• Amanda (6/5): Não voltaria. - Gostei muito da localização. E, tinha elevador e dois quartos separados. O local precisa muito de uma boa limpeza. O banheiro fedia. Sim fedia! Todos os utensílios bem simples e antigos. O banheiro foi péssimo. Éramos 3 adultos e uma criança, depois de dois tomarem banhos seguidos o chuveiro parou de funcionar e estava muito frio. Impossível tomar banho gelado. O Anfitrião responder que deveriamos esperar 30min para que voltasse a aquecer, o que atrasou nosso roteiro. A vista é horrível para outros apartamentos. Parecia a vista de um cortiço. Não tivemos varanda e nem vista para a Sagrada Família como mostrado na divulgação da hospedagem. O quarto com as camas de solteiro não tem ventilação alguma e muito pequeno. A sala era boa. Dava para abrir as malas na sala. Tinha ferro de passar roupa.

• Carrere (7/5): Emplacement idéal, appartement simple. - L'emplacement est vraiment idéal, accès facile, terrasse agréable, accès au toit. L'appartement est très propre et les équipement fonctionnent. La cuisine et la salle de bain sont très étroits mais conformes à la description. Il n'y avait pas beaucoup d'équipements dans la cuisine (bols, condiments, sacs poubelle, torchons). L'isolation est très faible, on entend l'ascenseur et les voisins.
• GIRLIE (5/5): The cost is too high, I hoep they could have provided good enough beddings and towels. - Its Near Sagrada Im okay with the proerty being old but they provided only 4 small pillow, broken towels, the sofa should be updated, its overused. Dont believe the images posted in website.
• Luca (7/5): Posizione Fantastica, ma bagno assolutamente da rivedere - la posizione assolutamente, in un posto tranquillo con vista Sagrada Familia e a due passi dalla metropolitana. Il bagno, davvero troppo piccolo e angusto che crea non poche difficoltà nei movimenti.
• Maria (1/5): Ottima posizione, ma appartamento e servizi decisamente bocciati - La posizione dell'appartamento è ottima, proprio di fronte alla Sagrada Familia. La zona è molto movimentata, sicura e collegata benissimo con i mezzi pubblici, il che ha reso facili gli spostamenti per tutta la famiglia (eravamo in 4). Struttura non conforme alle foto e scarsa assistenza Purtroppo il soggiorno non ha rispecchiato le aspettative create dalle foto: • Pulizia e comfort: Al nostro arrivo il piano cottura era sporco e le lenzuola avevano un cattivo odore. Il bagno era estremamente piccolo, così come la doccia, e lo sciacquone funzionava ancora con la catena. • Struttura e privacy: I muri sono sottilissimi, si sentiva ogni minimo rumore e conversazione dalle stanze vicine e dal corridoio. Inoltre, le finestre affacciavano sull'interno di un altro palazzo e direttamente sul vano ascensore, limitando molto la privacy e la luce naturale. • Servizi insufficienti: Per 4 persone ci sono stati forniti solo 5/6 asciugamani e 2 rotoli di carta igienica per tutto il soggiorno. Solo dopo aver mandato un messaggio, ci hanno portato altra carta igienica, ma nessun asciugamano extra. • Comunicazione: L'assistenza da parte della struttura è stata carente. Il secondo giorno una signora ha suonato il citofono insistentemente finché mio fratello non è sceso a controllare. Abbiamo provato a contattare subito l'host per chiarimenti e per i problemi riscontrati, ma abbiamo ricevuto risposta solo il giorno successivo.
• Ekira73 (7/5): Struttura consigliata senza troppe pretese - La posizione è ottima, eccezionale! La metro è praticamente di fronte alla struttura. Dal balcone c'è una bella vista, anche se parziale, sulla Sagrada familia e sul passeggio del Viale Gaudi, ricco di negozi, locali e piccoli supermercati. La zona è abbastanza movimentata ma non pericolosa e non troppo rumorosa. Noi eravamo al secondo piano (50 scalini o ascensore) e dalle 5.00 am si sente la metro, ma è un sottofondo non fastidioso. La comunicazione via WhatsApp con l'host è stata dettagliata e tempestiva anche se non ci siamo mai incontrati. Abbiamo fatto il check-in preventivo online, pagato la tassa di soggiorno con link e ritirato le chiavi seguendo le istruzioni fornite. Non ci è stata chiesta nessuna cauzione. Nel nostro appartamento in bagno era piccolo, ma la doccia era comoda con un grande piano d'appoggio. Il phon non è a muro, ma dentro un armadio, dove abbiamo trovato anche asse e ferro da stiro. In cucina c'era tutto il necessario per cucinare (anche se noi non l'abbiamo utilizzato) compreso microonde, tostapane, caffettiera, macchina per caffè americano e bollitore. Nella zona giorno l'ampio divano letto angolare comodo, potrebbe essere usato benissimo come ulteriore posto letto. La porta del bagno a soffietto in plastica era rumorosa e non chiudeva bene. Gli infissi in legno andrebbero rinnovati, non siamo riusciti ad aprire la piccola finestra sopra la doccia per paura di rompere qualcosa. Cuscini un po' bassi nei letti. Due inconvenienti (l'accesso di tecnici in casa verso le 12.00 e l' interruzione di energia elettrica dalle 20.30 alle 02.00 durante il secondo giorno), ci sono stati comunicati solo dopo aver pagato la tassa di soggiorno. A noi non hanno creato disagio, ma sarebbe stato più corretto saperlo prima.

• Marcos (5/5): Foi bom com exceção do banheiro. Poderia ter sido ótimo se não fosse o banheiro. - Localização. O banheiro é muito apertado e estava com o box entupido. Quando se toma banho a água vaza para o banheiro e não tem ralo para escoamento. Deu um trabalhão para secar logo no primeiro dia.
• Maria Beatriz (7/5): Bien ubicado baño minúsculo - La ubicación excelente El baño extremadamente pequeño, minúsculo, demasiada estrecha la ducha y todo el baño. Tuvo un corte de energía de 8 pm a 1 am que nos informaron cuando llegamos, debimos tener la oportunidad de decidir si queríamos quedarnos ahí, o en este caso hacernos un buen descuento.

Das Werbebild zeigte den Balkon der Sagrada Familia. Mein Zimmer hat jedoch keinen Balkon; ich kann aus dem Fenster nur die Wäsche des Nachbarn beim Trocknen und den Innenhof sehen.

• Joshua (8/5): A lovely apartment with everything you need for a great price and location. Unfortunately, I was woken up a few times du - Great location with good transport links around the city. Apartment came with clean towels and bedding. All the beds: double, twin & the sofa bed were comfy! No issue with checking in or out. Simple and easy. The twin room does get hot with two people in during summer however that can be solved with the air con on full blast. The hallway can be loud at times at night and I was woken up in the twin room with loud people returning and not obeying the quiet rules between 22-08.

• Mazera (1/5): Dezastruos! - Locația, lângă Sagrada Familia. În primul rând pozele nu coincid cu cele de pe site. La intrarea în locație ne -a izbit un miros de canalizare , iar vederea de pe balcon nu este spre Sagrada Familia ca în pozele de prezentare de pe booking, ci intr o curte interioare a cu multe gunoaie și mizerii. Totul în interior este foarte vechii cu un miros ciudat. Baia este foarte mică , nu ai loc să faci duș și mirosul de canalizare este accentuat . Am cerut anularea rezervării în momentul în care am ajuns la proprietate cu ajutorul celor de la booking , însă administratorul nu a răspuns la telefon celor de la booking.
• AleMSE (10/5): - The location is excellent in many ways: very close to the metro, there are restaurants and supermarkets everywhere you turn, you can check off one of the most emblematic tourist spots from the start, the view is amazing. Communication with the host was easy, the instructions for check-in were very clear and precise. It wasn't a huge inconvenience for us but it should be mentioned: the size of the second bedroom and bathroom are very small. I would recommend that the bathroom be equipped with shampoo/shower gel.

• Olivier (5/5): Excellent emplacement mais logement décevant et très bruyant. - Emplacement à côté du métro et vu en face de la Sagrada Família. Lit parentale confortable La salle de bain n'est pas utilisable par des personnes trop grandes ou fortes. La deuxième chambre trop petite pour 2 adultes. Les photos sur le site montre un mélange des différents logements proposés à cette adresse mais du coup trompeuses. Attention l'avenue Gaudi est très touristique et donc très bruyante. Calme de minuit à 5h du matin. .

• Izabella (3/5): Hiába olcsó és jó a lokáció, egyáltalán nem ajánlom. - A lokáció jó A képek nem a valós állapotot tükrözik. A fürdőszoba borzalmas. A zuhanyzó kb 50*50 cm ahova egy felnőtt ember alig fér be. A wc-t sokszor nem lehetett lehúzni mert nem töltött a tartály. Az egész lakásban dohos büdös volt illetve csatornaszag. A teraszról a kilátás a belső udvarra mint egy szeméttelep.

El dormitorio de las dos camas no podías ni pasar por medio de las dos, es muy caro para ser un apartamento tan viejo.

Supermercati, locker per valigie ecc. La Sagrada è veramente a 300 metri. Staff super disponibile. La casa va bene per un paio di giorni Il bagno un pó troppo piccolo, diciamo che una persona alta e un pó “over size” fa fatica anche a lavarsi. Peró tutto sommato ci si adatta. Bisognerebbe migliorare un pó la pulizia, quello si ho trovato capelli ecc. poi c è il rumore dell ascensore che si sente forte essendo l ultimo piano.

• Romana Forte (8/5): Z našim bivanjem v Barceloni smo bili zadovoljni. Mesto pa je čudovito. - Lokacija nastanitve je top! Pogled z balkona na Sagrado Familijo je čudovit predvsem zvečer. Prišli smo prej in dovolili so nam pustiti prtljago v stanovanju. Stanovanje je dovolj veliko za 4. Zaradi čudovite lokacije smo bili pripravljeni plačati malo več. Ponoči je bilo slišati vrvež z ulice, ampak nas to ni motilo. V okolici je ogromno možnosti za raznoliko hrano, trgovine, .... Kopalnica je problematična. Ob uporabi wc-ja se je pojavila voda v tuš kabini. Drugi dan smo klicali za pomoč, vendar se ni nihče oglasil, Kljub temu je bila zadeva zvečer urejena. Predvidevam, da ni bilo edino stanovanje s to težavo v tej stavbi.

• Michel (6/5): 2 nachten verblijf - De locatie was top, dicht bij de Sagra Familia en Metro station. De eigenaar was snel met reageren en gaf ons van te voren al tips mbt transfer naar hotel, en waarschuwde voor zakkenrollers, we konden vroeg inchecken, zelfs toen de cleaning bezig was konden wij ons omkleden en opfrissen van de reis voordat we de stad ingingen. Ook laat uitchecken (12.00) was geen probleem. Onder het hotel waren 2 restaurants met terras en dichtbij waren meerdere winkels De bedden waren niet goed, en douche en keuken waren erg klein. De onderliggende restaurants waren vanaf 7.00 al flessen aan het sorteren onder onze kamer, dus daar word je wakker van. En ons uitzicht zat helaas aan de achterkan dus tussen de gebouwen in. Maar als je hier 2 dagen verblijft en je vroeg op bent om de stad te gaan verkennen dan is het wel te doen.

Люди с большой коплекцией не влезут в душевую кабину . Всегда расстраивает тот факт ,что арендуя квартиру на 2 -3 дня,там нет геля для душа и шампуня . Как по мне, можно запастись маленькими бутылочками для гостей . Не всегда хочется бежать искать магазин чтоб купить гель )

Cozinha muito ruim, apertada e com cheiro ruim Local em frente ao apartamento barulhento e as janelas sendo velhas não isolam barulho. Não tem ar condicionado nos quartos somente na sala

• Wes1978 (8/5): - Ideal location for getting around Barcelona.. Literally next to Sagrada Familia so close to metro system for exploring Barcelona. On a nice street with plenty of restaurants, fast food and plenty of bakery's if required. Comfy and priced well enough for a short stay in the city. Great communication with the owner, quick response to messages on phone. The city tax nearly €11 each person per night for stays. Due to rise every year till 2029 so consider this into your booking budget. I really don't understand why a rise every year? Mays well just add it now it's only the tourist who's paying.. Doesn't affect the ownership. Maybe overlooked on booking from my point. Would of been nice for a room with a balcony view of the basilica.

The photos on booking.com suggest a view of the Sahara Familia. It turns out there are a number of apartments to rent and we were allocated an interior one which is not reflective of the photos on the Booking site.

• Susana (7/5): Ubicación fantástica, apartamento acceptable. - La ubicación del apartamento es fantástica si buscas estar cercar de la Sagrada Familia. Valoramos muy positivamente que pudimos hacer checkin más pronto y nos atendiron en persona. El apartamento estaba limpio. Las camas eran muy cómodas. El ruido de la calle, sobretodo por la noche (las ventanas no aislan nada de ruido). La habitación interior también tenia nucho ruido de la escalera. El apartamento es más viejo de lo que apartentan las imágenas. La cocina y el baño son muy pequeños, sobretodo el baño. No tienen servicio para poder dejar las maletas, aunque hay lockers cerca, es un gasto más.
• Laura (3/5): - Solo La posizione Piccola , vecchia , porte rotte bagno minuscolo davvero difficile muoversi all’interno anche per una persona magra, con scaricho della doccia non funzionante, quando fai la doccia oltre a sbattere ovunque l’acqua non defluisce e ti trovi con i piedi immersi in una piccola piscina. Da sconsigliare soprattutto se si viaggia con bambini . Una cosa buona la posizione centrale e vicino alla metro.

• Mfieldy (9/5): Beautiful location...... - I liked the location and the ease of the restaurants. The Metro was not a far walk. The view of the Sagrada was amazing. A small quaint apartment The only issue I had was the view from the balcony. From the pictures it looks like the view will be onto the main street however it faces the back onto other apartments.
