• noej (8/5): - Die Unterkunft war eindeutig unseren Anforderungen entsprechend. Die Umgebung wirkte sehr sicher, hatte einige Läden und das Stadtzentrum oder der Strand war innerhalb kurzer Zeit erreichbar. Wir wurden sehr herzlich und unkompliziert empfangen. Wir waren zu fünft, die Grösse der Wohnung war sehr geeignet. Es war ein sehr angenehmer und Komplikationsloser Aufenthalt.

• Velentuna (10/5): Best - Наше перебування в квартирі було надзвичайно приємним! 🏡 Тут є абсолютно всі зручності для комфортного відпочинку: на кухні та у ванній кімнаті було все необхідне, дуже затишно й чисто. Особливо сподобалося зручне ліжко та два балкони, де можна було насолоджуватися відпочинком. Атмосфера квартири тепла й домашня, ми залишилися повністю задоволені проживанням і з радістю повернемося ще! -

• Guest (10/5): Great family apartment - Dmitry was a fantastic host. Extremely responsive and helpful. The apartment was great for our family of 5. Quiet location with many options to get to different parts of BCN via public transportation or walking. Would highly recommended this stay.

• Anna (10/5): Exceptional - We absolutely enjoyed the apartment! It looks even better than on pictures. The owner was super nice, we were able to adjust the check-in and check-out time. The facilities were well maintained, you can find everything you need - oven, microwave, dishwater, stove. The location is perfect, it’s 20-30 minutes walk to the city center and the beach, but you can also use the public transport, the bus stop is 1 minute away. If you are a smoker you will definitely like the balconies as they are huge and the view is really nice. I recommend this apartment! Thank you for the pleasant stay 😊

• Feidias (9/5): Superb - Great apartment, clean, modern decoration and very spacious. Our host, Carlo was also very kind and helpful. The only issue we had was with hot water in the shower, it seemed to have some issue where the water will suddenly turn cold while showering. Carlo proposed a temporary trick that worked (turn on/off a few times) and proposed to send the maintenance team to fix it. Also having some shampoo/soap or water bottles would have been nice.

• Chris (8/5): Felt very safe in building. Clean and today: including pool area and gardens. Great location. - Located between beach and city centre. Pool/outside facilities. Layout of rooms. Two bathrooms. Balconies. Air conditioning. Washing machine. Inconsistent water temperature in shower. Toaster was only two slice and not as high a standard as rest of appliances. Sofa provided could not seat 6 guests.

• Radovan (10/5): Exceptional - Nice and clean. Good location. Lots of space and rooms. Very comfy balcony. Friendly staff. Hot water in both showers was very inconsistent. Quick shower was basically not possible. You needed to wait 2-3 minutes for warm water that lasted for barely 1 minute and then again ice cold water kicked in.
