• Anna (9/5): - Lokalizacja byla super,prawie wszedzie chodzilismy pieszo. Okolica bezpieczna, cicha a zarazem blisko do restauracji i piekarni. Apartamet ciekawy, posiadał potrzebne sprzęty. Pierwszego dnia dosłownie zaglądano nam do mieszkania podczas snu z rusztowania przez trwajace prace remontowe co bylo dużym dyskomfortem. Tabletki do zmywarki i prania po 1 sztuce/ do zmywarki to zdecydowanie za mało przy rezerwacji 6 ncy.
• Mekhron (4/5): - There’s ongoing construction in the apartment building. Every day at 8 a.m., you wake up from noise, and workers are working right outside the window. Even though the apartment is on the 4th floor, they can literally see you sleeping in bed. This is not really an issue with the apartment itself, and maybe it’s only temporary, but the host should clearly mention it in the listing. If I had known about this beforehand, I wouldn’t have booked this apartment.

• Pascale (7/5): Fonctionnel, bien placé mais mériterait un coup de rafraichissement - Pas de petit déjeuner compris Le mobilier commence a être vétuste, le canapé lit est peu confortable, un des tabouret de table est cassé.
• Noemi (4/5): Bonito pero con carcoma - El alojamiento era bonito en la zona de Invalides. Con metro y tren cercano con lo necesario para tu estancia en Paris. Las vigas de madera del techo presentan carcoma, en nuestro caso tuvimos que usar el sofá cama del salón. Y de las vigas empezaron a caer bichos de carcoma activa. Todas las vigas del techo tienen agujeros por lo que tienen carcoma. Además, en la habitación separada hay humedad y la cortina tiene moho. Le indicamos a gestión del alojamiento el problema con la carcoma y su solución fue entrar sin nuestro consentimiento a poner un producto que tapa la viga y que olía muchísimo. Esa noche tuvimos que dormir con todo el olor, 2 adultos y un bebé. Les pedimos otra solución y esa fue la única. Todo esto se está gestionando con Booking. La experiencia con la carcoma y el olor tóxico nos marcó las dos noches que nos quedaban ya que uno no estaba a gusto durante su estancia pendiente que te caigan bichos encima y oliendo a producto tóxico. Como añadir, que no se indica, en todo el interior del edificio se están haciendo obras por la cual cosa a las 8am están picando, así como tampoco ves las vistas De la Torre Eiffel. Otro aspecto importante a tener en cuenta si llevas carrito de bebé es que no cabe el carrito en el ascensor. Tienes q doblarlo y hacer varios viajes. Una pena nuestra experiencia negativa debido a que el alojamiento está bien.

Comunque l appartamento è molto carino e molto comodo in un quartiere residenziale e complesso elegante

Zona fornita di negozi, supermercati, boulangerie, bistrot etc. Appartamento sito in condominio silenzioso, costituito da una camera matrimoniale molto piccola da cui si vede la Tour Eiffel, bagno comodo con finestra grande, zona giorno luminosa dotata di angolo cottura provvisto di piano induzione, microonde, frigo, freezer, bollitore, Nespresso (ovviamente senza capsule) e lavastoviglie (per la quale veniva fornita una sola tabs) Riscaldamento funzionante nella sola camera da letto a causa delle pile scariche nel termostato del termosifone bagno; mentre il termosifone della zona giorno non è stato possibile accenderlo, nonostante la struttura si sia resa subito disponibile per fornirci indicazioni sul funzionamento. Ad ogni modo nell'appartamento c'era il giusto tepore. Cassetta wc con ricarica acqua per lo scarico molto lenta che consentiva l'uso successivo solo dopo parecchio tempo. Pulizia generale da rivedere necessariamente, soprattutto nella zona cottura e nella doccia.

• Magda (8/5): - Fajna lokalizacja. Blisko centrum, ale spokojna okolica z miłą tkanką miejską bogatą w kawiarnie i bary, blisko metra, sklepu. Można bylo poczuć klimat życia w Paryżu. Kabina prysznicowa i jej okolica była niedoczyszczone, z warstwami kamienia i nie wiem czego w widocznych zakamarkach. Dziwne, bo reszta apartamentu była czyściutka.

• YUNJIE (8/5): Good location and decent value for the price, suitable for a short-term stay. - The location is great, 30m walking distance to reach many scenic spots. Mostly we travel by bus or metro. Bus stops are closer (5m) than metro (most frequent used one 12m walk). The bedroom can see Eiffel Tower which is super cool. The apartment is quiet. Size is ok for a family with three, one bedroom and one sofa bed. Wifi and TV is reliable. Easy access to supermarket and restaurants, many choices. 1) The door process was not explained fully. We got the door code, but didn't know there is another physical card to enter. The card was missing when we arrived and we waited for 1 hour. When we left, we see the process is now explained in the app. 2) The facilities (kitchen and toilet) are not well maintained, not in good condition. It worked for a short stay, but not with good quality. 3) Late check out is not available. We had to leave at 11am with luggage. 4) The apartment seems like a loft with mostly wooden structures. The insulation isn’t great, so sound travels easily. 5) Elevator is very small, only fit for 2 person inside. 6) One thing to note: consumables like toilet paper and trash bags were not provided in sufficient quantity for our 4-night stay, and we recommend bringing your own toiletries and slippers.

Nice, quiet and safe area too. 4th floor Apartment well equipped and well designed for a 3-days 3-adults stay. Confortable bed in the separate room even if French size 140*190 cm so not ideal for big people. Overall cleanliness ok. Sheets and bathroom were clean. White floor a little bit stained. Bathroom very confortable and well equipped with hair drier and soap items. Small but functional kitchen even if we used it for just a complimentary cup of tea that we really appreciated. Not large but very functional usage of space. Even a small desk available. The wifi was not working due to line problem and mobody fix it during our 3-day stay. We did not receive the email with checkin info and code and we had to contact assistance. They promptly replied via whatsup

• German (10/5): Precioso departamente en Paris, super bien ubicado, un lujo ver la torre Eifell desde la habitación - El departamento es precioso, muy limpio, muy cómodo, completo, bien decorado y desde la habitación se puede ver la torre Eifell, lo que fue un lujo porque como estuvimos en verano, nos dormíamos con una vista soñada. Está super bien ubicado.

El ascensor , la entrada del edificio , el edificio entero , la limpieza del la cocina , el baño estéticamente muy lindo pero sin limpieza no nos podíamos Bañar por que al Estar lleno de pelos se nos inundaba, Las almohadas sucias , acolchado roto !muy lejos de todo ! Un desastre ! La casa del ratón Pérez es para 2 adultos 1 niño no más !

Lots of lovely neighbourhood restaurants- we ate at Restaurant O Cocher close by and got a takeaway pizza one night from a shop on the next street. There were many other local restaurants that looked great but we didn’t have enough time. The apartment was fine for a family of 4 for 3 nights - kids on the good quality sofa beds. Our kids are 9 and 13. The bathroom was a decent size with good shower and the small kitchen area had everything we needed. Was lovely to see the Eiffel Tower from the bedroom. Easily walkable from Montparnasse main train station.

• Andria (9/5): Superb - Location, style, amenities, small details for good functionality. It seemed clean enough on the surface, but, had considerable dust/dirt behind furniture, for example (noticed when we shifted things to pull out the sofa bed). Otherwise, all good.
• Imre (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect location, you can see the Eiffel tower from the bedroom, clean, very quiet apartment. It has a small kitchen with everything you need, wifi worked nicely, one of us slept on the sofa in the living room, which was big enough and comfortable. They have a hairdryer, even if it is not listed. Not the flat's fault, but the elevator is very small - 2 people can fit in normally and if you have a big luggage, you will struggle to push it in.

Comfortabe bed, with good lights and power. 2 good couches. 2 good televisions. Nice kitchen appliances. Nice elevator. HIGH Kitchen counter like bar, with high stools - very wobbly due to uneven floor - DANGEROUS! Freezer/fridge badly needs defrosting. No laundry or dishwashing soap. Only 2 rolls of toilet paper for 2 people, 2 weeks. Not enough body/hair soap. No instructions on dishwasher, clothes washer, stove, microwave or heat. Where to deposit garbage when full? No extra garbage bags. Zebra rug is dingy, needs major cleaning or replace it.

• Nadesh (7/5): Great apartment with good value. - Nice decor, good location and if you’re prepared to walk 20-30k steps each day, excellent location. Facilities as expected. Loved the view of Eiffel Tower from the bedroom. It’s in a quiet street which is fine, but the apartment block it is in needs a bit of TLC, where you go past what looks like a building site, and broken locks on other apartment doors. Was with family and felt a tiny bit uncomfortable at times. But we stayed there for three nights and was totally fine with no issues whatsoever.

• Minh (9/5): It's a nice stay, except for the host who is not very fast to reply to our sms or being supportive. - The modern interior gives the apartment a nice character 1.Not enought space, closet to hang jackets & clothes. 2.I would be great if the manuals of the microwave & washing machine are available for the guest to use as it takes quite sometime to learn how to use them. 3.The host is not at all flexible to support early checkin, even 30' early and the apt is already available.

Which was so good. Good distance from many attractions. Aprox 30 min walk to Eifle tower & 35 minute walk to Louvre. Which we loved. Also close to Metros & carfore supermarket. Only sad the sofa bed was little uncomfortable. For our 3rd person in the group.

My husband got stung several times on his face, foot, and hand. The sofas were super dirty and the towels were not clean either! I called Booking.com several times but they were not helpful AT ALL!!!!!! And, the property manager didn't even respond to my messages yet!!!! OVERALL, AWUFUL EXPERIENCE!

Very good communication with the host and a great position with direct access to meteo and bus stations, lots of good restaurants, cafes, shops, farmacies, groceries near by. The appartment was extremly clean, the sheets and towels nice and clean and even complimentary toiletry available. Everything you need is in that small but still cosy appartment. Would defenitely return!

• Maria (8/5): Feel like a local in Paris. - The apartment was nice and comfortable. The room is small, but the living room is a bit bigger than it seems on the pictures. It has 2 sofa beds, but only 1 bed linen, which was enough for us. The kitchen is small but we didn’t needed more. We missed the wine glasses. The cleaning was ok. It could be a little bit better. The dish cloth was dirty, but the linen and bath towels were clean. The location is very good, close to metro station, bom marché and a church that I like to go (chapelle notredame de la no medaille miraculeuse). It’s also possible to walk to the main attractions (around 30 min walking to everywhere). The check in was easy. They provided us the code for the building and the apartment door. It’s on the 4th floor and when we get there the elevator was under service. The only thing I didn’t like it was the fact they ask a picture of your credit card for the security deposit. Many restaurantes, markets and boulangeries nearby. Cleaning was ok, it could be better(but my standard is really high for this subject). The dish cloth was dirty.. We missed wine glasses.
• Giuseppe (4/5): Disappointing - View of Eiffel tower from bed room. Room was not clean when we arrived. Bed sheets had not been changed. Multiple phone calls to get apartment cleaned. Washing machine leaked from day 2 of 5 day stay. No one came to fix this after multple calls. Disappointing!!!!

• Jane (9/5): Loved Paris - Loved the view of the Eiffel Tower from the bedroom. Walking distance to most sights. Big bonus it has a lift 😀
• Annie (8/5): Location, location, location is everything! - - Location was excellent in a beautiful, safe neighbourhood of Paris. Bon Marche and Carrefour supermarket is a few minutes down the road. Very close to 2 metro stops. Many good restaurants to eat at nearby (there is one just downstairs). A number of great patisseries nearby like Cyril Lignac and Eric Kayser and 2 others for your daily croissants and baguettes. Laundromat on the next parallel street. Everything you will need is literally within 5 min walk - The apartment was a bit small but ok for us as our 2 children are still small. It would definitely be a tight squeeze for 4 adults - No issues with noise even though we were surrounded by other apartments - View of the Eiffel Tower from the bedroom window - Good wifi - The lift is absolutely tiny. It’s a tight squeeze for two adults so with bags/suitcases, a few trips up and down are required but we never had to wait long for the lift, in fact we never bumped into anyone else using the lift in the 7 days we were there - As mentioned above the apartment was very small but this is to be expected in Paris - There was no door for the shower, only a shower curtain and the water would spray out onto the bathroom floor sometimes - The sofa bed was not that comfortable
