Zentral gelegen und ein Katzensprung zum Hafen, zum Strand und zur historischen Altstadt. Einfach perfekt. Die Vermieter haben mir auch ein Taxi bestellt zum Flughafen. Alles in allem echt toller Urlaub! Da die Unterkunft an der Hauptstraße liegt, ist es nachts ziemlich laut. Aber da konnte ich Abhilfe schaffen mit Ohrstöpseln👍

• Michael (5/5): Great location, and comfortable, but the drains are bit smelly, and the room is a bit tired. - Room was ready early for our early arrival, and the staff greeted us very warmly. The room is in a great location, with very easy access to the Harbour, Beach, and Old Town. The view was decent, overlooking the Bull Ring, and busy street. There's two small open balconies, and one enclosed one too. The Kitchen was well equipped, with everything you'd need for two people and more, though a bit awkward to use with the unnecessary sliding doors. The shower was wonderful, with plenty of hot water and shower gel and shampoo supplied. The bed was very comfortable, and plenty big enough for the two of us. The couch was very comfy, though a tad tired looking. The TV was fine, but you're in Spain, so obviously no English channels that I could find. Take your own firestick if you can't do without. The wardrobe was fine for one week's worth of clothes for two, but again, awkward to use with the silly sliding doors. There's air con available, but we didn't need to use it, though I imagine in the summer the room will get very hot. The hairdryer, microwave, fridge, and kettle all worked fine. We didn't use the other stuff, though there is a dishwasher, washing machine etc. When we entered the main property, it was quite grubby and dark, and we found it quite hard to actually see the keyhole to get into the apartment. First impressions of the room was a bit smelly from the drains, and it looked a bit tired, and not as good as it looks in the images on the website. The Tiles on the floor are well worn and quite a few of them are cracked, though I appreciate that this is an old Malaga building. One of the cushion covers has a rip in it. The bed cover had mucky marks on it. The sliding door situation over the kitchen and and wardrobe is just ridiculous. You can't be in one area whilst someone is in the other. For instance, if you want to be in the wardrobe the same time as the kitchen, then this is impossible. Also one part of the kitchen is unavailable to use, whilst using a different part of the kitchen. Please just take them off, as you have done for some of the photographs on your adverts. Place a hinged door on the wardrobe if needed. The seats around the table area were quite grubby. People have probably been using them as foot stools, or just spilt food on them. The whole place needs a quick lick of paint, as there are marks all around the room. The wood at the bottom of the balcony window is rotting away. The toilet situation isn't to my liking at all. In Spain, I've never had to use a bin next to the toilet for toilet waste. I've stopped in Malaga quite a few times, but never came across this before. I find it an unpleasant experience, and certainly wouldn't have booked the room had we known about it, so be prepared. Bins are over the road for you to get rid of your own toilet paper. The drains smell bad, and we had to open the windows quite a lot. The street is noisy, but we expected that, as it's on a main road, but it didn't bother us. It quietens down after 6pm, and wasn't too bad over the weekend either. The bathroom door will not stay shut.

The location was absolutely perfect—I booked it for my marathon, and it was just steps away from both the starting and finishing points, which made my experience so much more convenient and stress-free. The apartment was spotless, well-maintained, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The modern decor and cozy atmosphere made it feel like a home away from home. The host was extremely accommodating, responsive, and helpful, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient stay in Málaga. All good as mentioned just we had a little issue with the heating but the client service was very proactive to assisting me and resolved quickly

The 4-door wall covering the kitchen is very uncomfortable (you have to move it every time you want to open any drawer). The furniture is pretty used up and dirty (especially the chairs).

• Rhiannon (4/5): Don’t bother, this is not premium. - I could leave my bag since the check in is so late They just give you the keys and are like “bye!” Which is about the same amount of customer service as air bnb. They have lots of rules like you can’t take the towels to the beach and you have to take the rubbish out when you leave. The sheets were stained and had a burn hole in them (perhaps from a cigarette). “Caleta homes” makes it seem like it will be a premium stay but it’s actually more like a mediocre air bnb.

The apartment is new, clean and comfortable. Air conditioner works well. The fridge has freezer compartment, that is great. Kitchenware meet simple cooking needs. What’s app communication is convenient and helpful!

Also to the old city it is about 15 minutes ! There is a supermarket next door and a lot of good restaurants around .Flat is not big ( good size for family of three though) but it has everything you need ( esp good was to have a washing machine and dishwasher! ) . Stuff was very friendly and always available ( thank you, Cristina ! ) , they also organized a transfer from the airport for us and answered all questions:)

• Avijit (7/5): It was ok but not again - It was in good location. There was enough space for two people. Staff was very nice. It could have been cleaner and we stayed for 6 night and there was no cleaning provided. There is even no equipment to clean the floor or toilet so I guess you are expected to buy to not clean at all. Most important problem SO MUCH NOISE. All night, all day. Do not expect to sleep peacefully even a single night. The fan in the bedroom doesn’t work. Overall it was ok but not worth the price.
• Sibel (8/5): Be careful with the deposit - The location was good, very close to the sea and in walking distance to the old town attractions. The flat was clean and the beds comfortable. When I booked the apartment, there was mentioned somewhere that it is requested a 200 euro deposit... which I found very strange, never happened before with any other flat I booked in any other country but also in any other location in Spain. They are not present in the flat when you check in or check out (so you don't have the opportunity to do some kind of inventory of flat condition with one of their employees), the reception is at a different address and still they ask for a deposit, in case there are potential damages. Still I agreed to pay the deposit by card, when I picked the apartment keys at their reception. BUT even everything was fine in the end, the money remained blocked by their bank, until the end of the month! Whenever I wrote to them, the answer was we unblocked the money, nothing else we can do. If everything was fine, I was expecting the money to be unblocked in a decent time interval (they told me the money will be unblocked in 2 days after check out). I stayed in the flat beginning of the month so the money were unblocked after almost 4 weeks!

• Julius (9/5): Quality service, best location. - Location a few steps from the beach, nice local restaurant/cafetería next doors to the apartment, where they serve local breakfast and good coffee. Mercadona supermarket also 3 minutes walk from the apartment. Good quality wifi, small but well equipped kitchenette. Aparment clean and tidy. Old town centre 10-15 minutes walk from the apartment. In principle, all major sights of Malaga are reacheable on foot from there. Superb staff of Caleta is attentive and proactive with sending all instructions in a timely manner. They organized our transfer from the airport. The taxi driver had an apartment keys with her, and we did not need to worry or struggle with check-in at 2 o'clock at night because of our delayed flight. More storage space / hanging racks for the clothes would be appreciated. Also, similar suggestion: to install racks for hanging big towels in the bathroom. It was not convenient trying to find a place where to dry them out. Sofa-bed was not so comfortable. The apartment windows are towards the street, so it's quite noisy in the mornings if you are not used to it.

• Paul (6/5): We only used the apartment for sleeping. I was a good base to see Malaga - THe apartment was convenient for the centre of Malaga and the port area. The aprtment was in need of repair. The bathroom door and sink unit need repair. The water leaked out of the shower unit in the main bathroom. One of the curtains in the main room was broken and difficult to close. The outide blinds didn't work properly in the living room and required tying to the balcony ralings, Some of the coat hooks by the entry door are missing. We notified the management company that the crockery was incomplete. The apartment was advertised for 6 persons, but there was only 3 mugs, 4 cups and saucers etc.

There was a fast response from the reception desk when we were trying to solve the shower issue, despite not solved. - Apartment pictures advertised in booking.com are for several apartments which is misleading, given that we were attributed most probably the worst one. - Apartment windows did not close properly, leading to lots of noise and cold from outside. - The shower water got cold quickly so we had to wait +15 mins between every shower. - There were no spare trash bags. We asked for more but eventually had to buy them ourselves. - The sitting sofa was horribly broken. - We had to request for the bed to be prepared despite it was mentioned we were arriving with children. - There were even crawling insects on the apartment floor.

One of the two bathrooms was out of order, and the working bathroom was very hard to close and open doors. However we raised the issue with the hosts and decided we did not want anyone to come in and fix it during our stay. Fridge in the place is rather small, but we managed. Very small bin and no seggregation for recycling/glass in the apartment.

• Justyna (8/5): Very good - Very close to the beach and city centre. Clean apartment. It would be nice to have a bottle of water and some crackers/sweets. Me and my husband had to look for something to drink after a long day of flight.

• Bill (8/5): Enjoyable and comfortable stay - Layout of apartment - only 3 of us though so possibly different if 4+ (re-bathroom usage). The fact that you can get to beach in 2 minutes (sadly not really able to appreciate from 5th floor windows - behind another block of apartments - sitting 1 x block back). Plus pleasant walk to Old Town and next to modern harbour/pier - very busy with daily cruise ships visiting!) Recycling very lax! Was amazed with that fact - seem to be sites in street but not really "user-friendly" in apartment. No "stock" level shown - quick enough to take their 200 euro deposit and aware of nothing broken/ missing but did note odd number of glassware, chipped crockery - ALL done prior to our visit. SO awaiting response/return of full deposit and if not provided will be enquiring!! No info available (paper-wise) so really need to be computer/app-savvy. Good to have our son with us - no worries about using monthly data!!!

• Mireli (9/5): Superb - Very good location, close to the beach and city center. Appartement was very clean and comfortable. The only draw back in the appartment are the curtains in the main bedroom. They are extremely dated, dirty and stained.
• Jankauhla (9/5): Apartment near the beach - The location was great near the beach and carrefour. You can pick up the keys at the nearby office and you don't even have to bring a printed reservation.

• Evelyne (7/5): Good - Beautiful building and flat, kitchen is well equipped, bed very comfy The sliding door in the kitchen is annoying as you always have to change it to get to the areas you want. We asked for a duvet cover but didn’t get one, the receptionist told us that we don’t need it in summertime. I think that should be our decision and not hers.
