- Sobb (7/5): - Only 2 blocks from main town square. Comfortable beds and good size room although bathroom very small. Quick reply from managers when questions asked, was appreciated. Loved the roof top areas to relax in with city and mountain views. Onsite laundry was very handy. Excess dust coming into the room from renovations in same corridor. Did not find the mop until day of checkout. Hot water in shower only enough for 1 person. Had to wait few hours prior to 2nd shower... possibly due to near renovations occurring(?). Otherwise, all was good

- Beatrice (8/5): - Appartamento fornito con tutto il necessario compreso spugna e detersivo per lavare i piatti nuovi, piacevole il balconcino esterno con sedie e tavolino. Zona comoda molto vicina al centro è stato fornito un solo rotolo di carta igienica per 4 giorni per due persone, alla fine ci siamo trovate senza. Purtroppo ci siamo trovate in un periodo di lavori in corso al piano inferiore e dalle 8.30 della mattina partivano rumori molto forti che non ci permettevano di dormire.

Dělníci pracovali jak v sobotu, tak v neděli, nedodržovali polední pauzu a hluk byl slyšet i po 22 hodině. Díky rekonstrukci jsme měli všude nepořádek, prach a hluk jak od nástrojů, tak od dělníků. Ubytování nedoporučuji!

- Gil Jiménez (3/5): - La cama era cómoda, quizas lo único positivo de este alojamiento Mucha suciedad por todas partes, desde lavabo y bañera con moho, hasta restos de cal en la escuadra de la manpara de la ducha que impedía que se pudieran cerrar las puertas completamente y se salía todo el agua. Esquinas de la habitación con muchísima suciedad, sin tener que buscar a conciencia, me encontré una habitación muy sucia por todas partes. Ademas el edificio estaba en obras y sacos de cementos y otros materiales por el medio, todo lleno de suciedad y un ruido de obras y trabajadores bastante molesto desde las 7.30/8 de la mañana. La localización también es lamentable, aunque está muy cerca de la plaza de la Merced (unos 7 min andando) está en una calle de un barrio marginal, tuve que irme en taxi cada noche al alojamiento, ya que viajaba sola y en esas calles se respiraba un ambiente muy turbio; más tarde, cuando hablaba con los taxistas que me llevaban, me confirmaban que no era una buena zona y desde luego ellos no la recomendarían, se esperaban a que entrase en el portal porqué, ademas, la mayoría de las veces la puerta de acceso al portal no se cerraba y se tira muchas horas o incluso el dia completo abierta. No volvería ni lo recomendaría

Ofisteki bayan çok arkadaş canlısıydı. Daire gerçekten çok güzel dizayn edilmişti. Bir tek kettle çalışmıyordu ama belirtir belirtmez hemen değiştirildi. Tüm olanakları mükemmel. - Patrycja (9/5): Fajny hotel w super lokalizacji - Hotel zlokalizowany przy samym centrum, wszystko jest w pobliżu- bary, restauracje i sklepy. Wyposażenie pokoju w porządku. Dodatkowo płatny parking (15€ za dzień) dostępny jest w tym samym budynku co jest bardzo wygodne. Na samej górze znajduje się naprawdę super taras. Obecnie znajdują się tam remonty, przez co jest trochę głośno.

Tiene parking (pagando) con toma de enchufe para coches eléctricos. Que ni haya alguien presencial para que te quedes más tranquila por las estafas hoy en día. Pero te explican todo genial por correo.

- Luciana (8/5): Good experience, recommend for few days trips - I really had a good experience here, starting with the surprise that I received a bigger apartment than I expected, everything was clean and comfortable. First when I received the check-in instructions it seemed a little bit complicated to access the building and the apartment, but everything got clear once I was there. Indeed no one comes to clean or change your towels or sheets, but for my 4 nights trip was not necessary. For longer vacations I guess this can be discussed with the staff. I was also happy I could walk to the city center and enjoy the small streets and the Spanish terraces & vibe. The neighborhood is not the best one, it didn’t feel super safe in the late evening, there were some homeless people but I tried to come back to the accommodation before getting late. And yes, the walls are very thin and you can hear everything from other apartments, but I was tired enough to sleep like a baby, so the noises didn’t bother me.

Pudimos disfrutar de la zona de terraza que hay en el último piso del edificio. La zona donde está ubicado el apartamento es muy buena, está cerca de la zona centro andando. Lo único malo es el ruido. Desde la habitación se escucha todo, tanto del resto del edificio como de la calle. Si duermes con tapones como nosotros no será gran problema

Foarte zgomotoase aparatele de aer conditionat. De oamenii care faceau galagie nu comentez, poti da peste ei oriunde. Unele aparate au mers toata noaptea, incepeau sa vibreze si se auzea un zgomot infernal. Doua nopti nu am dormit! Mobila de baie trebuie schimbata impreuna cu usile care sunt uflate. Am vazut si doi gandaci de bucatarie cat timp am stat acolo, dar erau la baie. Parcarea nu e inclusa e cu plata. Daca ai rabdare si putin noroc gasesti in zona pe stradute loc.

Palestra segnalata ma non presente, stanza poco pulita, non ci sono tazzine per il caffè nonostante ci sia la macchina e le cialde, presente scaldacqua senza te o camomilla. Molto rumorosa sia per il traffico, schiamazzi e coinquilini che hanno fatto rumore fino a tarda notte.

- Timo (3/5): Würde ich nicht nochmal buchen - Es war sehr laut, man hat alles von draußen gehört. Die Wohnung war ziemlich dreckig und wir hatten eine Bettwanze. Die Lage ist obwohl sehr zentral, nicht so schön, da man sich abends nicht sicher gefühlt hat.

Although the room was clean, it was very cold and the only source of heat was the air conditioner, but it didn't really work so in the night was very cold in the room. The bathroom was too small and the sink didn't look that good. Also the room is not isolated so beside the coldness, it was very noisy too. We heard every single move of the neighbors, especially in the night time. We stayed in the Studio 13 for a week and I didn't like the fact that for this entire week nobody changed the sheets, the towels, but they wanted us to get out all the trash otherwise we should have to pay 20€ tho...Overall it was OK, but somethings should be improved.

Después de hacer la reserva, sin cancelación, nos obligan a hacer un depósito de 200 euros para "la fianza" en una web desconocida y que después tienen casi un mes para devolverla. La limpieza ....ayyyy la limpieza...

Like everyone else mentioned you can hear everything through the walls. But it didn't bother me so much. Upon checkout you are requested to leave the keys inside of the apartment. As you have to go through the main door this time it was closed and I was locked in the building. As it was early in the morning 7:30 there was noone to call or reach out to. Then the stranger on the street helped me to get out.

- Christopher (6/5): It was a home from home with all the good & bad that this implies. - The property’s location was perfect for my needs as I was visiting various friends who lived in the local neighbourhood & the studio flat I occupied had all I required for an independent stay. The office staff were friendly & approachable. Despite an army of cleaners my accommodation was not cleaned during my 10 day stay. There was a broom & mop so I cleaned the place myself. I also had to replenish things like bathroom paper products & take the rubbish out. Given that I paid approximately €1000 for a 10 stay (including parking) I think it would have been appropriate to have had cleaning service & certain products replenished. To be fair though this did not impact my experience negatively as I would do the same at home however the yappie dog ( perro ladroso) during the night was somewhat annoying.
- Juliette (5/5): Bon séjour pour une ou deux nuits maximum - L’appartement est idéalement situé, à seulement 10 minutes à pied du centre historique de Malaga. Un vrai plus : l’espace intérieur, suffisamment grand pour circuler librement et ne pas être encombré par les valises. Gros plus pour la clim ;) Malheureusement, l’immeuble n’était pas très propre : des papiers traînaient au sol et, devant l’entrée, il restait encore des verres d’alcool de la veille. Par ailleurs, la kitchenette était trop peu équipée : il n’y avait même pas d’éponge ni de liquide vaisselle pour pouvoir faire la vaisselle. Le principal point négatif reste l’absence d’isolation : les murs laissent passer énormément de bruit, aussi bien tard le soir qu’en pleine nuit, ce qui rend le séjour peu reposant.

- Marlies (7/5): - Bij problemen kon je altijd bellen en kwamen om je te helpen, vriendelijke mensen. Warme douche en zachte matras. TV was ter beschikking. De kamer was niet altijd proper. Schimmel in hoek van de douche, hoek van de matras niet proper, beetje stof op de grond en de keuken was niet groot. In de nacht hoorde je wel veel nachtlawaai, je zit net buiten het centrum dus is dit normaal.

- Ryan (8/5): Hele fijne week gehad in dit verblijf - Het is een top studio voor jezelf of met ze 2en. Je hebt alles wat je nodig hebt, goed bed, leuk balkon en zelfs koffiezetapparaat. Wasmachine beneden deed het even niet maar er is een wasserette 1 straat verderop. Het kon iets schoner, het was wel schoon maar in de badkamer kwam er uit de ventilator veel stofvlokken en er waren mieren in een keukenkastje. Geen onoverkomelijke problemen.

- Nadjib (1/5): WARNING - SAFETY ISSUES - Nothing WARNING TO ALL!!! We left after 0 days there. The patio door lock has been removed by staff and when we complained we were told they removed all patio locks as tourists keep locking themselves out. When we said it wasn't safe as others could access the balcony, they said no ody would come in. We had to leave and book another hotel. This dump has refused to process a refund even though they admitted they were in the wrong. A complaint has been lodged with spanish consumer watch reporting the property, and our bank is processing a back charge. Do not stay if you care about safety. The rooms are also dirty and not maintained. The block is in a not so good area as well. Be warned, there are much better places to stay!

- Gaston (7/5): Bien, pero no sé si volvería, las primeras noches fatal hasta que compramos tapones para los oídos - La pared de cerramiento exterior es como la de una galería, lo que hace que estando alojados en el tercer piso se sientan las conversaciones de las personas que pasaban por la calle como dentro de la habitación. Es una calle MUY concurrida de madrugada y es bastante difícil dormir.

- Rainer (7/5): Insgesamt bewerten wir das Apartment als gut und würden es aufgrund der unschlagbaren Lage trotz kleiner Einschränkungen - Gepflegtes, funktionales Studio mit Balkon und Aufzug. Sehr gute, zentrale Lage mit fußläufiger Anbindung an Altstadt, Sehenswürdigkeiten, Hafen und Strand. Die Calle Larios (unser persönliches Highlight zur Weihnachtszeit) ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Supermärkte in direkter Nähe. Insgesamt ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für diese Lage in Málaga. Das Badezimmer hat keine Heizung, und da Bad sowie Wohn-/Schlafbereich komplett gefliest sind, ist der Boden sehr kalt. Die Küchenausstattung ist wirklich knapp bemessen und teilweise nicht ganz sauber.
