• CaduSP (1/5): TERROR EM BARCELONA - Localização Tive uma péssima experiência com essa reserva, devido ao proprietário e também ao Booking. Minha reserva foi do dia 15 ao dia 18 de maio. O check-in estava programado para às 15h. Como cheguei cedo à Barcelona com a família (estávamos em 6 adultos), deixei nossas bagagens em um locker bem próximo ao apartamento e fomos andar pela cidade. Retornamos ao local do apartamento às 16h e seguimos todas as orientações que nos foram passadas para pegar as chaves no local - o processo é todo feito sem ter contato com uma pessoa física. Pegamos as chaves e subimos, muito cansados, depois de horas de viagem e de passeio pela cidade desde às 10h da manhã. Para nossa surpresa e espanto o apartamento estava habitado, ou seja, com pertences de outra família, e desorganizado. Prontamente saímos e entramos em contato imediatamente com a empresa Stay U-nique que estava incrédula no que relatávamos, dizendo que não podia ter acontecido isso e parecendo duvidar das nossas informações, mesmo com as fotos que tiramos do local, não tomando decisão, demorando demais a nos retornar com a solução o caso e não mandando alguém no local para solucionar o problema. Enquanto isso ficamos em um corredor apertado com 08 malas e extremamente cansados, aguardando a empresa a nos retornar. Ficamos por 3horas sem uma solução concreta, sendo que nesse período chegamos a ligar umas 5 vezes para o proprietário. Então decidimos entrar em contato com a central do Booking, afinal foi através dessa plataforma que fizemos a reserva. Inicialmente fomos bem atendidos pela funcionária Carolina que foi muito gentil e ficou de entrar em contato com o proprietário. Em seguida nos ligou e tivemos tb ligação da empresa Stay U-nique, informando que tinham conseguido entrar em contato com a família que estava erroneamente no nosso apartamento e que eles iriam ao local. A família chegou, parece que tinham pegado chaves erradas (???), e ficaram no apartamento aparecer alguém para solucionar o problema.

Δεν μας έδωσαν ποτέ δεύτερα κλειδιά παρόλο που το μαιλ τους έλεγε ότι θα βρούμε μέσα στον χώρο. Στείλαμε και μήνυμα και μιλήσαμε τηλεφωνικά ζητώντας το αφού είμασταν 4 ενήλικα άτομα, αλλά δεν καταφέραμε τίποτα.Δεν είχε σκούρες κουρτίνες που είναι απαραίτητες για να το φως το πρωί εάν θέλεις να κοιμηθείς λίγο παραπάνω.

• Neshkevski (8/5): Great location, not any helpful communication and no-one to help on any reported problem. - Location, a lot of landmarks like: La Rambla, Casa Batllo, Ciutadella Parka walking distance (20 - 25 min.) Communication to the host. Practically there is no direct communication with host at all. If you have any problems/questions like we had: how to use the elevator, why there is no second key etc., there is no-one to answer or help. They have some chat agents on duty but in most of the cases not knowing any of the info. For example it was asking us to share the picture from the elevator and the instructor how the elevator should be used we received from them 🙂. We were asking for second key as written in their instructions, no info on the key received at all. Photo with table outside here on booking is not belonging of this apartment and can't be used, it is only cheap marketing photo.

Acesso ao apartamento por elevador com entrada direta. A casa já necessita de pequenas afinações. Vendantes na base de chuveiros, cortina no quarto principal. O Sofá deveria ser maior para uma casa que recebe 4 pessoas.

• Réka (9/5): Nagyon jó elhelyezkedésű, tiszta hely. - A video jó volt, amit küldtek. Minden pontosan be volt mutatva a bejelentkezéshez. A bejárat a liften keresztül volt, a másik, lépcsőházba vezető ajtót nem tudtuk kinyitni. Tűz esetére jó lett volna egy menekülési terv.
• Wai Wa (7/5): - The apartment has a very convenient location, with a bakery and supermarket just a few minutes away. The floor plan is well thought out for travelers — the kitchen and washer are separated from the bedrooms, which makes the space more comfortable and practical. We recently stayed at this property and while the location and check-in were great, we had some frustrating issues. The toilet almost clogged on our very first day. Management responded quickly to my message but told us they couldn’t send anyone until the next day since it was late at night. Unfortunately, that left us with no usable toilet overnight. We even went to the supermarket to look for a plunger but couldn’t find one. My husband ended up buying some liquid and a stick to try to fix the clog, but in the end it was my sister who came up with the idea of using a brush with a plastic bag to actually clear it. The plumber came the next day, but of course by then there was nothing to see. That night the problem happened again, but instead of calling management back, we just fixed it ourselves. I even asked the plumber if he had a plunger, but he didn’t seem to understand. Another issue was with the shower. The door doesn’t seal properly, so after every shower, water leaked all over the bathroom floor. I had to use the bath mat each time to dry the floor, otherwise it would become very slippery and unsafe. These issues made the stay less comfortable than expected. I hope the host can address them so future guests have a smoother experience.

Pero desde ahí puedes ir caminando a todos lados. Hubieron días estresantes debido a un cobro en la plataforma de Stay Unique que aparecía erróneamente porque ya estaba incluido en el precio pagado que lamentablemente tardó unos días para poder resolverse. La calefacción nunca la entendimos. La persiana de una habitación no funcionaba.

Could have used a sheet for the sofabed. No air-conditioning in the bedrooms. The neighbours were so loud on both nights - they kept us up until 2am. The garden shown in the photos doens't seem to belong to the apartment so it's quite misleading.

• Vatamanu (9/5): Great location! - The location was great. Easy to reach by walk or metro. The metro is located at 1-2 min walk. A small store with veggies and fruits is located under the apartment building. (Fruits there are so tasty). The apartment is big and good for families or a big group (only calculate the time in bathroom, because is only one). Kitchen had everything we needed, you can cook there, and you can eat on the terrace. The staff was very helpful and reachable. They helped us to extend one day extra and with any question we had.
