• Roselyne (7/5): - Très bon emplacement de l’appartement , bonne communication avec l’agence de location. L’agencement des pièces souffre de l’ancienneté du bâtiment : une salle de bain petite, les wc non séparés, alors qu’une partie de la cuisine adjacente n’est pas utilisable, une climatisation bruyante pour atténuer les effets du peu d’isolation des fenêtres et des stores. Enfin le tarif de location me paraît très élevé.

• Pecaric (7/5): A week getaway to Barcelona - Everything we wanted to visit was very accesesible, Rambla was near by, we had two metro stations right next to the apartament. Overall the apartament served us well. The quality of beds varied troughout the apartament so some of our friend struggled to get a good night sleep. The apartament amenities could've been stocked better.

• Krisztin (7/5): Overall it was a good experience, good value, - I liked the area and that we had enough room for 4 people. The host was helpful and attending all our needs, she relly did everything in her power. The apartment was clean. The streetside is very noisy. The bathroom was tiny and its door was difficult to open/closes and super noisy to open. There are 2 aircons in the apartment but both are in the hallway so if you close the door of your room you don't get the airflow. The french bed is small, especially if you share the bed with someone other than your better half. The elevator was not working at all, and the apartment is on the 4th floor.
• Cathie (9/5): Loved everything about the place except for the bathroom - The location was exceptional. Loved that the Pinchos bars were just downstairs and the metro was only 5 minutes walk away. Also loved being able to walk up Montjuic to watch the sunrise The toilet and bathroom was not very private. Everyone had to walk past it and I didn't like the frosted glass window on the door.

• Elaine (7/5): Authentic city apartment in an area vibrant with tapas bars and locals! well located for access to tourist spots local - authentic old apartment, up 3 floors which helped reduce street noise. it was spacious and felt safe with a secure ground level door and apartment door. 3 bedrooms allowed my 2 daughters and I privacy. good location, we walked to Montjuic easily and to La Rambla area where we could get the tourist bus. Carrer de Blai is pedestrians only and bustling with locals sitting at outside tables, enjoying the amazing Tapas culture over beers, sangria and wine. the street has numerous tapas and other restaurants so spoiled for choice! Also the Cactus cafe round the corner has the best breakfast/brunch menu, loved it. staff excellent and helpful, great communication. allowed to store our luggage whilst it was cleaned and given maps and info. Anwered phone immediately when needed and booked an airport taxi for us Back bedrooms are quiet but there is no view, the single is small, limited hanging space & overlooks a shaft and the twin has a door onto a balcony for hanging washing, mops, boiler/air con units. not for sitting on! overlooks backyards of other apartments. At least allows fresh air in. front double room the best, bright and good decor but noisy from the busy street until midnight or so. the bathroom door doesn’t lock and the frosted glass door doesn’t give privacy, especially if the light is on! shower curtain on old shower and nowhere to place toiletries or towels. our boiler broke down on second day so no hot water or showers for the rest of our stay. we received some compensation and the staff did immediately try to fix it but couldn’t until after we left
