• DANNY CARL (8/5): Basic, but decent value - Good amount of space, good location for Brixton, close to a train station. Has a garden, pretty good value for the price. The pillows were very thin and the furniture was quite wobbly /broken.

• Nádia (6/5): Apesar de estar bem equipado estava tudo muito mal limpo. - O apartamento era grande e tinha tudo o que era necessário para a nossa estadia. Estava bem equipado. A localização é boa e tem transportes públicos à porta. É muito fácil chegar de autocarro. Tem aquecimento o que ajudou porque estava muito frio. Os anfitriões sempre me responderam às mensagens e não tivemos dificuldade em comunicar com eles. A limpeza era muito má. Encontrei lixo nos quartos (embalagens de gelado por exemplo, mesmo ao lado de uma cama). A torradeira estava toda suja, cheia de migalhas, o forno estava ainda pior. Estes utensílios de uso diário deviam ser limpos regularmente, tenho a certeza que há meses que não eram limpos. A loiça guardada nos armários estava mal lavada, tive que lavar tudo antes de usar. Tem máquina de lavar loiça mas ao abrir a máquina fiquei surpreendida com a sujidade que estava lá dentro. Até as camas estavam sujas. Para nós, a parte da limpeza (que é o mínimo esperado) estava mesmo muito má.

• Chika (2/5): Worst experience ever. - Good size rooms Staff response to issues raised were very poor. There was no central heating and only intermittent hot water on arrival. The boiler has broken down, not fixed despite being aware. No provision of enough electric heaters and had to move them between rooms to keep warm. No repairs until the day before departure when they had to replace the whole boiler with so much inconvenience and health hazards to my family. Asked for help regarding parking even before arriving but wasn't forthcoming. Security lights outside front door not working They said they would compensate but up till now no contact whatsoever. Very bad experience & would never go back.
• Khaliq (3/5): Poor - The sofa was dirty with cigarette burns stains and broken. Also small flys and dam smell. The room with double bed was broken from one side which left me back pain and coudnt sleep on as it sunk to one side.
• Noah (10/5): Great location and good value for money. Would stay again - Great location and comfortable space Standup shower seem to only have a hot water, so was hard to use. But the shower head in the bath worked so that was fine
• Karam (9/5): It gets what matters absolutely right - This is a property that is great for value and gets the essentials absolutely right. it has everything you need for a good comfortable stay and the host is responsive and attentive. On my arrival heating and hot water wasn’t set to on but host was around within an hour in the evening to show me how it works. There were Radiators all around the property but I had rarely more than 1 on as it gets cosy and warm. I had to actually turn the hot water down because it gets so hot- so it’s great if you like your water extra toasty! Showerhead in the shower could do with replacing but it works and you have a lovely big tub that has an extendable head that you can use. Cleaning products in both bathroom and kitchen meant that you can keep tidy during your stay. As well as shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Kitchen had all the utensils and cooking equipment you could need. Large fridge and freezer. Very good washing machine. Hobs and oven working perfectly Location is amazing. The area is a great mix of South America , Caribbean and Young professionals. The house was quiet throughout my stay even on weekend even though there’s a few places to drink in the evening very nearby. There is a 24 hour well-stocked grocery store just 1 minute from the property as well as takeaways and a chemist all within a few minutes walking distance. It was great for my work taking only 15 mins into Farringdon near the heart of the city. Or a 6 min cycle to Brixton station if you need underground Sleep was very comfortable. Spotless bed linen I actually left my driving licence there and host dropped it to my home address later the same day!! Great value for money when you think of great heating, location, facilities, host, price. I’ve stayed in properties that look way fancier and don’t provide on these fronts House could be cleaner as it had a few moths on arrival but things like bed linen and towels were extremely clean
• Ewelina (1/5): disgusting - nothing! didn't like it as it was dirty, smelly the beds were not comfortable one was broken. the bathroom was really dirty and moldy. Linen and pillows were filthy!! I would not come back to that place and not recommend. the table was broken and taped lots of flies in the rooms and we heard rats. also the tap on the bath was held up by a piece of wood. The shower head was filthy and the drain looked like it had never been cleaned..... The Ring comes to mind. The back yard had a lot of trash bags. the price is definitely to high. I would even say this place should not be on the site for rent!!! The patio is covered in massive slugs at night due to the yard being overgrown. Dirty linen discovered in a cupboard when we came in the door with clean linen on top. Plastic peeling off cupboard. Iceberg in fridge. Kettle would need thrown away. We were told we couldn't check in as it was being clean. The floors had not even been moped.
• Adriane (7/5): Good - The location was great. The rooms were very clean and the bed was super comfortable. The TV wasn’t fully functional as the signal went and the picture got blurry or disappeared. The WiFi connection didn’t work in all rooms. The front door is difficult to lock and open again.

• Dorieke (4/5): Can’t recommand this appartement: Fleas, Lice, Mange Mites - Location is convenient, near Loughborough Junction. Supermarket, restaurants, all in the vicinity. But: Not enough beds were prepared en Not enough towels were available. Toilet was leaking, bath tap almost fell of, kitchen and equipment were all dirty and sticky, We wanted to cook ourselves, but instead we had diner elsewhere. A used ashtray was on a chair in The garden. Kitchen chairs and sofa were filthy. You probably think it can’t be that bad, but it was. We have pictures to prove it. Electricity fell out one morning, we e-mailed, but received no reply. Fortunately it functioned when we got home in the evening.
• Alexey (4/5): Disappointing - Proximity to a train station is a positive point. The kitchen was dirty. There was rotten food in the fridge, extremely stinky. The dishwater filled with dirty dishes. Some equipment broken. Hot water was off, I had to call rhe host to fix the problem. The host did not show up personally when it was needed.

• Neil (2/5): An extremely disappointing and dirty property. - Location. Good shower. Comfortable mattresses/pillows. The wooden decking to the front and rear was treacherous, covered in leaves and very slippy. Inside, the floors had been swept but were ALL sticky, dirty and required mopping - very poor. The kitchen table and oven top were smeary and hadn’t been cleaned properly. There were cobwebs on the ceiling within the living room. The area to the rear of the TV was dirty. The covering and base of the sofa bed in the lounge were absolutely filthy and it did not have a proper cover. The curtains in the twin room need to have blackout linings therein. Overall, this was a property that provided the mere basics and which was in desperate need of a deep clean. Very disappointing.
• Amanda (6/5): Pleasant - The location was ideal for our family occasion. Parking directly outside was good. The property was not very clean, and smelt damp. There was no mirror in the front bedroom. It was damp in the back bedroom and very dusty behind the double bed. The outside light was switching on and off all night (even though it was switched off at the light switch) we had to remove the light bulb.
• Sophie (3/5): Dirty, poorly equipped for 6 people - Good location, modern clean bathroom It was unclean. The throw on the sofa was badly stained in multiple places. The bedding on the double bed was filthy. There were no pillow for the sofa bed. There were 6 of us staying - we had 2 towels. When I asked for more towels they didn’t arrive until 7:30pm on the second night. We hadn’t been able to shower in the morning or before going out for dinner on the Saturday night. There were only 5 mugs, 1 wine glass - not suitable for 6 guests. There were mouldy dishes in the dishwasher.

• Amy (7/5): Positive experience overall! - Nice place, good location, good value for money. I saw other reviews mentioning issues with cleanliness/smells/bugs but we didn’t have any of these issues during our stay. We did have some issues with opening the front door - even when the door is unlocked it seemed to be sticking as if one of the latches wasn’t fully opening upon turning the key. The garden did have quite a few stingy nettles so that might be an issue if guests had children with them that might be playing in the garden.

The host was great. she ensured we are satisfied. she called to ensure everything is alright. she was so calm, lovely, welcoming and just wonderful We are so grateful. My friend who stayed in the aprtment were grateful. the apartment was homely and welcoming. All you need is there. The host is approachable The host also surprised us in a good way.
