• Hristo (10/5): Perfect stay in Barcelona – highly recommended! - We had a wonderful stay at Gràcia 1872. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The location was excellent — close to transport, restaurants, and many attractions, while still being quiet and relaxing. The hosts were friendly, responsive, and very well organized, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We truly felt at home and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

• Katrin (10/5): Wir würden diese Wohnung auf jeden Fall wieder buchen. - Die Wohnung ist so süß eingerichtet und sehr zentral gelegen. Wir waren begeistert dass man uns Kaffee, Tee, Milch, Wein und sogar Chips bereitgestellt hat. Wir haben nicht zu bemängeln.

No va arribar la clau virtual fins el dia de marxar, sort que ens van obrir a distància trucant. La calefacció no acalenta molt, sort dels splits. Aïllament tèrmic i acústic del carrer principal insuficient.

Good coffee shop on the corner and supermarket almost next door . many small streets for the Authentic Spanish experience . • Laura (10/5): Excellent apartment in lovely neighborhood - We chose this apartment for our family of 4 (including two children aged 7 & 9) for our recent October stay in Barcelona. The location was perfect for us in a lovely, safe and vibrant, yet quiet neighborhood. There were many cafes, restaurants and a supermarket close by for convenience and the metro is a short walk away to connect easily to other areas of the city. The neighborhood felt charming and creative, on one evening we were treated to impromptu live music and dancing in the street which was a real treat to experience. The apartment itself had everything we needed and more in terms of facilities when traveling as a family. We could easily eat out locally or in the well equipped apartment. Everything has been well thought through in this apartment and there were handy instructions for everything which made our stay super stress free.

Great location: short walk to Gracia with lots of transport links -eg routes for open top bus, bus line for line 24 taking you to Park Guell. Pleasant small terrace (pack for mosquitos though) to enjoy meals/wine. Excellent checkin- all virtual with electronic key access and homing app! Very helpful to be able to leave bags on last day. speedy responses to email queries. seating outside could be revamped

Nice, quiet pla - Location was perfect, the place was clean and well appointed and it was so easy to check in I appreciated the extra toiletries provided and the coffee was a delicious start to our day. • Kyla (10/5): Great stay - definitely recommend - Welcome bottle of wine and potato chips were a nice touch. A/C worked great the entire time. Very modern and nice apartment. Outside patio was quite nice, but weather was too hot to enjoy. The virtual key didn't work to get into the actual apartment, but the cleaner happened to be there so she let us in where we could get the physical keys. You can see up into the upper shower from the main floor. We hung a towel over the railing for privacy.
• Erica (10/5): Beautiful, spacious and welcoming apartment - The property was clean and spacious and in a wonderful location. Close enough to the city center, but a definite desirable neighborhood feel. It was so nice traveling with kids and having two bathrooms and whole separate quarters
• Bertrand (8/5): Very good - Helpdesk assistance to sort the access to the property. It was helpful and we got entrance to the apartment successfully There was a secure apps to get but the system was not responsive for the outside door, I had to call the help line to get this sorted.
• Rebecca (9/5): We definitely enjoyed our stay and would rent here again. - The location was wonderful in Gracia. Its on a small, quiet side street but a five minute walk to the Fontana metro stop (L3) and 10 to Diagonal (L3 and L5), two doors down is a grocery store, bakery and placas are very close. We heard so much about Placa del Sol but enjoyed Placa de la Vila de Gracia even more. The Oz Bakery is worth an extra 4 minute walk. The apartment was exceptionally clean, the bathrooms are good sized and three showers made getting ready quick with four people. The terrace is partially covered for hot afternoons and very private. The beds are like futon mattresses so if you like that, they are fine. Being from the US I'm used to mattresses being softer, although we were so tired at night it didn't really effect our sleep. The spiral staircase was fine for our teenagers but young kids and older people might find it tricky. The house could use a comfortable chair in the living room for lounging.
