• Federico (3/5): Not good - The position It was not very clean and felt very “used”: the floor was damaged and the walls were dirty. There was no heating, and they provided us with portable heaters to warm the rooms.

• Marlene (1/5): Experiência muito desagradável com crianças - A localização era óptima, mas o conforto da casa não valeu a proximidade. QUARTOS: Havia 3 quartos, em dois dos quartos havia manchas de sangue nos lençóis e nas fronhas das almofadas. Ficámos na dúvida se tinham sido realmente BEM lavados. Atrás duma das camas havia uma lata de coca-cola aberta, não era difícil de encontrar. BARULHO: Em todos os quartos o barulho da rua era enorme, OK estamos em londres, mas em 2025 existem soluções para esse fim, para não falar das cortinas BLACKOUT que não fizeram o seu efeito, ou seja estava sempre de dia dentro do quarto devido ás luzes da rua. Foi uma experiência muito desagradável. TOALHAS e COMODIDADE: Fizemos uma reserva para 10 pessoas incluindo 3 crianças, foi nos dado duas toalhas por quarto, a cozinha a destruir-se o chão da casa de banho imundo. Não havia conforto nenhum.

Purtroppo abbiamo avuto problemi con l’ - La posizione era ottima e anche l’appartamento molto carino Non mi è piaciuta l’insonorazione, si sentono molto i lavori. E soprattutto non mi è piaciuta l’assistenza da parte dell’host, inesistente.
• Veronica (1/5): PÉSIMA - Tuve una pésima experiencia!!!! Sinceramente nunca me había pasado …. El lugar de entrada al apartamento es x un callejón oscuro lleno de tachos de basura , muy inseguro e hinospito para el monto que te cobran. En ningún lado están publicadas esas fotos. Cuando ingresamos al lobby del edificio después de haber esperado 40 minutos a que nos recibieran, estaba lleno de carteles donde prohibían el alquiler temporario en ese edicio. Cosa que nos llamo la atención. Cuando subimos al apartamento las fotos NO condecían con la realidad, claramente nos sentimos estafados . Pero lo mas importante era que estábamos quebrantando la ley , por lo que avisamos a los host que no nos quedaríamos ahi. Eso fue hace 11 dias y todavía no tuvimos respuesta de Booking.
• Jelena (1/5): WARNING: Misleading Listing & Unsafe Conditions - nothing. Unfortunately, this was one of the most disappointing accommodation experiences I’ve ever had. When we arrived, the apartment was in an unsafe and unsanitary condition including a flooded bathroom, dirty bedding and furniture, damaged flooring, broken shower head and visibly deteriorated kitchen cabinets. The property looked nothing like the photos on the listing. Shortly after arriving, we were approached by building management, who informed us that short-term stays are not permitted in this building (photo of sign saying this is attached). This alone made us feel extremely uncomfortable and raised concerns about the legality of the listing. What made things even worse was the front door latch being broken. The door would not secure properly and swung open twice within the hour we were inside. This is a major safety concern and made us feel completely unsafe in the property. Because of the condition of the apartment and the warning from management, we left shortly after arrival and did not stay the night. We returned the keys the next morning. I contacted the property with photos documenting everything, but they refused to take responsibility and hid behind a non-refundable policy despite the accommodation being unfit for purpose. I would strongly advise Booking.com and future guests to take caution with this listing. The property was not as advertised, not properly maintained, and according to the building itself, should not be used for short-term rentals.

• Monica (1/5): I do not recommend, €900 for 2 nights…couldn’t get the basics right… - Central location, spacious Not clean, terrible noise all through the night, no air conditioning, weird smells (old smoke, burnt rubber)
• Piyush (7/5): Good - I liked the location and the space the property offered. The size of the apartment was perfect for our family. I didn't like the fact that the towels provided were hard and coarse. The bathroom furniture was dated and worn out. The flooring in the apartment too was uneven due to the age of the building and the property itself.

There are signs in the lobby clearly stating that short term stays are illegal. The apartment had mold in the kitchen and bathrooms. The rooms were dirty and dusty. Windows had cracked glass. There were not enough towels for number of guests booked. There was only 1 key provided and available for 7 people.
• Yessika (2/5): Very poor - Location We waited 30 minutes to get in, in middle of road because of miscommunication. Until a guy come with the unit key. They did not send us the code to get in. Dirty floors. bathroom Floor is peeling off, shower head broken,bad maintenance crews. Interior Doors don’t locks….but location is good.

• Michael (5/5): Good location, but needs work. - We had enough space and there was a lift. It is in a handy location with Underground close by. It is starting to look tired, and the Kitchen was poorly equipped. It didn't even have a plug for the sink.
• Emma (7/5): Good - Great location, meeting hosts was very easy, flexible with dropping our bags off. Could do with a bit of upgrade work, particularly on windows amd sound proofing. Quite noisy at night from traffic.
• Živa (7/5): We would choose it again! - The location is great, near the park, Oxford street. We are used to traffic, so the noise did not bother us. It was enough space for all of us (two families), hot water, comfortable beds. The shop is very close. Only one key, some troubles with the stove and ants.
