Tatiana (8/5): It was okay for the price - Location, space, price Bedsheets were not clean at all, we find out the hair that wasn’t ours in there. Also, we saw a bra in the wardrobe that also wasn’t ours.
Heather (7/5): Great location - The location was perfect, although it is now in the ULEZ zone. When we booked it, it wasn't! The facilities were great, the beds were very comfortable, the shower was amazing, and the apartment was very clean. It was literally the most perfect place to stay and the best place I've ever stayed whilst visiting London... until the 2nd night. I would have given it a 10 out of 10, however, the second night we was there we realised the door we thought was a broom closet was actually a door to the apartment next door, our apartment neighbours kept trying to open the door, and we could hear EVERYTHING they were doing, we had a very uncomfortable sleep on the second night through fear of the neighbours getting through the door. There's also a movement sensor in the room that flashes green even when the lights are off and you turn over in bed. Why was the movement sensor active with guests in the room? The view was interesting. There's a large window at the back of the apartment, which is also the emergency exit. When you open the blind, the sight that awaits you is a lovely row of evaporators for air con units.
Lorraine (9/5): Superb - The apt. was very roomy and clean with all the conveniences. I liked the brightness and layout. The bathroom was great. Automatic skylights were a special feature. When we contacted the owners about some missing cutlery and the safe, they responded immediately. Location near the tube stop was great and even though we were way out in zone 4, getting downtown was a breeze. The airflow was poor and stifling. Opening the skylights and using a fan only helped marginally.

Vishnampet (8/5): Well worth the money and highly recommend - Minutes walk from Redbridge Underground. Decent neigbourhood. Very well equipped apartment with washer dryer, fan, fancy bathroom, iron and ironing board. Two large double beds. Spotlessly clean and modern fittings. Kitchenette was amazing. Lots of cutlery - neat and clean. Only downside is no stove top. Microwave was not very efficient and took ages to cook.

Waleczko (9/5): Great apartment - The apartment was very clean, good size and beds were really comfy. Kitchen had everything we needed, it felt like home. Great communication with host and ability to check in earlier. Underground station was 1min away from apartment so that was fantastic as we've travelled a lot ! The only bad thing was no air conditioning but host provided us with big fan so nothing to complain about :)
Noma (8/5): Great Location - Odd but usable layout. Excellent bed. Wonderful coffee shop, The Artful Blend, nearby -- just a few steps. Redbridge Station is very close and on the Central Line. Easy to get into London. The flat was hot and we couldn't find the fan.

Overall this apartment has great value for money. The only problem was the smoke alarm, but we were able to turn it off.

Shelagh (4/5): Hot and uncomfortable. - Close to tube. Apartment unbearably hot and stuffy ( and this is in summer but when the external temperature was 15C and if you opened window it was unbearably noisy. ) Noise from adjacent apartment with interleaving door locked ( but which occupants tried to open so felt vulnerable). Shower drain blocked so shower draining slowly. Windows dirty. Only 1 coat hanger in wardrobe. Saucepan in drawer but no hob to use it on. No bedside reading lights meaning you have to keep all the 15-20 down lighters on. No chairs to sit on to put shoes on, bed was too high for this purpose. Kitchen stools too high to use comfortably under counter to eat as legs squashed. Bed ( memory foam mattress) combined with heat in room made for uncomfortable sweaty sleeping and disturbed nights. For a 1 room bedsit the fire escape light which was too bright disturbed sleep further. This is not luxury or an apartment it is a bedsit which has failed to get the basics right. Disappointing.
Yuan (8/5): Very good - Really close to underground station. Washing machine and dryer were provided. Bathroom facilities were very clean and the shower was powerful. No laundry detergent provide. No big shop nearby. Resturants nearby were limited.
Kenneth (4/5): Never again! - The location is good. it is only 2 min walk to Redbridge tube station and bus stops. It's almost impossible to get a good night's sleep due to a total lack of soundproofing. Our room " Orchid" was one of 7 rooms . Four access doors are grouped together on the ground floor, so any guests coming or going pass by this door. The car park is immediately in front of the room window with the accompanying noise and headlights at night. There is a door without any sealing inside the room giving access to an adjoining room so the guests might as well be in the room . The room above has no floor soundproofing, so the guests walking about in the room cause disturbance, in our case, until 5 am. on two nights of our stay. The white venitian blinds in the room offer no light protection at night. Black out blinds are needed. There is no ventilation as the windows are locked. 24-hour traffic noise from a nearby major road junction.
Et (10/5): Exceptional - Extremely clean, all cleaning facilities on place , sanitary bags , The flat smells amazing They also use modern door system , alarm etc . Whoever managing this apartments did a really good job honestly ! Worth every penny
Mimi (10/5): Exceptional - Literally off A406 and it's 5meters from the roundabout, cross the street and you are at the station, buss and underground, very convenient. Parking available as well. Very precisely explanation for access to the property. It was a great stay. Not much not to like actually. You may find there is a small space for eating in the kitchen, a very small foldable table available and two stools but the equipment for cooking was great, modern, everything you need, fridge and freezer, microwave and cooker, washing machine and dryer. Also, because we were on the ground floor there wasn't much sunlight, like, no windows in the kitchen, but the lamps were more than enough. Overall we quite liked our stay and definitely will consider it again in the future. Thanks
Liivi (8/5): Very good - +location very close to subway +easy self check in +comfortable bed and pillows +good shower +usb chargers, I didnt need adapter what I had with me +option to make basic breakfast and dinner- microwave, toster, electric kettle +good wifi The only downside is poor sound insulation- there is door between the two appartments and everything was heard but luckily we had very quiet neighbours.
Liisa (6/5): Ok, cheap compared to other options! Undergroud worked well with us. - Short distance to underground. We slept well, even it was a little bit noisy. Walls are paper, you can hear everything from the other appartments. There is no a supermarket nearby, only a kiosk, but it had quite many things. Shower was flooding… you need to wash yourselves very quickly☺️ There were two fire alarms during our stay. You can not cook anything (We try to fry onions and it caused a fire alarm even Without ”burning”). Only one chair in the kitchen. So for 4 people it was a little bit tight to eat breakfast…

Natasha (4/5): Not good - 1 min walk to underground station. No air conditioning, even though this was stated on the listing. I messaged the host and they tried to tell me we didn't book a room with AC, but we clearly did. Not fun during a heat wave. Place felt run down, the owner thinks they can give it a coat of paint and a smart mirror and call it luxury. They hadn't cleaned much - found a very hard, half-eaten loaf of bread in the cupboard and the microwave had food splattered through it. The location wasn't very nice - we were on the ground floor with the street right at our door which was very noisy with car engines, tooting, and lots of people shouting all day long. The blinds also didn't do much to block light or provide privacy - and they were broken.
Syed (10/5): Very pleasant and comfy stay - Sparkling clean, very close to the tube station, parking on the drive way, all essentials provided, powerful shower, Muslim hand shower, food options nearby particularly Dilani fish and chips around the corner and plenty at Gants Hill station, Redbridge mosque is walking distance, the host is very accommodating and highly responsive Though very comfy, the bed is quite high to sit and wear shoes; a small folding chair or a bench would be helpful

Abrahan (7/5): Nice little apartment near to an underground station - The apartment is quite nice and very well located just about 100m from the Undergroud station that will get you to the city center in about 30 to 40 min. I'll definitively recommend it for couples that wants to visit the city and are looking for something reasonably priced. The bed is really confortable. There are several appartments together and the division is just drywall, so there is no much room for privacy as you can hear everything. At the same time, the windows are really close to the street and not very well isolated, so if you have fragile sleep have this into account. The shower had an issue draining (but that's an easy fix).
Marija (7/5): Good - The accommodation is right next to a Tube station and everything we needed was provided. Checkin and checkout were easy and the host was quite accommodating and quick to respond. The bed was a bit too cramped for the two of us although we are both average height and weight. The only window, which is in the bedroom, overlooks the other doors and washing machines and/or tumble dryers in the yard and it could only be opened ajar, with difficulty. On two occasions there was no warm water after midnight. The apartments are only divided by doors so we could constantly hear the people next door (snoring at night and their smoke alarm going off multiple times).

Pillow cases had not been changed - lots of hair from previous visitor. Fridge was not clean and crockery and glasses had to be cleaned before we could use them. No teaspoons either! Nowhere to sit other than two (uncomfortable) stools in the utility/corridor next to a door which connected the next property.

Megan (8/5): Great location! - The location was excellent. Tube station 2 minutes away. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was excellent. It was very reasonably priced and there was also a parking space. The hosts also responded to my queries very quickly so great communication. The walls are quite thin, so the neighbours were very audible from both next door and also upstairs. There was only a microwave oven and no hob. There was also no lamps so either main light or nothing.

Laza (8/5): Overall good, would book it again - Great location, apartment larger than expected, and very modern and clean. We also had a great service from the owners, very convenient with the key and overall a great stay. Also there is a coffee shop, takeaways and grocery shops right next to the apartment. The tube is literally 1 min walk so very convenient. The cutlery and tableware was dirty, was a bit noisy at night, but probably the most annoying thing was the light outside the apartment that would turn on whenever there was movement, which can be easily fixed with a proper set of curtains.

Problems resolved quickly Room a bit cramped n difficult to manoeuvre because there were two double beds squeezed into a small space. Cleaners had forgotten to change towels which was immediately replaced once host was contacted. Unfortunately renovations ongoing in another part of building so constant knocking n drilling which I was assured would end soon. Other than that it is clean n close to underground ( literally a minute from Redbridge station) n having facilities like washing machine tumble dryer n parking was a plus point

Juraj (1/5): Confusing Booking - Nothing I ordered a one-bedroom apartment. When we arrived at the accommodation, the STUDIO was waiting for us, not a ONE BEDROOM APARTMENT. We complained about the apartment to the host, he did not acknowledge our complaint, because he hid the information about the Studio in his message after booking the accommodation. This is very confusing. If I had known that I was booking a studio, I would never have booked the apartment. In addition, the studio was connected to another apartment by a locked door, through which everything could be heard. The privacy was completely violated and we did not feel safe.
Juan (8/5): A great potential for a 10/10 - The renovations made the apartment feel fresh. It was great having a dryer. The apartment didn't have blockout curtains making the room to bright at night, specially when when the sensor light went on. A small stove or even an electric skillet would have been an awesome addition. The green exit sign was way too bright for the room. I understand it might be a safety requirement but I don't think that light is appropriate for a room. Maybe replacing one of the double beds with a sofa be is be better idea to take advantage of the room space

Diya (1/5): Bad - The worst experience in my life . I was woken up by the noise of the washing machine (laundry room next to my flat). There was work being spread out in the flats next to mine (which they own). I was woken up at 8am by the noise of the coat. I do not recommend It was horrible I love booking and I never had any issue with the hotel but this one was the worst experience ever . I'll take a picture of it from my window

Sonam (10/5): Exceptional Stay, Central Location, 100% Recommend! - Location: Absolutely brilliant and as the host described, literally two minutes from Redbridge station. It is also close to shops and takeaways should you need anything. You can easily stock up on supplies if you need to. Accommodation: Small but serves its purpose and is a great comfortable stay. Great if you want to explore London and are out and about. There is limited parking space in then use of parking bay directly outside the property, But ample space when I was staying there. The host has taken great pride in doing this property up to the highest standard! Great technology and very eco friendly. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer which you can make use of and is very handy. The kitchen again is finished off beautifully with a microwave, lots of storage space, no oven so if you prefer to cook bare this in mind. The bathroom is lovely and I loved the digital mirror telling you the date, time and temperature and lighting. The shower was amazing, very strong and powerful, going up to a very high temperature. The power of the shower meant you could shower in a fraction of the time usually keeping in line with there eco-friendly pledge. Security: This property being on the ground floor may deter some guests but rest assured security is fantastic. I felt extremely safe as a single female as the electronic yale automated door system was robust and very secure. Cleanliness: Wow! What can I say? one of the cleanest apartments I have stayed at. Absolutely spotless it comes across as being a new build. From the sparkling bathroom to the spotless floor this apartment is cleaned to an extremely high standard. There are fresh towels for you to use and cleaning equipment provided. Host: The host was attentive and left detailed instructions from what to do whilst in London to instructions to how to operate systems. She was always to hand if you needed anything. Overall: I would 100% recommend :) I shall be back! Room could get slightly overheated, but host has provided a fan which does help.

Ponmalar (8/5): Very good - Very clean. Close to underground. Free parking. Easy communication with host. Unfortunately due to ongoing renovations and beyond host's control there were some minor issues with cracks and leakages. Tumble dryer was not working properly but was reassured that issues will be sorted out. Room was a bit cramped and hard to manoeuvre two big suitcases because two double beds practically covered the whole apartment. As a couple we would have preferred one double bed but there was no availability.
Yared (6/5): Pleasant - Location is great, bathroom is very clean, the room is clean, plates, spoons, forks, etc are available, fridge, microwave, washing machine and dryer are available There was a construction dumpster filled with dumps in front of the apartment, dirty construction boots in the whole way in front of our apartment door, the corridor is too narrow, it doesn't allow two people to pass through side by side. Bed sheets and cover look wornout, there is no cooling air conditioning, only fan is provided.

Hana (8/5): Very good - The location is good, it takes 45 min by the metro to the city centre. The place was clean, beds comfotable. Fridge was good size and I appreciate the microwave. There was a musty smell in the apartment.
Karolina (9/5): nice and pleasant for a long stay - really good location and tube really close by. the apartment was modern and nice looking. it’s perfect size for one person. it had a washing machine and dryer so it’s perfect for a long stay. i stayed for 2 weeks. my hot water was cut off twice which was very frustrating as no one likes a cold shower. there was a locked door in my apartment which separated my flat from the other rooms. i could hear everything though that door, even people showering or putting the kettle on which was a bit annoying. there is mould growing by the windows and in the bathroom walls. the apartment gets insanely hot, like crazy, non stop 30 degrees. good job there was a fan i drove and parked outside the property, the driveway was blocked by random cars everyday which made it difficult for me to drive out from the drive way and get back in. i know this isn’t the property’s fault The shower drain was blocked so I had to unclog it by myslef. the apartment was moderately clean but I did notice the kitchen cabinets were dirty with splashes of food and the wall by the bin, and the same in the bathroom.

Ummu (9/5): Superb - 1 min to the tube station, all clean and nice, just as the pictures. host is very approachable (self check in). would be perfect if there’s stove but that’s minor.
