• Sam (10/5): Fantastic! Thank you so much! - The flat was extremely nice: stylish, spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable, the showers hot and powerful. The kitchen was well-equipped. Great to have a nespresso machine. The ability to store luggage on either side of check-in and check-out times was immensely useful. The host was extremely responsive. Nothing. It was perfect.
• Tamar (10/5): - דירה משגעת, מעוצבת בטוב טעם, מלא באור. המיטות נהדרות, החדרים מרווחים ונקיים מאוד. המטבח משגע, מאובזר בכל מה שרק צריך. חדרי האמבטיה נוחים מאוד. שימו לב שהדירה מורכבת מ3 קומות שביניהן מדרגות. זה לא הטריד אותנו בכלל, אבל כדאי לשים לב. הדירה ממוקמת ברחוב שקט אבל קרוב לתחנת מטרו, למסעדות ובתי קפה. ממש ממש נהנינו ישנם כמה דברים שצריך לתחזק: הוונטה למעלה לא נכבית והברז קצת שבור. למטה אין וונטה בכלל באחת המקלחות, ואחרי מקלחת הכול רטוב. אני בטוחה שאם המארחים יטפלו בזה, הדירה תחזור להיות מושלמת.

• Tania (7/5): Great stay, lovely apartment. - Lovely property, responsive host and as shown. Didn’t like having to take photos pre- and post- stay. There were also no instructions for the heating so the first evening was cold but the issue was resolved quickly by the host the next day.
• Hongxia (10/5): - The apartment is beautifully decorated and very well equipped, and the beds are extremely comfortable. We truly had a fantastic time. The service was outstanding, and the host were exceptionally attentive and helpful. Thank you so much for such a wonderful and memorable stay!
• Vishal (9/5): Overall highly recommended. Though check-in and pre check-in processes could be simplified. - It's an excellent property with modern furnishing. Some of the best bakeries are at walking distance. There were just too many pre check-in steps. Security deposit pre-auth, check-in inventory and then check-out inventory etc.
• Naomi (4/5): Teleurstellende host - De locatie is goed. Het is dichtbij een metro station en ook veel restaurants en supermarkten in de buurt om eten te halen. Ons verblijf was teleurstellend door misleidende informatie, slechte communicatie en gebrek aan basiscomfort en voorbereiding. In de listing werd early check-in vanaf 13:00 en late check-out tot 13:00 vermeld, maar dit bleek misleidend. Voor aankomst gaf de host aan dat early check-in alleen mogelijk was tegen een extra betaling (50% van het dagtarief (!)), wat niet overeenkomt met wat bij het boeken werd gecommuniceerd. Ondanks dat de borg ruim op tijd was betaald, zijn de entry code en check-in instructies niet vooraf gedeeld. Bij aankomst moesten wij hier zelf achteraan en was de host zeer moeilijk bereikbaar. De telefoon werd pas na meerdere pogingen opgenomen, wat erg stressvol was, zeker met een baby als je in de regen staat. Daarnaast was de informatie over het appartement onjuist. Er werd aangegeven dat het appartement zich op de begane grond bevond en dat tillen van bagage en kinderwagen niet nodig zou zijn. In werkelijkheid zijn er meerdere trappen om het appartement te betreden. Ook hierover gaf de host dus verkeerde informatie via de chat. Het appartement was bij aankomst niet goed voorbereid. Het babybed en de spullen voor de slaapbank, die ruim van tevoren meerdere keren waren aangevraagd en bevestigd, waren niet klaargezet. De aanwezige schoonmaakster wist hier niets van. Ook vonden wij een haar in het bed, waarvan de kleur en structuur duidelijk niet van iemand uit ons gezelschap kon zijn, wat twijfels oproept over de schoonmaak. Qua comfort schiet het appartement tekort: - Geen enkele plek om jassen op te hangen - Geen enkele kledinghangers in kamers of badkamer wat een verblijf voor meerdere dagen niet fijn maakt - Zeer oncomfortabele slaapbank, met direct ochtendlicht en geen gordijnen
• Zarina (9/5): Amazing apartment for big group or families! - Spacious, clean and very well located apartment. We were 7 of us and fully enjoyed our stay with everything we needed. Highly recommend for families or friends group. Staff is very helpful and responsive for any requests.

• Audrey (10/5): Incroyable - Appartement magnifique et bien situé. Nous avons adoré! Spacieux, propre, confortable, nous ne pouvions espérer mieux. Si nous avons à nouveau l'occasion de partir à plusieurs, nous reviendrons dans ce logement. Rien. L'ajout de crochets au mur pour pendre ses affaires ou serviettes dans les salles de bain et pour pendre ses vestes à l'entrée serait un détail très apprécié pour encore plus de confort et de praticité.

• Rachael (9/5): Great location, contemporary compartment, nice and quiet and was comfortable - This apartment is in a great location, nice neighbourhood and super handy for bus, metro and walking. It also looks really cool with a big new kitchen area and cool spiral staircase. There’s not much of a sitting room if you’re a big party of 7 like us but we were really only there to sleep so it didn’t matter much to us.

• Ljv (10/5): Love love love the location, space, comfort, value, modernity, cleanliness! - It looks just like the pics with a very spacious kitchen and eating area! Great location at Place de la Republique. Easy to get around from there or St Denis metro station. Apartment is spacious, clean, well maintained, comfortable, modern and nicely decorated. We had 6 people: two had their own Queen+ beds on the main floor; two shared the twin room; and two shared the Queen+ upstairs. Close to Holy Belly for breakfast, Canal St Martin, great bakeries, etc... Three full bathrooms - 2 on main and one upstairs! So great for 6 people! The management company and cleaning staff were wonderful and let us check in slightly early as we had an ill family member. We are so grateful for that! There is also have a place to leave luggage if needed. We loved it! I really cannot say anything except for ensuring that the AC works and visitors understand how to control it. It was not very hot in Paris but the apartment does warm up due to the nice light in the place. We had the AC on but not sure how effective it was....could be operator error! (;

Great location, with loads of great restaurants and bars around, and good links to everywhere else in Paris. It also had enough space for all of us to stay comfortably, with great facilities. We loved getting up to make a coffee in the morning before going out to a local boulangerie. Thank you for having us!
• Amy (10/5): Perfect Girls Trip Apartment - This apartment was exactly as described. Communication was good with the host, place was clean and tidy, good storage for luggage before/after arrival and perfect location for exploring the city. Highly recommend for a group trip to Paris! I find the €2k deposit a bit extreme, but in the end it was returned without any problems

• Joanna (10/5): Amazing stay in a wonderful apartment in a fabulous location. - The location was excellent, the property itself was of a very high standard and very comfortable. The little touches were also great such as the toiletries and very large fluffy towels. Nothing really about the apartment just the requirement to take photos in every room on arrival linked to the deposit that was held. They then had to be uploaded to a link that was in my junk folder so I wasn’t aware needed doing and then some were too big and too many etc etc.
• Marybeth (10/5): My Veranda was an excellent apartment that was clean, spacious, close to transportation and in a neighborhood with many - My Veranda was a great property for our group of 6! It was extremely clean and the host was very helpful. The property was very safe and secure with two entries requiring a code. The location was close to a Metro stop, cafes, bars and other amenities. It was also walking distance from cute neighborhoods with vintage clothing stores, wine shops, etc. The bathrooms were a little small (but having 3 was really nice!
• Supriya (7/5): Great accommodation in a great location. - The house is very well equipped with all amenities and fresh linen and toiletries. The concierge is a nice touch as well. The security codes were somehow known to strangers and one day we found a homeless person sleeping within the secured area There are almost 2 flights of stairs to climb up which is tough to do in a big group with suitcases
• Erin (10/5): Lovely stay for large family. Recommend it to those visiting Paris. - The Veranda was the perfect spot for our family vacation. It was near a metro stop and located near grocery stores and many restaurants. The house was clean, spacious and had enough room for 9 of us. Our host was great - always answered our messages and accommodated an early check-in when we arrived. Highly recommend. It was not a huge deal, but the living area space was small - not a lot of room to gather. However, there was a large dining table where we spent most of the time.

• Indy (10/5): Amazing Apartment - Absolutely amazing apartment and I can't praise it enough. Lots of resteraunts and family nightlife around the hotel close to the Metro so getting to places like Louvre Museum and Eiffel tower was not a problem. I will definitely be booking again when I come back as I was only in Paris for 2 nights and didn't get to see the Montmartre.

Very comfortable with all the necessary items already provided! Our host was available and responsive throughout the stay. Instructions for entry were straightforward and easy to follow. Genuinely could not have asked been more happy with this stay. The metro is so close and we loved being a little further out of the hustle and bustle. Local boulangerie and restaurants were delightful! Perfect stay and we would certainly stay again! Nothing. We absolutely loved our stay!

• Courtney (10/5): Lovely place and quiet. Highly recommend. - The apartment is beautiful. Very modern clean and bright. Great natural light and plenty of room for our family. Kitchen was well stocked. We felt very safe and Quiet street. The location is a tiny bit away from the main Marais action but still very convenient. Don’t let that keep you away. Most everywhere was within a half hour walk.
