This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of EUR 700 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Upon booking, you will receive a form for check-in and a link to make the deposit. If you are unable to do so via this link, your bank details will be requested upon arrival. Please note the following additional fees: - Check-in between 9 PM and midnight: 22€ - Check-in between midnight and 6 AM: 44€ All requests for late arrival must be confirmed by the accommodation.
