Para cada um dos nossos quatro casais, havia um quarto e uma casa de banho disponíveis. Boa privacidade. Edifício já em estado usado, mas limpo e funcional Só havia sabonete líquido para as mãos, mas não havia champô nem gel de duche.

En el segundo día entraron en contacto con nosotros asustándonos diciéndonos que tenía otras personas con maletas saliendo y entrando en el apartamento, estábamos en medio a una excursión. Salimos corriendo a prisas, porque pensábamos que tenían entrado en el apartamento y llevado nuestras cosas. Además del susto, perdimos dinero y toda una tarde de vacaciones. El apartamento muy viejo y malas condiciones. Bañera muy sucia, cocina incompleta, éramos 4 y solo tenía 3 tenedores para adultos. Salimos antes del previsto por que no nos sentíamos seguros en ese apartamento. Una muy mala experiencia, No recomiendo!

• Leonardo Jesús (5/5): Was okayish because of the location, the flat it self as a whole was not that bad but there is plenty of room for improv - The location is fantastic, very centric and well connected to train station, metro, bus, groceries, etc - the bathrooms were way to small - the shower, poor quality - WiFi, owners words, not mine: “works only near to the flat entrance door…” and as we didn’t planned to spend our time next to the entrance, WiFi is not available - one of the bathrooms door was amended very badly
• lincolnfonseca (8/5): Great flat for a weekend - The apartment is nice, spacious and well equipped. It was all we needed for a weekend. Serious problem with the AC in one of the bedrooms. It is noisy, very noisy, there's a real problem with it that needs to be fixed. We couldn't keep it on during the night.

• Oyebobola Clement (6/5): Good Apartment, Clear Communication, but Extra Charges Unexpected. - Fair and comfortable air-conditioned apartment on the 8th floor of a block of flats, with a large night-time cityscape picture on the wall. It is clean, accessible by lift, and about a six-minute walk from the nearest bus stop. The staff maintained good communication to ensure a smooth check-in process. House rules were clearly written to avoid misunderstandings about expectations. A friendly welcome pack would be a nice addition, and the bedding could be tucked in for a more aesthetically pleasing look. Attention should also be given to the boiler above the fridge, which had a slightly sticky, dusty appearance. There is a faulty power outlet between the bed and the wardrobe, which would have been the most suitable spot for ironing. However, it would have been more appropriate for the advertised price on the website to include tax and all other charges, rather than requiring an extra payment for tax upon arrival after the online payment had already been made. This, for me, was an unpleasant experience. At the very least, it should be clearly communicated beforehand that there will be an additional tax charge on arrival. I was not aware of this and had to make an unplanned payment on my first day of check-in

• bati's family (5/5): Bell'appartamento, bella zona, necessaria ristrutturazione - L'appartamento è in ottima posizione, in un bel palazzo, vicino alle fermate BUS che portano verso il centro o nei punti di interesse della città. L'appartamento è grande ma necessiterebbe di un ammodernamento. Comodi i 2 bagni. NON parcheggiare nel garage proprio a fianco dell'appartamento, per 40 minuti ci hanno preso 10€, nella strada sotto (2 minuti a piedi) c'è un garage 24 h che chiede poco più di 5€ al giorno, L'appartamento dovrebbe essere ristrutturato, soprattutto i bagni, a parte il salotto e la camera matrimoniale, nessua stanza ha finestra.
• Ginta (2/5): Disappointing due to cleanliness issues, poor maintenance, and uncomfortable conditions - The apartment was dirty – the shelves were dusty, and there weren’t enough dishes in the kitchen; there was only one mug. Under the sink, water was leaking, and instead of fixing the pipe, the owner had just placed a bucket underneath. The beds were small and squeaky, moving with every turn. The bathrooms were tiny and had an unpleasant smell. Whenever someone took a shower in the neighboring room, it was clearly audible in the next one, which seriously disrupted our sleep. The balcony was dirty, and the furniture there was old, cracked, and rotting. The price is completely unreasonable for such low-quality accommodation.

• Solano Lazo (7/5): Bello ma Attenti agli insetti - Il personale che mi ha accolto e stato fantastico mi hanno aiutato a capire i sistemi di circolazione e come muovermi sono stati molto utili All'interno del appartamento sfortunatamente cerano una varia tipi di insetti, tra cui scarafaggi giganti formiche e altri insetti che non facevano dormire tranquilli perche non sostavano solo sulla cucina ma anche nelle varie stanze della casa

• Gianfranco (8/5): Appartamento in posizione strategica e stupenda, tra architetture notevoli, negozi e locali - L'appartamento si trova in una via che scende diretta in 2 minuti sulla Diagonal. Si tratta di uno dei viali principali di Barcellona che scende passeggiando fino alla zona centrale; collegato benissimo con i bus alle mete artistiche più richieste L'appartamento si trova in un grande palazzo tenuto molto bene e simile ad un condominio. Abbiamo trovato ottimali le condizioni dell'appartamento. Non diamo l'eccellenza solo perché andrebbe attenziionata maggiormente la manutenzione della casa. A seguire ciò che ci ha lasciati perplessi: - appena entrati il lavandino del bagno principale perdeva copiosamente dal tubo, tanto da richiedere subito un intervento di riparazione che devo dire il gestore l'indomani ha risolto. - uno dei due armadi, quello della stanzetta, era completamente inutilizzabile in quanto effettivamente con ante e laterali rotti e staccati... la cosa è stata fatta presente palesemente al gestore, dato che era anche decisamente poco sicuro averlo in stanza; il gestore lo ha completamente ignorato! Detto questo però ci interessava godere appieno della nostra settimana a Barcellona e abbiamo deciso di andare oltre e vedere tutti i lati positivi che abbiamo avuto modo di apprezzare.

• fragga (8/5): - Nos gustó la ubicación, que podíamos cocinar ahí, el baño privado en la habitación. El propietario respondía rápido a las consultas y nos ayudó con un problema generado por el pago. El internet sólo funciona en la entrada del apartamento y en un cuarto, pero su servicio es intermitente. No podrás usarlo desde la comodidad del sillón en la sala. Hace falta cositas esenciales para la cocina como sal, azúcar, aceite y artículos personales como jabón y shampoo ya que es bien alto el valor que se paga.

• Jacek (8/5): - Duży przestronny salon, dwie sypialnie i każda ze swoją łazienką. Klimatyzacja działała sprawnie, ale nie można było jej wyłączać, bo podobno wtedy nie chce się ponownie włączyć. Lodówka chłodziła bardzo mocno - jak chcieliśmy odrobinę podwyższyć w niej temperaturę, to pociekła z niej woda, więc znów ustawiliśmy ją na maksymalne chłodzenie ;) Z kuchenki nie korzystaliśmy. Był zestaw noży i sztućców. Mieszkanie było w miarę czyste, ale ponieważ wymaga ono odnowienia, sprawia wrażenie brudniejszego niż jest w rzeczywistości - np. zacieki w łazience czy w sypialni na suficie. Taras nie był posprzątany - wychodząc na niego miało się bardzo brudne stopy. W apartamencie był tylko jeden kieliszek do wina.

Está viejo, deteriorado, sucio, y la mayoría de los electrodomésticos, luces y persianas no funcionan. Es una vergüenza el dinero que piden por lo que es. Además al llegar, nos atendió un chico que no sabía ni español.
• Alice (7/5): - L’appartamento aveva più stanze, ed essendo all’ultimo piano offriva una bella vista su Barcellona. La struttura offre varie stanze, organizzate però in un modo veramente strano e scomodo. In più mancava il phone per i capelli ma era necessario perché in casa c’è molta polvere e non ho avuto una sensazione di pulizia.

• Olena (8/5): - Апартаменты удобно расположены, рядом с центром города, мы пешком добирались до всех достопримечательностей, вокруг много кафе и пекарен на любой вкус. Есть все необходимое: стиральная и посудомоечная машина, посуда, плита, большой холодильник. Неплохой вид на город. Мы приехали в 10ч вечера, было очень неприятно, что за позднее поселение с нас взяли дополнительную плату 30 евро Требуется ремонт,очень маленький туалет.

• Karina (8/5): Ottima location, dettagli importanti da migliorare - La posizione ci ha permesso di spostarci facilmente, fermate bus a 3 minuti a piedi, metropolitana si trova a 13 minuti. L’appartamento ha una bella terrazza ed è completamente arredata, che ci ha permesso di fare anche gli aperitivi. Bagno è finestrato e doccia con porta vetrata, che ho apprezzato. Letto più piccolo di queen size, sanitari vecchiotti senza bidet, aria condizionata non pulita da tanto, quindi puzzava.

• Juan (3/5): El peor apartamento de mi historial con Booking. Un engaño y muy peligroso. - Ubicado en una zona agradable pero alejado del centro de Barcelona y con dificil acceso al transporte publico (metro y autobus). Practicamente hay que movilizarse solo en taxi. El apartamento 804 (octavo piso No.4) que nos dieron es un engaño en relación con las fotos que muestran. Cuando alegamos que ese no era el apartamento que habiamos alquilado dijeron que ellos no eran los que ponian las fotos y culparon a Booking. El dormitorio es muy pequeño y la cama esta pegada a la pared. Internamente es peligroso moverse porque tiene dos o tres escalones en varias partes. Al entrar hay 3 escalones. Para ir de la cocina+comedor al dormitorio otros 3 escalones y del dormitorio al baño otros 3 escalones. Incluso en el baño del toilet al lavamanos hay 3 tres escalones. Increiblemente peligroso. Repito que ese apartamento es un engaño y muy peligroso. Considero que Booking debe revisar la forma en que estas personas publicitan el apartamento que no corresponde en nada con las fotografias las cuales dicen que no son de ellos sino de Booking. Tengo fotografias del verdadero apartamento que se las puedo proporcionar a Booking en cualquier momento.
• ROBERTO (7/5): - Llegue justo al dia siguiente del Gran Apagon. Mi tren desde Madrid debia salir a las 16.39. Termine viajando a las 22 hs, Por llegar despues de las 21 debia pagar un plus de 50 Euros. Le explique la situacion nque no era culpa mia y me bajo a 30 Euros. Considero nque no debia cobrar nada. Eso me molesto

• Nicoletta (6/5): - Posizione in un bel quartiere residenziale anche se scomoda per la metro. Appartamento al 5 piano, abbastanza sporco soprattutto il tavolo in soggiorno. Bagno "grande" scomodo perché la porta non si apriva bene perchè non c'era spazio di manovra

• Rodrigo (5/5): Regular - La ubicación, el barrio es muy bonito. Dos juegos de llaves. Que tiene lavadora y secadora. Las camas muy cómodas. Las duchas de ambos baños estaban rotas, le avise a la persona que nos recibió y solo se limito a decirnos que los anteriores huéspedes las rompieron. Otra cosa que no nos gusto fue.que no había lo básico para cuando uno llega... nada de sal, nada de azúcar, ningún trapo repasador en la cocina. Ninguna cortesía para los huéspedes. La limpieza bastante mala... había pelos en lavado y el piso de los baños.
