It is also easy to access. However, the sound insulation is weak. Since the property is on the ground floor, I couldn’t sleep well due to noise from outside, such as passing cars and people talking.

OJO tener en cuenta si queréis descansar, no hemos pegado ojo en tres días. Nos pusimos en contacto con Kira y no nos soluciono nada, pusimos reclamación a booking y tampoco contesta el alojamiento. Muy mal el trato por parte del alojamiento sin soluciones. En las fotos veréis las orguras de las ventanas y la situación.

• Acaymo (8/5): Estancia muy agradable. - Lo céntrico que está y las instalaciones Necesitan poner a todos los apartamentos un stock en las ventanas para tapar la claridad. No tienes intimidad en las habitaciones ya que se ve todo desde fuera con la luz encendida, no puedes tener una intimidad plena. Eso lo hace mal para unas instalaciones impecables. Un detalle que hago de la estancia una maravilla. Al estar ubicado en el centro y con varios pub cerca del sitio, provoca que te despiertes con gritos de la personas que disfrutan de la noche, pero eso es lo que pasa en todos los sitios.

El mobiliario es nuevo y el diseño es moderno y bonito. Muy limpio. Insonorización insuficiente. Desafortunadamente oirás a las personas que se alojen en los otros dos apartamentos como si estuvieran en el tuyo y a la gente que pasa por la calle también. El armario huele a humedad, pero siendo un bajo suele ser algo habitual.

• Martina (8/5): La casa è stata perfetta per le nostre necessità, a chi non interessa la concomitanza alla strada è un alloggio che cons - La casa era molto bella e spaziosa, ristrutturata sicuramente da poco data la sua modernità. Unica pecca della proprietà è che guarda direttamente sulla strada, quindi a meno che le tende non siano tirate tutti possono vedere dentro, un problema anche a causa dell’alto traffico diurno e notturno.

Lokalizacja a dokładnie położenie apartamentu na parterze - tak, jakby był posadowiony w dawnym lokalu sklepu - tuż przy samym chodniku. Leżąc w łóżku ludzie chodzili 40 cm od Twojej głowy. Przez co jest głośno, słychać ludzi, rozmowy, przejeżdżające auta i skutery(!!). Po pierwszej nocy kupiłam zatyczki do uszu. Mąż wytrzymał dwie noce i też zakupił. Lokalizacja/dzielnica super ale lokal jest głośny.

La anfitriona muy atenta cualquier duda que tengas respondía al momento. Lo único que le falta al apartamento es tener un espejo de cuerpo, por lo demás muybien.

• Carolina (2/5): No lo recomiendo - La ubicación Un bajo el ruido , sin privacidad (se ve todo cuando enciendes la luz de noche desde la calle) el sillón no se podía dormir del ruido también los coches motos y personas pasan y se oye absolutamente todo y q me quisieran cobrar la cuna para mi hija de 4 meses 30€ día que se supone q los bebés. Son gratis en todos lados ahh y cucas q el personal de limpieza las ve y no las quita del pasillo

Plus the staff were very helpful - The detail was next to none & up to date appliances 👌🏼 very modern ! Very clean & comfortable. Saw 2 cockroaches on the floor but that is normal just one of these things , it didnt put me off .
• Tamara (8/5): Very good - The location was excellent, right in the historic city center, allowing us to walk to all the sites we wanted to visit without needing public transport. The apartment itself was exceptionally clean – genuinely dust-free (we checked!), which is rare for rentals. The kitchen was also very well equipped. Natural light was scarce in the apartment. Being on the ground floor with a linear layout meant only the front living area received some daylight. This created a privacy issue -- opening the curtains meant anyone passing by could see inside, but keeping them closed further darkened the apartment.
• Veneeta (9/5): Well equipped, clean and comfortable apartment very near old city center - Communication with host was nice and easy. Instructions for getting the keys were very clear. The location was perfect; very near to the old city centre. Everything was within easy walking distance. Shops and restuartans were all very near. The apartment was very clean and well equipped, with everything you need. Because we stayed 9 nights it was very handy to have a washing machine (and washing capsules were even provided!). The bed was also very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again! Maybe a rack to hang towels in the bathroom?
• Daniel (7/5): Decent stay with caveats - The apartment looks really nice and clean, everything looks new. I liked the bed especially and the way it's separated from the rest of the apartment. The location is pretty good, just 1 minute from mexican Tepito and 2 minutes from many good restaurants and bars. It's very close to the city center and at the same time kinda away from the busy part of the town. The communication with the owner was really easy too and the price was reasonable. The apartment can have big caveats depending on how you spend your time there. First of all you can hear quite a lot from the street and from the neighbours upstairs. Now, most of our nights were fine but we still got waken up several times as a result which I am quite sensitive about. What helps is to keep the ventilator on over night which greatly reduces the outside noise, thanks to which our earplugs weren't mostly necessary. The second issue is that the apartment is very dark, at least was in February, even on sunny days. That's because it's located on the ground floor so the surrounding buildings obscure much sunlight and secondly you have to keep the blinds always shut (some of them don't work well anymore), otherwise people can see inside from the street. We didn't mind this much since we spent all our time outside, but it's clear this apartment isn't meant for relaxing during the day and absolutely requires you to get the lights on regardless the time which is a big minus for me. This unfortunately isn't really aparent from the photos. Thankfully, the apartment is well lit by its interior lights. Couple smaller issues: - It would be nice to have towel hangers and toilet paper holders in the bathroom and shelfs in the shower as these would make the room much more practical. - There is a damage deposit to be paid which I never experienced on Booking. It's not much, but it's always a discomfort before you receive the money back. Which to be fair happened the next day in my case so all's good. Also the requirement to carry out the trash is a little strange since that's usually part of the cleaning services.

• Walker (8/5): The flat is well equipped and the owners were on hand on WhatsApp and responded very quickly to any messages I needed to - Lovely apartment. Central and easy walking distance to places in all directions. I think there are 3 apartments. The one I was in had its window looking out on to the street to the side of Alvarez St. One of the few ‘down sides’ is that not only does it get very little sunshine, as it’s on the ground floor you have to keep the blinds closed at all times as everyone can see straight into your living area. There is no privacy. People were walking right by the window and it was only as I was meeting their eyes I began to realise they could very clearly see in. The blinds also really need replacing as they don’t all lie flat anymore and being there on my own I felt a little exposed. That said Malaga seems very safe compared to many cities. I wasn’t too troubled by the noise. You can hear revellers now and again and traffic as the street is a road for traffic access as well as pedestrians, but I didn’t mind that and it certainly wasn’t enough to be considered a disturbance
• Sareh (8/5): Very good - The apartment was very clean and in very good location many cafe and restaurants are close by, and it is well-equipped. Unfortunately, the place is in the ground floor and it has three big glass doors to the street which allow all noises from outside come inside. We needed to use load white noise through nights to filter the street noise for our baby.
• Chia-an (8/5): Well located but ground floor facing street. - The location is very centric and close to the old quarter of Malaga, easy to reach main attraction points. The room is spacious and fully equipped. We used the sofa bed, which was easy to open and well maintained. The cleanness was very high standard as well. The apartment is located in the ground floor and facing street. The street was normally quiet but during weekend, many late owls passed by after party and the noise couldn´t be blocked by the windows and it was pretty annoying.

I’d definitely go here again. The curtains are semi-broken which makes it hard to open the window for ventilation. We did have concerns about whether it was possible to see through from the outside. I’d strongly recommend changing the curtains, since it seems to be the only issue.

Would definetely stay again! -Very little day light (the apartment is on the street level) so you need lights on all the time. -Hidden wardrobe was quite soggy and smelly, I think it needs better ventilation.

• Lesley (6/5): Pleasant - The location was good and easy to get to all the Museums and Historic Quarter and to the Port area . Many good places to eat within walking distance and a supermarket . The flat was spacious with a well appointed kitchen and bathroom The carpet in the living area needs to be cleaned and 3 x spotlights need to be replaced especially as the flat is rather dark. The bedroom area has floor to ceiling windows and feels like you are sleeping on the pavement with people constantly walking past. Car and street noise. The blinds cannot be fully opened as there would be no privacy.
• Michal (9/5): Great location, spacey comfortable well equipped room - Sometimes, a property is photographed in a way that it looks bigger on the pictures than it is in real life. Fortunately, in this case it was just opposite - from the photos I was worried the space is going to be rather small, but in the end it exceeded my expectations. There was ample room without feeling cramped. I was worried about the noise from the street in other comments, but I didn't think it was a big issue, as the street is not that busy (only certain traffic is allowed). There's ample to do around - it's a couple of minutes to the "main town", there are several good restaurants and cafes around, as well as grocery stores. The apartment has everything you need to prepare food. There's even a dishwasher and washing machine and a drying rack. Some of the curtains were already a bit broken, and so it was impossible to make the room completely private from the street view. I guess nobody really bothers to look inside the rooms, but still, one likes to have a sense of privacy. In terms of amenities, we really didn't miss much, but it might be nice to consider adding a couple of basic cooking items to the kitchen, such as salt, sugar, and oil. When you come for a week like we did, it would come in handy.

The flat is lovely, very clean and everything looks new. I found the bed comfortable, and the wifi was good. The owners were great and replied very quickly to questions. I was happy with everything.

• Shane (9/5): ideal location just outside the busy center area, but a 5-minute walk from the bustling city center - Look like a new apartment with good bathroom, bedroom and also a small kitchen. Good for to stay few days in Malaga there were blinds but no curtains, so with the light on people could look in from outside, but since we were only there to sleep this was not very disturbing

Very bad isolation, you could literaly hear the neighbor turning on and off the electricty. No privacy, it was in the ground floor, literally on the road. There was a transparent curtain that's it. If you're naked in the room be prepared to share it with the rest of Malaga. One day we jumped out of the bed with a huge noise which was coming from the big truck that was literally 5 cm far from the window. They were cleaning the road. The neighbor next door was also shouting in panic. You can see it in the picture, the yellow thing is a municipality truck.
• Louise (7/5): Good - Good location. Very spacious. Had a washing machine and dishwasher. Good bathroom and shower. The bed is squeaky and uncomfortable. No blanket only a single doona available. The apartment is at street level and does not have blackout curtains or blinds and at night with lights on you have no privacy
