• Elisabet (5/5): - El millor de l'apartament és la tranquil·litat i quasi gens de soroll. L'entrega de claus es va retardar 30 minuts sense que el propietari avisés. Vaig haver de contactar jo amb ell. L'apartament està força brut, el més net és el bany. Hi ha plantes de plàstic plenes de pols. La cuina en general està molt enganxosa i alguns estris inapropiats. Hi ha 2 taques d'humitat al sostre que no estan reparades (adjunto foto). No hi ha taula de menjador, havíem de menjar al sofà i amb un taula petita de centre. Només hi ha una cadira en tot l'apartament....i érem 3 adults. Al bany no hi ha articles de bany com s'indica a la descripció. Només hem trobat 1 llençol per llit i una tovallola per persona, pels 10 dies que hem estat. El pitjor és l'estat del sostre just sobre el llit(imatge adjunta), és inadmissible. L'estat de brutícia general es inacceptable. El preu és ajustat per no ser un apartament nou i no estar al centre de Londres, però en cap cas pot ser per falta d'higiene.

• THIERRY (9/5): Welcome ! - L appartement est dans un immeuble très calme et sécurisé. Le propriétaire était là pour nous prendre en charge à notre arrivée et nous donner les explications . L appartement est bien équipé. Réactif aux messages échangés. Éloigné du centre de Londres mais de beaux parcs autour , des commerçants , très bien desservi par des bus fréquents quelques soit notre destination journalière en direction du centre (même une ligne 24h/24). Points d améliorations : un rafraîchissement de l’appartement serait un plus mais le rapport qualité prix est bon , j y retournerai les yeux fermés ! Manque une machine à café pour les amateurs ;)
• Janet (1/5): We expected basic but the standard of decor and cleanliness did not even meet this. - The flat needs a deep clean. The bedding was clean and the toilet was clean but this is the least you would expect. The edges of the skirting boards and window sills were very dirty. Paper was hanging off the ceilings in the bedroom and the bathroom. The headboard and the sofa were badly stained. It was not a nice experience and we only stayed one of our two nights. We found somewhere else to stay for the second night of our stay. It was not value for money. Following our stay I messaged the host politely to explain that we were disappointed and he completely disputes my points despite me having taken photos which I offered to send him.

• Ben (10/5): Excellent value and very convenient - Great location. Clean and comfortable. Very quiet. Great communication from the Host. Parking is tricky but you can park very close (make sure you read the rules!)
• Anna (8/5): I think a more thorough cleaning is needed. - It was warm and cozy there. The bed linen was clean and there was enough cutlery in the kitchen. There was dust on the bed frame, dirty baseboards, cobwebs on the walls, I think it could have been wiped off for that price.
• Boyan (1/5): BAD EXPERIENCE - There was very unprofessional person who answers your questions very very late ! Also after the booking the property owner is asking for extra money for gas and electricity ! You have to be there on time that is suitable for the owner not for you and if you are late he refused to give us the keys. Thanks to the booking support we get the keys. In the kitchen the window is broken and can't be closed so easily someone can go in the apartment when you are not there . There is only one heater for two rooms so if the one is warm the one will be cold !
• Munirat (5/5): Passable - The apartment has enough space which I love and the host was friendly all my stay. The heating and hot water in the shower was bad. That was the only problem. It wld have been better if the shower was not faulty and the heating. But every other thing was good. I was cold.

• Norbert (9/5): A quiet place to stay - A very quiet place to stay in busy London. 10 minutes from the next Overground station. Enough space. Restaurants, pubs, breakfast places and convenience stores are nearby A few things require service like windows and there was almost no water pressure in the bathroom
• Michael (5/5): Mixed views - Cleaner at beginning was nice. Make sure you take photos or a video when arrive as landlord will try and stitch you.
• Michael (2/5): Good appartment ruined by the landlord blaming me for stuff I broke when it was already like that. - Cleaner was nice, waited for me to arrive. . Reasonable size appartment. Stayed a bit longer too. . Bad check-in times. I kept the place tidy and cleaned up everything. Then got told I cut the speaker wires when was already like that. Then got told I snapped the blinds when I didn't. Never done stuff like that in my life. No point. The owner needs to check previous tenants rather than blaming me when I left the place exactly how I found. Bit unfair and uncool to say the least, especially since I paid so much money.
• Zori (10/5): comfortable housing in london - convenient location, grocery stores nearby, easy access to the center, the house has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The first three weeks of my stay there were renovations on the top floor and it was a bit noisy during the day.

• John (5/5): A spacious flat that's in need of some tlc. Checkin was not punctual, and loud neighbours were a problem. - The flat is spacious. The kitchen had a solid range of basic utensils. The internet was good. Both beds were made up and ready upon arrival. There are lots of buses, pubs, and eateries nearby. The pre-arranged checkin time was not honoured and was an hour late. The upstairs neighbour is very noisy, which disturbed our sleep. There's no coffee machine. Cleanliness was average and some things need repair, for example, a broken bathroom door lock and kitchen blind.

Plus the Host try to do the best to serve the guest with positive attitutes. This host is the one of the best host in many property and apartment I rent.. I give the host 10 out 10. Good luck of his reputation of the property as his host. Thank you. Over all comfortable is the best like home. so I cannot criticize furthermore. the location to City is about 40 minutes by bus but comfortalble ride.

• Elijahh (10/5): Nice & comfy - Great place to stay, highly recommend for friends or a couple staying here. It’s not a 5 star hotel but for price, location, and comfortability it’s a no brainer. I’m not sure how the other reviews complained about this property. The owner returned the deposit at the end of our stay and the accomodation was at an acceptable level of cleanliness the whole time.

• Samuel (1/5): Bad - The apartment wasn’t that bad but the property manager was not good at all. Property manager tried to scam us by making us pay for electricity even though it wasn’t in fine print and made us uncomfortable. Ended up not having to pay the 150 pound deposit since others said he’ll keep it for the “electric bill” cost and he wasted 1.5 hours of our time arguing over this. would not recommend this place. Someone had pissed in the elevator and wasn’t cleaned during our entire stay.

It has large rooms, wifi, and easy access to public transport This was my bad...coming from Florida, we are so used to the AC that we assume everyone has it. This place would be wonderful in the colder months, but it was a bit warm in June :)
• Otoabasi (9/5): Overall, my stay with my family was good. My daughter had fun while there. - I like quiet environments and this place met that expectation. Local shops and transportation were easily accessible. Not much.
• Thomas (1/5): Do not prefer to stay here again, I feel cheated - No breakfast was served. Wifi was good 1. Badly managed property 2. Not clean, shower, windows and door locks won't work properly 3. We have to pay for Gas and Electricity additional. Its not mentioned in the contract. The owner will collect 150 GBP cash as security. won't repay it and they will say that its for electricity and gas at the time of checkout 4. The owner is a defaulter to property and local authorities. So enquiries from authorities and police will come during the stay, and we have to answer them. 5. We have to receive letters and notices on behalf of the owner 6. I stayed for two weeks, and they never cleaned the room or changed the towels 7. Early check-in or early checkout not allowed. I never met the owner during the stay
• Leinila (3/5): very uncomfortable. stay - place is clean no bedsheets, not flexible about the check in time( considering we cane from USA . when we arrived it was raining and very cold., called several times the contact number of the owner but nobody was answering. , the shower did not work and the location is not convenient
• Neda (10/5): Exceptional - Good service. Clean flat. Safe area. Free net. Quite area. Near to bus station and supermarket Electricity should be enough before coming to flat. It stopped then refilled but stopped last night.

• Paolo (6/5): Pleasant - It's not a 5 star hotel but it's not meant to be :) if you want one, you don't book a council flat. Location is superb, just a few minutes from Stoke Newington and Newington Green. The flat is spacious and easy to reach. The host was perfectly on time, responsive and available (I don't understand the negative reviews here). WiFi is blitz fast! The shower head holder is broken, but not a major issue. A deep clean at some point could help, but to be fair it was good enough.

• Philippe (2/5): Bad stay. Never again for us ! - Space, bed comfort, washing machine, TV & sofa, localisation for bus & overground. One hour to get the key (appointment was clearly scheduled). Check-out delayed without notice. Only one chair in the flat ! No table to eat together (3 people) ! Only one tea spoon ! Water-closet flush not efficient (bucket of water needed to help the flushing). Drawers of the cupboard in the bedroom broken. Plastic drawers inside the fridge ruined. No shutters only curtains. Bad windows insulation with noise from the main building door. Entrance flat door was very difficult to operate (lower locker). Local pub very noisy on Friday, Saterday and Sunday evenings till midnight.
