The location is terrific, close to numerous points of interest and lots of restaurants and bars to enjoy a glass of wine and people watch. More supplies for self catering. Utensils for cooking were bare minimum and that made things a bit frustrating. The sounds in the plaza in front of the building were sometimes intrusive, especially late at night when voices of people returning from bars reverberated among the buildings.

• Yiyuan (6/5): - 位置很好，离市中心很近，景点都是步行距离，同时很安静。房东回复消息及时。床很舒服。 入住的第一晚屋里有非常多的小飞虫，苍蝇和蛾蠓，我联系了房东给我送杀虫喷雾来，房东回复得非常及时，但这些虫子仍然需要我自己处理。烧水壶的卫生状况有点差，我本来特意定的有热水壶的房间，因为我习惯喝热水，但是实际上并没有用烧水壶，因为里面水垢太多了。我觉得这两点发生在一个这个价位的房间里很不应该，尤其是虫子！而且在我第二天用喷雾消灭了所有虫子之后，屋里再没有出现新的虫子，也就是说屋里并没有一个入口可以让虫子源源不断地进来，其实在我入住前，如果打扫好卫生的话，那我就根本不会看见这些虫子了。

We have visited Malaga 6-7 times and this is probably the best location for us. Full of quieter little coffee spots for breakfast but within a 2 minute walk of everything else! Nothing much - we only used it as a base - a quick coffee in the morning and then out all day so the coffee pods and machine were a blessing! If anything the sealant around the shower could do with a bit of bleach but who doesn’t have that problem?! For someone wanting to cook meals it wasn’t really too equipped - its more of a short stay bolt-hole and for that it was perfect
• Gillian (10/5): This property is perfect for a Malaga city break. - This property has all modern amenities but has retained the traditional Spanish details that enhance your stay. The property is very central to all that you would want to experience on a Malaga city break. The host responded quickly to all correspondence and gave very clear instructions for the arrival process. There is a very good coffee shop under the apartment which was an added bonus for those coffee connoisseurs. The property is on the first floor and some people may feel a bit exposed at the bedroom end if shutters were not closed, but there are curtains. This was not an issue for us.

All amenities you need for your stay, dish detergent cleaning kit, nespresso capsules 2 per day, dental kit, complimentary 1.5 ltrs mineral water, bathrobes and slippers, excellent linen and towels. Truly a luxury accommodation. Staff response was instantaneous. Close to everything without the craziness of the busy downtown area. Coffee shops and tapas bars right across the building. Highly recommend. A little noisy because we stayed on the first floor, but nothing to make your night sleep uncomfortable.

Kan vara högljutt men stänger man fönsterluckorna är det väldigt bra isolerat. Aldrig direkt sollöge men delvis sol på balkongen får man på eftermiddagen. Ett stort tack till ägaren som lät mig checka in tidigare ett par timmar och checka ut väldigt sent, nästan på kvällen då jag hade en sen flyg hem och ingen bokning fanns efter mig. Uppskattade det verkligen. Bilderna i annonsen är förvirrande. Jag trodde att jag hade bokat stället med takterrass men det visade sig vara bottenvåningen. Kolla det noga.

Mieszkaliśmy na czwartym piętrze (apartament z dodatkową sypialnią po schodkach), więc hałasy z ulicy nie przeszkadzały, a w sypialni, której okna wychodziły na niewielki taras, w ogóle nie było słychać ulicy (przy zamkniętych oknach, rzecz jasna). Czysto. Bardzo miły wystrój. Byliśmy z małymi dziećmi (niemowlak i trzylatek). Nowiutka winda bardzo ułatwiała wjazd z wózkiem. Na placyku przed kamienicą - plac zabaw. Tuż obok (ok. 200 m) wielka hala targowa czynna od rana z rybami, mięsem, owocami morza, owocami, warzywami. W okolicach jest też dużo marketów Carrefour Express. Spacerkiem na promenadę nadmorską ok. 10 min. Jedynym wyzwaniem była dla nas mała liczba naczyń i garnków oraz brak piekarnika (tylko mikrofala). Ale jakoś daliśmy radę z gotowaniem.

The apartment was beautiful and we had a lovely view of the square which was lovely to wake up too and look out at. It was equipped with everything you could ask for, even bottled water, nespresso machine and capsules, tea bags, sugar, salt and bathrobes. Alberto was a wonderful host and got back immediately to all my questions before we arrived. Would 100% recommend these apartments if visiting Malaga city and can’t wait to return in the future! Nothing would return again! Super location and beautiful clean moderne apartment.

Basic supply provided in the kitchen and bathroom. It was super easy to get in, and leave with only remote connection to the owner. I would return without hesitation. There is none. Just a suggestion: a luggage rack would be helpful.
• Robert T (9/5): Málaga - The location is great, very close to the Centro area and the port. Metro and Alameda stations are both close too. The apartment is comfortable and had we had a nice stay. The host was available by messaging when we had questions. The check-in and out was simple. The apartment is on a busy plaza. In centro, all deliveries are made with pallet movers, which clatter by. This starts early 6am and constantly. So if you're easily awakened, keep this in mind. There is also renovation construction in the next building. A few staple items stocked in the kitchen would be nice. There was only salt.

• Tania (8/5): Desconexión en el centro de Málaga - Lo mejor la ubicación sin duda, podíamos ir andando a los principales sitios de interés. Lo peor la cama (el colchón muy blando) y el ruido del exterior (fiesta por la noche, obras por la mañana). Hemos dormido bastante mal.

Top stad en top appartement. - Ruim appartement met 3 grote ramen voor een geweldige lichtinval, maar door de luiken ook lekker donker in de ochtend. De douche is heerlijk. Lekkere warme straal. Goede beveiligde Wifi. En een goede locatie. Aan een rustig pleintje, maar wel op loopafstand van de winkelstraat en de bruisende historische binnenstad. De haven is ook prima te belopen. Helemaal naar het strand is wel een pittige wandeling, maar de hoofdstraat waar alle bussen rijden is dan weer heel dichtbij. De nespresso deed het niet, dus dat was verplicht koffie buiten de deur 😉. En er stond een vuilstortcontainer recht voor de deur op het pleintje tijdens ons verblijf.

Great location with easy access from the airport, and there is also a nearby parking option which is very convenient. The apartment is clean, functional, and has everything needed for a pleasant stay. The host is extremely friendly and helpful – very responsive and provides all necessary information. This was my second stay here, and I will definitely choose this place again during my next visit to Malaga. The only downside is the noise from outside – the windows don’t provide very good sound insulation. However, overall the experience was very positive.

Apartamento nuevo, con una decoración preciosa, limpio y muy bien equipado; amplio y cómodo . Cama comodisima. Agua y café de cortesía. Ha sido una estancia de 10. Nada
• Antje (9/5): - Tolle Lage, gute Ausstattung, sehr gute Sauberkeit Wir hatten eine Nacht ein Mückenproblem. Dafür kann der Vermieter aber nichts, da die Mücken von draußen kamen. Er hat uns mit Mückenspray geholfen. Das Stadtviertel ist laut - am besten Fenster geschlossen halten, wenn man seine Ruhe möchte.

• Marynel (10/5): The apartment did not dissapoint! - Aparmtent itself is clean and got everything we need. The building has a lift which is really helpful if you are travelling with big bags. The location is perfect since surrounded by loads of coffee shops, restaurants & tapas bars. It is also a 5 min walk to the famous Mercado de Ataranzas. It is 10-20 min walk to the beach. Outside the apartment is a square which you can view from the balcony. Although the apartment has a good sound proof you can still hear a little bit of Noise from the street cleaners at night from the square. Aprt from that, we have no complaints!

Tutto molto soddisfacente.Nulla di negativo.

• Milena (9/5): Great studio in a perfect location and historical building! - I stayed with my mum at Otono 2 and it was excellent, the studio is nice and the location is great - 5 mins from the buzz of Larios but quiet in the night and close to everything (don’t forget to check the Atarazanas Market, which is like 200m away. The building is historical and has been restored to its original features - check the paintings on the side! Everything was clean and tidy, there were some really nice amenities such as a bottle of water, a few coffee capsules, bath robes, toothbrushes and shampoo. I slept in the sofa bed, which was super comfortable! The only thing is that there was no spare bedding for it, so we had to split the bedding from the main bed. Also could have done with some extra towels, bin bags and some more toilet rolls for a week stay. Nothing major, would just recommend extra bedding, towels and cleaning supplies for longer stays.
