• Regina (10/5): Tranquilidad al lado del centro - La ubicación porque en 5 minutos estaba en el centro de Málaga, y la amabilidad del anfitrión, que me explicó sitios donde ir y nos respondió a las consultas que le hicimos.
• Saskia (8/5): Schöne Lage, gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis - Die Lage ist super. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber hat super geklappt. Auch das Check-In und Check-Out waren problemlos. Es war alles da was man benötigt hat. Neben der Klimaanlage gab es eine extra Elektroheizung. Die Betwäsche hatte große Flecken, die beim Waschen vermutlich nicht rausgegangen sind. Es hätte etwas mehr Klopapier da sein können.

• Bénédicte (6/5): Bon emplacement mais un peu bruyant en fin de journée. - L’emplacement. Le séchoir ne marchait pas (trop usé). Je l’ai signalé mais je n’ai eu aucun retour du propriétaire. Studio assez sombre et bruyant en fin de journée.

• Ilona (8/5): Příjemné ubytování v centru Málagy - Poloha,vybavení. V bytě byla hodně cítit vlhkost a občas i odpady. Co se mi opravdu nelíbilo,byla komunikace s ubytováním a z tohoto důvodu už bych si ubytování nevybrala.Den před odletem jsem neměla od ubytování žádnou odpověď na požadavek rezervace parkování (za 14 dní jsem psala dvakrát a nikdo nereagoval).Vzhledem k tomu,že nikdo nekomunikoval, neměla jsem dobrý pocit z toho,že bude celková rezervace v pořádku.To se mi na Booking ještě nikdy nestalo,a to cestuji velmi často. Check in jako takový byl nakonec v pořádku a instrukce dorazily v den příletu.

• Aneta (8/5): - Location, all included, nice communication The owner mentioned that “it would be nice” if we can throw trash to the container etc, however in the rules, it turned out that if we don’t do it, we would be charged 50 eur. It’s quite unfair to put it like that by the owner, instead of being upfront. Also the late check in fee for 50 eur is a lot. So please read the house rules carefully!

• Carmen (9/5): Superb - The property has a special location, being close to all points of tourist interest, malls, cafes; practically, you can see everything on foot. If you buy excursions with a guided tour, you will only be able to reach all the starting points on foot, which is very important; from my point of view there is only one minus: the smell of sewage in the bathroom, which does not have outside ventilation: otherwise, it is very clean and you have everything you need, and the host, Eduardo, was very nice!
• Majak (10/5): Exceptional - Everything is great, top location, near to the centar, only 5 min walk. Perfect for a couple. Very clean, have everthing what you need for vication. Maybe need to have wash mashine and to improve drainge and sanitation.
• Steven (8/5): Very relaxing, feel good stay in Malaga - Excellent self contained facilities, handy location on the ‘other side’ of the dry river and the main shops, eateries, port & beaches of Malaga Poor/no external lighting for night entry. There was an imposing list of potential ‘fines’ if property not left the way we found it (which we did), however we reported a broken shower head holder on arrival that was never addressed.

• Yvonne (8/5): First time here and will come again. - The location was perfect with parking on the street outside the property and a very short walk into the centre.
• Maria (8/5): Very good - The apartment is located in a quiet area. Excellent location. 8-15 minute walk to grocery shops: Lidl, Mercadona, El Corte Ingles Supermarket, 5 min to old town, 20 min to Train Station or Main Bus Station, 20 min to the beach. The kitchen in the apartment is well fitted. There was a strong smell of sewage during our stay. However, I understand that this is a problem throughout the building. Also, there is a loud noise throughout the apartment when you turn on the water in the bathroom or kitchen. Very poor soundproofing too. Unfortunately we were not lucky, the neighbours made love very, very loudly every day and night. It's OK during the day, I'm not against hot emotional people, but at night, when it's so quiet, it's loud when the bed hits the wall and the girl screams. So if night time is important to you, don't forget your earplugs :)
