• Cristina (8/5): Schöne, preiswerte Wohnung in sehr guter Lage - Der Blick ist sehr schön, und man kann von dort aus überallhin schnell fahren, direkt vor dem Gebäude gibt es eine Bushaltestelle und die U-Bahn ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Ausstattung war super, die Wohnung war sauber, der Gastgeber war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch sehr nah. Wenn die Wohnung geschlossen ist (Fenster auch zu) riecht es unangenehm. Wenn man lüftet geht der Geruch weg.

• FRANCESCO (9/5): Appartamento comodo e accessoriato. Super host - Parcheggio in strada comodo e vicino; stazione della metropolitana e stazione dei bus a pochi passi. Di fronte si trova un supermarket. La spiaggia dista a piedi 10 minuti. Vista mare dalla casa poichè si trova al 7° piano e sovrasta i tetti degli altri edifici. Josè è stato gentilissimo e ha aiutato con il check-in sia al telefono che con dei video tutorial. Inoltre, parla e scrive in italiano per agevolare la comunicazione. Divano letto e matrimoniale comodi. Presente una cucina con lavatrice. Wifi disponibile. Il quartiere anche di notte sembra tranquillo e sicuro. Solo il lavandino in bagno che è davvero piccolo per lavarsi anche le mani, per il resto bene per la notte trascorsa.

• Augusto Castelli (7/5): - A parte una piccola incomprensione all'arrivo per poter entrare in appartamento (dovete chiamare il responsabile telefonicamente per l'apertura della porta in via telematica) all'interno trovate un ambiente dignitoso e pulito in cui poter dormire e rilassarsi. Situato su una via principale di Malaga e non troppo distante dal mare (10/15 minuti a piedi) è un po distante invece dal centro( circa 4 km ) Noi abbiamo usufruito della location solo per una notte (eravamo di passaggio) e quindi è servito allo scopo (avere un letto per dormire) Nel complesso comunque giudico l'esperienza in modo favorevole, rapporto qualità prezzo buono

• Gómez Fernández (10/5): Buen apartamento y excepcional trato. - El alojamiento está en una muy buena zona situado. Con supermercados y varias tiendas cerca. Súper próximo a la playa. Si tuviera que destacar algo, la ducha, que se encuentra fuera del baño y solo se tapa a través de una cortina. Si vais chicas y chicos es un poco incómodo.

• PALOMA (10/5): Gran descubrimiento malagueño. - Es un apartamento perfecto para una estancia de 4-5 días. Limpio, amplio, luminoso. Con todo lo necesario para estar muy cómodo. Muy cerquita del Metro. En una zona con muchísimos servicios, varios supermercados cercanos. Y la playa a 10 minutos. Por poner una "pero", diría que el lavabo del aseo es un poco pequeño, pero el espacio es el que es y queda bien. Me adapté perfectamente.

• Natalia (8/5): Foi muito boa! - A localização era excelente, praia da misericordia muito boa 5 minutos a pé. Estação do metro a 50 metros de fácil acesso ao centro de Málaga e a praia da malagueta. Valorizo a presença do anfitrião, nunca o vi presencial. Mas foi sempre prestável através do contacto telefónico e eficiente.

• Laura (10/5): Great apartment, good location. The host is really helpful and responds within minutes. Great value for the money. - The bus stop is just in front of the building. Clean and cozy apartment. Wonderful view. Very close to the beach. It took us about 25 min to the city centre in the morning but going back (in the evening) it took no more than 10 min.

• Marko (10/5): 10/10 - Everything was perfect, beautiful apartment equiped with everything we needed. The host was lovely and made it all very easy. Location is great, easy walk to the beach and the metro station is right next to the building so getting to the main areas is very simple and fast.

Top floor means amazing perspective ...and a lift!! The outside of the block looks unpromising, but don't be disheartened.its good inside ...Secure and comfortable! We were lucky, finding a parking space around the back..but could be difficult if you can't!! Lots of one-way streets...

• Luca (8/5): Malaga is a beautiful city to visit. You can take day trips to Granada and / or Seville as we did - Great location. Comfortable studio with all amenities. There is also a washing machine. Very communicative owner via whatsapp, thoughtful, asks if all goes well, gives advice... super host. I read other reviews with people complaining about the adjoining apartment. Let’s clarify once and for all that the two apartments are well separated! Everything was ok. The shower in a quite "panoramic" position almost in the middle of the room (although it can be covered with a curtain) was pretty weird. Pay parking is available nearby. Parking is a general problem in Malaga, so DON'T rent a car like we did or you will waste a lot of money.

It was close to the beach and public transport, so we could easily get8 to different parts of the city. The host was nice and very responsive. The sheets smelled a bit weird (not sure if it was the specific detergent), so a kind recommendation to use a more fresh smelling one. :) Other than that, all was fine during our stay.

• Jaroslav (6/5): Pleasant - The appartement is close to the beach and the shop. There are beautiful view from seventh floar from window. Owner cared about us and ask many times if we need something. Bed room, living room, kitchen and shower is one room. This appartement is maybe for two people, but not for four. It is really small.
• Volodymyr (8/5): Very good - The apartment is a part of an apartment that is divided into two parts. Complete with everything you need. Everything is clean and fairly new. Supermarket across the road, about 15 minutes to the beach. Arriving at 19:00, we parked near the house, although in the evening parking in this area is difficult. The owner was in touch and helped with all questions. The only negative, as already mentioned in the reviews, was a slight smell from the sewer upon arrival, but after turning on the ventilation, it no longer bothered us.

This is really convenient Owner left the wrong key to us. We cant go into the apartment We messaged owner and called owner to explain few times, then owner agreed to come down After owner came down, she confirmed that she left the wrong key:-( Also the basin in toilet is very small. Sure water will spilt out when you do washing

• Salima (8/5): Very good - It was good for it's value. Kitchen is good too, and a grocery store just in front of the building. Plus the view over that window !! Not too far from the airport. And very close to public transport. Well, the shower is inside the apartment, so if you wanna take a shower, it's a bit tricky... Because people in the apartment might umm kinda see (even tho it's a bit blurry).
• Issam (2/5): Very poor - The experience was bad mainly due to the very poor communication of the host: - Communication during check-in was poor, I was texting the host who was a guy and I was sent a picture of the place but never told that it was a neighbor, a girl who was expecting me with the keys which made me wait for a while until I realized. I was just handed the keys with no information or first visit of the aptmt. - Outdoor keys had some issue and I was stuck outside for 30min the first night until a lady came out and I could get in. Keys were replaced the next day - Communication during check-out was very poor as well, I was asked to leave by 11am as there was a customer arriving, but no instruction was given, usually someone comes to collect the keys, I waited until 2pm and nothing, I messaged the host who just said no one is coming and asked to leave the keys inside. I had never seen poorer communication before - I notified the host that the heating plate was not working but never got any response The experience was not pleasant overall

• Mária (10/5): Super - The host was very flexible and helpful. Since we arrived with a stroller and stored it in the apartment, I wanted to disinfect its wheels and the floor as well. Within half an hour, he provided us with the appropriate agent. Many basic things were available in the apartment, such as detergent, cleaning products, towels, but I missed some basic things for eating, such as salt and sugar. it's true that I didn't indicate this to him, because just like the disinfectant, he would have made these available to us if he knew we needed it.
