• MADOKA (9/5): - バルセロナの中心地にあり、どこへ行くにも便利でした。 カタルーニャ広場やカサバトリョなどへは歩いていけます。 バス停もホテルのすぐ目の前にありました。 スタッフはとても親切でした。 滞在中に必要なものはなんでも揃っていました。 建物自体が古いので、鍵を開けるのにややコツがいりました。

• Juan Antonio (9/5): - Muy bien ubicado, fácil de acceder desde el metro y en un sector excelente. El departamento es amplio y cómodo, se nota la preocupación por la presentación y ambiente, lo que arreglaría es la ducha pues se ve gastada y con detalles, que no opacan en todo caso, y algunas cáscaras de humedad en paredes que no afectan la estancia, pero si las reparan, ideal.

• Piotr (10/5): - Really unique apartment with amazing hosting by Mercedes. Great location, close to the city center and the subway. Most of the main places to visit are just a short walk away.
• sarah (9/5): - The apt was lovely, comfortable, stylish and it had all we needed. The location was great and the restaurant Alfonso next to it was fabulous. Before the arrival date, I was required to fill out detailed information and sign forms. No problem. I was told that u-nique would try to check us in btwn 1and 2. Too bad we were not told that there was no place to leave our luggage before check-in or give us luggage storage information before we arrived. The apt was ready at this time but the agent who was supposed to check us in did not find it convenient to do so till 3pm. This could have been avoided and we were unable to store our luggage with the last minute information given negligently. This ruined our first day. This is the first time i encountered this kind of non service and behavior.
• Iwona (10/5): Piękna Barcelona a jeszcze ładniejsza jak się wraca do tak fantastycznego apartementu - Lokalizacja obiektu rewelacyjna, kontakt z zarządzającym Luigi rewelacyjny, wszystko wyjaśnił i zaproponował Restauracje i bary w pobliżu. Obiekt wyposażony we wszystko co potrzebne, ekspres, pralka suszarka, w łazience zestaw do kąpieli itp troszkę by trzeba było ponaprawiać pewne rzeczy w łazience jak cieknący prysznic i ścianę przeciekającą ale to drobiazgi.

The apartment is in a great location — super central, close to everything, and very clean. We would definitely come back without hesitation!

• Selin (5/5): Too expensive for what it is - * check-in process was smooth * spacious flat with 2 bedrooms and a kitchen * location was great, walking distance to many locations and nice cafes around * there is no balcony and the info was misleading about this * bathroom needs renovation, the bathroom door wasnt get closed which is an important issue * hot water ends after 2 people take a shower!!! * one bedroom doesnt have any windows so its dark all the time I definitely dont believe it worths the money

• Adriaan (8/5): Great stay at a perfect location. This is not a hotel, has some disadvantages - The location was excellent. We had an apartment on the backside of the building. It is a spacious apartment with a lot of comfort. The host was very easy to speak to at whatsapp It takes some time to heat up the rooms The water in the shower is sometimes running quickly out of hot water Remember, it is not a hotel. If you arrive after 1800 (20 euro) or after 2400 (50 euro) you have to pay money to the host. It says so in the text but I did read it after I booked. Also, you cannot leave your luggage in the apartment. We had to pay 50 euro for a late check out, this way we could leave our luggage in the room. This is something worthwile to explore for Stay Unique to accommodate the luggage

• Natalie (8/5): Super accommodation in great location - Max was very helpful with communication ahead of our arrival and met us at the apartment with keys and to show us around. The apartment was lovely and spacious. Very authentic Barcelona view which was unique. Interleading bedrooms - both nice sizes with plenty of storage space etc. Comfy lounge and nice dining room. Kitchen well-equipped. Great historic restaurant literally downstairs and small supermarket a few meters away. Location overall was excellent and walking distance to main attractions. Safe space and we really enjoyed it. Tumble dryer a bonus. The apartment feels like you are staying with family, not so much like a hotel. But it was great and everything we needed. We were well aware of water shortages so kept showers very quick. Hot water didn't last for the 4 of us to shower so had to take it in turns.

• Emily (10/5): Excellent - The location is very convenient. The apartment is nice & tidy. The door of the lift sometimes has problems. Wait a long time to close.
• Katherinetravel (4/5): Good locatoin but... the quality of stay is not great - The location is fantastic, it's close to the metro/subway and shopping area so great place if you like shopping. The price of the apartment isn't cheap due to the locatoin maybe; however, there are some flows in details. 1. The sink in the kitchen was leaking. We found it out right after we arrived late at the night. We had to text the host asking them to fix it. They sent someone over the next day but it took two times/days to fix it. 2. The bathroom door wasn't able to be closed completely. We again need to tell them and they sent someone over to fix it while we were not home. So we had to tolerate that someone came into the house while we were gone, the other option is we had to commit to an agreed time to be at home. We were on vacation, we wanted to be easy and relaxed, not to commit to a time to rush home. 3. The host asked us to keep the house clean otherwise they would charge a cleaning fee which is fair; however, the skin of dining chair was falling apart and fell all over the carpet when we just moved the chair or sat on it. It's not so elegant....

• Anđela (9/5): Superb - The best thing about apartment is location. Very close to La Rambla. Apartment is very cosy and you have everything you need.
• Revaz (8/5): Very good - the apartment was very big, secure, comfortable, clean and the location was perfect. the interior was very cozy and beautiful. the beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious. the internet was absolutely terrible. it couldn't work at all. we were given the worst network in the house and when we texted the host to help us with the issue, we were left on delivered and completely ignored. we had very important work to do and the lack of internet created so many problems. it was very rude to ignore your guests like that. if you have work to do or are just addicted to internet, i do not recommend at all.
• Paul (6/5): Great apartment let down by lack of internet services or support to resolve. - Great location. Clean and spacious. Sol (check in agent) was very accommodating with allowing an early check in given we had a young child and were struggling with all the luggage etc. No internet. Never resolved over the whole week. Edge equivalent WiFi modem provided was very slow with only messaging working. Terrible for foreign visitors. Given the high cost we were not happy.
• Cindy (8/5): Bright and spacious apartment in a central location - I liked that it was right above a restaurant. We frequented that restaurant almost everyday. The space was very big. We liked having a big dinning table area as a dumping ground sort of area. We also appreciated the 2nd half bath. We spent a lot of time walking to and from places we wanted to go. The couch seemed stained and we didn't know where that was from or if it was properly cleaned. The 2nd bedroom did not have a window so it was hard to have some privacy. We received towels to use, but 2 of them were not full sized; they were half towels and were a little awkward to use.
• Maribel (8/5): N/A - Apartment is spacious. The kitchen was fully stocked with kitchen appliances and table ware. Loved having a washer and dryer!! Loved having two bathrooms, one is a 1/2 bathroom ( but occasionally had a raw sewerage odor). Loved the location!! Very close to metro and public buses. Walkable to most tourists locations!! Overall, not bad!! The sofas were dirty!! Could use a steam cleaner since they are cream colored and had many visible stains!! The main bathroom door did not shut close. I also found a bag of garbage( Mac Donald’s- probably left from previous visitors)in the bottom drawer of Kitchen sink. Can’t believe cleaning crew didn’t see it!!
• Francesca (7/5): Good position but a lot of things to improve! - The position of the apartment is certainly the best ever. Located in the city center, close to the metro station. The apartment is very nice and wide. 1. For more than €300 per night, would be nice to have a cleaning of the apartment every day, also changing the towels; 2. ⁠the bidet doesn’t work properly, since there is no hot water coming out of it; 3. ⁠the door of the main bathroom doesn’t close - so no privacy! 4. ⁠in the kitchen there are ants - this means that it’s not properly cleaned 5. ⁠the carpets should be more clean 6. ⁠the lighting system of the apartment should be improved, since there’s no sufficient light. In particular, the mirror lights in the bathroom don’t work! 7. ⁠the first night the apartment was really cold, since someone left the windows open 8. ⁠the sofa is very dirty 9. ⁠no small cups for coffee are provided, but only big ones 10. ⁠the second set of keys doesn’t open the building entrance door We highlighted these things but no-one did anything.

• Manpreet (10/5): Amazing stay, for my family. - The apartment is ideally located in the heart of the city. Everything was walking distance , from restaurants to fancy bars and shopping. A special thanks to sabrina, who helped us with a quick and thorough check-in and also shared a fantastic list of places to go. The apartment is beautifully furnished, loved the art in the place. Very comfortable, very homely. Hope to see you again soon. Don’t think there was anything.
