• Thekla (7/5): OK, wenn nichts Besseres zu finden ist. - Das Apt. liegt am Rand des historischen Stadtzentrums, von dort aus sind es 7-10 min zu Fuß bis zur Kathedrale. Das Apt. ist ruhig, geräumig und kühl. Das Apt. 1A befindet sich im EG. Die Fenster gehen zu einem kleinen Innenhof raus, in den es reinregnen kann. Es gibt zwei bewegliche Heizkörper, von denen einer kaputt ist. Der Zugang zum Apt. erfolgt selbstständig mit einem Code. Die WaMa war sehr hilfreich. Die Vermieterin nutzt Booking.com zur Kundenacquise, führt dann jedoch den Kontakt über soziale Medien weiter und die Bezahlung zzgl. 100€ Kaution muss über eine separate App erfolgen, damit man den Zugangscode erhält. Die Vermieterin hat sich penetrant oft gemeldet, wenn sie selbst etwas wollte, v.a. Geld. Ansonsten hat ihre Antwort auf sich warten lassen.

• Mari (7/5): - Läget! Svårt att förstå hur man skulle komma in i lägenheten vid ankomst! Skulle ha velat få information om det innan vi kom fram. Ringde värden men det var telefonsvarare som pratade spanska ( kan inte spanska)

• Nemanja (9/5): Great location, spacious and clean - Apartment is even more spacious than it looks like on pictures, it was quite clean when we arrived and the location is perfect! It is 5 mins walking distance from the central streets and in the apartment street you have a lot of restaurants, caffès, fast foods, supermarkets, pharmacy and many more… And it stays pretty quiet during the night! Furniture and amenities are not the newest, but literally you have everything you need (and we stayed with the baby). I would say value for money, although a lot of apartments have similar price… Minor issue while communicating related to baby cot, but it was all sorted out before our arrival - just be sure to emphasize 2-3 times that you need it to the staff.
• Marko (8/5): Prettig en comfortabel - Locatie was top, dicht bij de mooiste bezienswaardigheden. Alles was fijn op loopafstand. Begane grond was prettig i.v.m ons zoontje van 1 jaar. Voldoende ruimte + faciliteiten in het appartement. Donker appartement, lichtinval van de binnen plaats was minimaal en zat meteen aan de raam van de buren.
• Василина (10/5): it was a normal apartment with a good location ) - good large accommodation for a family The fact that it was impossible to open the windows facing the courtyard, the smell of sewage, but the air conditioners seemed to cope well with this, so it was not a big problem .

• Anna (8/5): OBS deposit - The location is perfect..The apartment er clean, quiet and spacious. Very well equipped. Possibility for selv check in. The apartment is not sunny at all like at pictures, but very shadowed, which is an advantage in the hot weather. After non-refundable paying, you need to pay 100 euro more- a deposit. Ok. It was to be returned upon the arrival- it was allegedly returned one week after, actually it has not been returned until now, it has gone 14 days. The apartment means I need to talk to my bank, the bank refers to the sender. The money is gone👎
• Julie (8/5): Spacious apartment. - The apartment was spacious & having washing machine was good. Kitchen needs upgrading, the shower has a rough floor & too bigger slope which made it uncomfortable and you could not open windows or sit outside as there were lots of mosquito's around.
• Ales (9/5): Superb - The location was great. The apartment is located on the ground floor. It is spacious enough. The kitchen is also well equipped. we were not informed in advance that we had to turn on the hot water switch for the shower, so we then had to wait for the water to heat up. Everything else was as shown in the pictures.
• Jessica (7/5): Amazing location , good apartment - It is big and comfortable in terms of space , the location is amazing 5mns walk from the center , supermarket in front and parking not even 4mns walk The communication is easy via whatsapp and anyways they send full information hence no need to ask The check in is easy It could be cleaner The bed is not that confortable but its okey for what you pay its not expensive
• R (5/5): Passable - Location 1/ The appartment is not sunny at all!! 2/ Parking was not available and they don't inform you until the day of your stay. Another parking is available but it costs 18€ per day.
• Rita (3/5): Poor - The appartment was very dark, and couldn't open doors or windows because of drain outside that stank. Terrible. Decor was old and in need of redoing. Place was very dusty. Electricity went if air con and shower on together.
• Aversano (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was very nice ,few minutes from the centre! The kitchen was well equipped too! The staff was friendly too!
• Limarova (9/5): Staying for couple of nights at this apartment — nice location ( close to the center 3 min and reachable for bus station - Location and flat design Ground floor and the feeling of high humidity
• Guest (6/5): Pleasant - The location is good, convenient for everything and in a quiet street at night. The apartment feels very secure. Places to have breakfast close by. The living room was comfortable and spacious with two large sofas and an armchair. The living area is well lit with ceiling lights which is helpful because there is not much natural light. The check in process was very well supported by the host. The apartment lacks natural light and the patio area is a small, internal courtyard. The apartment is lacking in character especially the bedroom which has no decoration or finishing touches. The beds were not very comfortable - a bit soft and lumpy. The whole place feels as though it has been well used and could do with a bit of refreshing.

• Emma (9/5): Central, spacious and peaceful - We chose the apartment primarily for the location - everything in the historic centre can easily be explored on foot and there are lots of bars, cafes and other amenities close by. The size and quality of the apartment was a nice surprise. There was plenty of space for our small family, the beds were comfy and the kitchen / laundry were well-equipped. We would definitely return.
• Munhiem (9/5): Was a good stay for us as a family - Location was perfect. Centrally located. En very helpfull host. We had a late check-inn but they waited patiently until we arrived. Even when we arrived due to a delay later then expected.
