- Craig (8/5): Recommend - Great clean property
Lovely and friendly staff The lounge was small and no TV
- Kate (7/5): Kitchen and Bathroom really nice. Felt bare. Not very cosy. House flat and not apartment - There wasn't a living room - just a futon and coffee table. No TV. Felt bare and cold. Also no hot water to shower as boiler needed pressure top up.

- Aghedo (8/5): - It was clean and neat. Close proximity to Excel london. N/A
- Vanessa (8/5): - Good location and was clean and quiet Nothing, met our needs for a 1 night stay
- Sumee (8/5): - Very comfortable stay. Perfect for a little home away from home. Expected a TV in the lounge area but 2 were in the bedrooms which was a bonus. Kettle was dirty (gave out black stuff). Pans available were not fit for purpose. Half a toilet roll was provided with no spares. Floors had a layer of dust on it. But these were all minor things. Sofa bed was provided but definitely would not be comfortable to sleep on.
- Farzana (10/5): Highly recommend! - Location was ideal for us close to London Excel. Beautiful apartment and parking available on site.

- Sean Le (10/5): Amazing place to stay and great value for money - The staff were really nice upon arrival, when I got to the apartment everything you could need was there and I had a lot of space. This place is very amazing and great value for money. Only small con is if the person staying under or over you depending on what floor you're on, if they are loud you can hear them a small bit
- Kylie (10/5): Excellent - I loved this property. It had everything we needed. My son loved it so much and with him being autistic this is a huge plus for us. Nothing
- Anna (8/5): Dentro de todo estuvimos muy agusto - La comodidad de la cama, era pequeño pero acogedor, estuvimos muy agusto. Le faltaba una mesa con sillas y no tenia escoba para limpiar lo que te caía en el suelo.
- Jordan (8/5): Comfortable, convenient, no fuss. - I collected the keys and recieved directions to the property from the associated hotel. I was welcome to use the hotel's secure car park if I wanted, or could park on the street outside the property and the hotel would pay any charges, so we did the latter as we had a lot of luggage. The bathroom looked new, was very clean and functioned well. The choice of cooking utensils, pots and pans was limited.
- Andrea (9/5): Cozy, clean and comfortable flat. Definitely recommended - Very cozy, clean and nice flat. Very clean overall, there is anything you need and bed is super comfortable There is nothing I didn’t like, maybe the location is slightly far but you have Elizabeth line and Dlr
- Rhona (10/5): -
- Carlo (10/5): -
- Thomas (5/5): Nice spacious place, however not easy to find correct apartment and also found pubic hair on quilt - We were not given enough details on finding the property, it was difficult to find, there was also pubic hair on the quilt.
- Charlotte (10/5): Convenient location, easy to book in and checkout, helpful staff - Very clean and convenient for Excel Nothing
- Priyesh (10/5): All good and Host was easy to collect keys and communicate with - Great Thanks
- Rachael (10/5): -
- Beat (9/5): - Excellent location. Well equipped apartment with all necessary amenities. Easy check-in.

- Alexandra (10/5): - I had to pick up the keys from the Prince Regent Hotel. The gentleman was very friendly and gave me clear instructions on where to go to the apartment. It was easy to access. The bed was comfortable and clean. We had a TV in each bedroom, but in one bedroom, it was hard to see the TV as it was on a side wall. The bathroom was very clean and we had hot water for the shower in the morning. It was close to a supermarket & a restaurant. And near to the Excel Centre where I was attending an exhibition. The only thing I have to say is in the kitchen, there were hardly any utensils for cooking. And no tea towel.

- Junior (7/5): Did the Job visiting the Excell Centre - It was ok, nice location. Neighbourhood looked a bit rough though The Bathroom was nice but really small compact could just about use the toilet, and you turn on the light and automatically the AC cones on which i thought could have been separate. Because coming out of the shower can catch a cold.
- Victoria (3/5): Interesting and probably wouldn’t return, good location but that is it. - Location was great for transport into the centre of London however the street itself was questionable and made us feel slightly nervous. It was very run down with cheap furniture… the sofa bed wasn’t fantastic and the rug wasn’t clean in the slightest.
It was bang average.
- Chatphong (8/5): Very good - It's very value for money and close to everything
- Wayne (10/5): Exceptional -
- Attila (7/5): Good -
- Catherine (5/5): Convenient location close to excel. - So close to the excel centre, was excellent! The thermostat was easy. Curtains good for black out. Good little apartment close to travel links. Helpful fast response from the host when I had a query! All the cutlery - and I mean ALL OF IT - was dirty and had crusty food remains on it. There were some spoons, some forks. No knives. A potato peeler and a big cooking spoon. That was it. There was a roll and a half of toilet paper - not enough for 3 days. There was tea and coffee, but no coffee maker, as advertised. There was a kettle. The whole place needs a clean. Bedside light smeared with foundation. Shower works - one half of it. Other half (overhead spray) doesn’t work, and the whole thing feels like it’s going to come off the wall. I couldn’t easily close the front door when leaving. It’s swollen in the frame and there’s only a tiny little edge of the lock to help you close the door. I have long nails and it took 4 attempts to close the door - I feel bad for the neighbours because I had to slam it shut!
- Kelly (8/5): Very good - Very clean and excellent service from the staff we had contact with. Stairs were very narrow and awkward to walk up and down. Living room was always cold and very cold overnight. Overall it was a pleasant place and very close to the Excel. Would visit again
- Michael (7/5): Good value for money - Location was very suitable for my needs and was good value for the money I paid. The shower worked well and the furniture and bedding etc felt freshly clean with no staining. Could have used a few more essentials like a small vacuum and lids for some of the kitchen wear and some more toilet rolls in a cupboard somewhere for easy replacement. Additionally the heating was a little lacking and didn't provide the best circulation.
- Someoneclose2u (7/5): Good -
- Yvette (9/5): Happy with stay :-) - Very clean, great size and location. Fob swipe for front door wasn't the most obvious to locate (maybe on key pick up explain), luckily the people downstairs showed us. The kitchen utensils were massively lacking, no knives at all, hard to spread toast with a spoon! No oven trays. No kitchen towels or oven gloves.
- Gregg (7/5): Good -
- Rachel (8/5): Very good - Really friendly team, even gave me a lift from the hotel where you collect the key to the apartment when they realised I have a few bags ♥️
- Emmanuel (7/5): Good -
- James (7/5): Good for the price, but could have easily been made better - Location was good for attending an expo at the Excel. Staff at the hotel where keys were collected were very friendly and helpful. the Apartment itself had pretty much everything necessary. Bed was not the most comfortable (the futon in the living room was actually more comfortable when we slept on that the second night!) There was only one mug in the kitchen, and a bit of a mixed range of other kitchen stuff. The overall experience would have been somewhat improved by a small spend on some matching sets of kitchen bits.
- Jeffrey (1/5): Bad -
- Sanne (8/5): Very good - Close by the excel, nice space. Small for value
- Jane (10/5): Excellent apartment in great location - Absolutely perfect for a long weekend with everything we needed, beautiful and so comfortable Nothing
- Caroline (8/5): Very good -
- Elvis (8/5): Very good -
- Kathryn (5/5): Excellent location for visiting London ExCeL. - The location was excellent for access to the ExCeL on foot. A parking permit was included for the duration of our stay for on street parking outside the property so we were able to leave our car and walk to the ExCeL.
Staff were quick to resolve an issue we had on arrival. The apartment was very clean. We were surprised that the apartment was in a terraced house on a residential street and arriving after dark this was a little unnerving.
The kitchen needs more utensils - there were only 2 mugs for instance and yet the apartment can sleep 4.
- Michelle (7/5): Good - Staff went above and beyond when there were some issues with pull out couch
Location very close to excel and DLR/jubilee line
Reasonably quiet given location Issues with pull out couch
- Gabriel (7/5): Good -
- Anushka (7/5): Good -
- Delchiappo (8/5): Very good - n/a The apartment was not 450 yds from the XCel centre as described but a 30 min walk away
- Zbigniew (5/5): Nice staff. Nice appartment. Bad sleep due to noise on this occasion. I am sure this can be fixed fast. - it is well located for the London City Airport. Allowed late check in after my flight was cancelled. Staff and owner were very nice. There is a bathroom of another apartment right below the bedroom. And somebody must have left the lights on all night, as all night I could hear a very loud extractor fan. I had ear plugs with me but they were not able to stop the noise.
Also the place smelled of smoke. The apartment may be noted as allowing smoking, as I booked in a hurry I was not sure. So this could be my bad. The bedroom did smell clean though. Which was good. But this is where the noise was.
- Anonymous (10/5): fantastic, would recommend - the property was fantastic. very clean and tidy, plenty of space for two people. the location is excellent, just 5 minutes away from the Excel in a very quiet neighbourhood. the only thing i can think of is the kitchenware is quite sparse
- Caroline (6/5): Pleasant - Convenient to family in London The apt was not very clean and the sleeper sofa was not very comfortable. But the staff at the hotel were very pleasant and helpful
- Aby (4/5): Disappointing - close to excel the heating wouldn’t work and it was freezing
- Robert (7/5): Good -
- Hannah (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jenny (1/5): Bad -
- Jillian (6/5): Pleasant - Quiet residential street. Very close to Excel (when you find the right route)
Good amount of living room space and kitchen space, although I didn't make use of that . (Tiny bedroom/bathroom) Quite shabby little flat. Cheaply furnished although adequate facilities. But all repairs of a bodged-DIY level rather than anything finished professionally.
- Natalie (7/5): Good -
- Rafał (10/5): Exceptional -
- Pezuk04 (10/5): Exceptional - Tidy everything you need and great location
- Tia (10/5): Exceptional -
- Beth (9/5): Friendly staff, quiet comfy flat. - Clean, quiet, free parking. Needs more kitchen utensils.
- Hajar (9/5): Amazing ! - Great location : 7 min for the Elisabeth ligne or DLR, a lot of buses (20min by bus from stratford shopping centre)
You have everything you need in the property, very comfortable and clean.
Calm and safe neighbourhood. Nothing
