartment could have been more precise, for example take the left staircase when entering the building, not right as I did, otherwise you land on the wrong side of the building. However, the online support is so quick, there is no chance you will get lost :)

• Bomee (8/5): Very good - Clean, welcome packs and all essential items for use. Close to a quiet beach and large supermarket. Plenty of space for all 6 guests. Close to the station but not in a central location. Check in was initially confusing as they did not explain that the app is the key to the apartment and was not available in English.
• Dhanushan (6/5): Nice large apartment clean, but no hot water and no room keys - Large apartment, clean, free bottle of water given. Good AC. Electronic key system is not good, if my phone battery died or no internet connection you can be locked out. Also my friend was asked to set up key system and was not given, the check in process is nightmare. No good at all. .no heat water

• Prerona (10/5): Delightful. - It was an amazing stay. Amazing Location and facilities. There was a prompt helpline. The app door lock was very much convinient and easy to use. Some of the rooms' heaters could not be turned off.
• Wojciech (6/5): I overpaied tourist tax by 17 EUR. Althow promissed it has not been returned to my account. - Appartment is close to railway station Hipermarket is close by. The registration procedure in order to get the access codes is quite difficult to go through. There was no personal contact. There was no warm water for the entire stay!!! We chose appartment because it is close to the beach Platja de Sant Adrià de Besòs. Do not get yourself fulled - Platja de Sant Adrià de Besòs is closed! You need to take the train to get to the nearest open beach Platja de Badalona (1 stop).
