She request for 8 peoples passport, while we were outside the accommodation ( freezing cold) waiting for the keys. I couldn’t give her what she wanted ( I didn’t have pictures or physical passport of all 8 people) so I ask for a refund and she refused to give me back my refund even though I didn’t stay at the property. - Jane (5/5): Pretty Basic accommodation on an estate about 15 mins walk from Euston. Ok if you’re going out/ straight to the stat - Warm with the heating on. Hot water. Kitchen ok. Basic . Need to give the skirtings a wipe.
- Katherine (8/5): - Great location. Generally clean and comfortable. Nice to have a balcony. We'll equipped. Plumbing system unreliable so u have to be careful.

- Stephanie (7/5): Solid stay in a great location. - This property is in a great location and check in was a breeze. For the area, it’s a large property, so good for families. The owner was communicative and helpful, allowing us to check in an hour early. Given the price, it’s a big run down, could use an update. I also would have appreciated some small touches like toiletries (just some two-in-one body wash) and kitchen roll. For this price, coming in from out of town, it would be nice not to have to walk to the shops first thing.
- Elizabeth (9/5): Superb - Lovely spacious flat, IGNORE THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS. We had a great time plenty of space, lovely flat everything you need.
And, it IS 10 mins walk from Euston Station, and I am disabled and walk with a stick!.
The balcony was lovely, very small but enough space for table and 2 chairs and there are beautiful real pink flowers in pots to sit amongst. We sat out there with coffee the next morning listening to the birds sing in the beautiful huge sycamore tree outside, it was like being in the countryside and a lovely start to the day.
There was coffee, tea and sugar in the kitchen too which was great as I had forgotten teabags.
The owner was lovely and helpful and responded quickly to anything we asked.
We shall definitely book again when we come down to see a musical again.
Thanks so much. 💝 Nothing.
- Teresa (2/5): We were disappointed by the name “stunning” in the description. It was far from. - We decided not to stay here. We took one look after lugging our suitcases up the stairs, and booked another hotel for our stay. Carpet was dirty, wallpaper peeling, towels were thin, mattresses and pillows were thin, we did not feel safe on this location.
- Anthonia (1/5): Place vry bad, owner highly unethical; desperate, looking for any excuse to charge aftrwrds - RUN!! - The location was the only thing I appreciated about the place. Value for money negative for amount paid.
Been using Booking.com for >10yrs, 1st time to meet such a greedy & unethical owner, dishonest & not nice at all! Booked apartment for 3prs for >550£, but it showed just 1, she immediately reached out to ask that I pay for any extra p/night at 30£ each. Even for children (>2yrs) though her listing showed children as free till 18yrs. I told her it’s an error, will cancel & rebook, but she didn’t want cancellation, asked that I pay directly the extras to her. Ofcourse I didn’t listen. I canceled & rebooked correctly - 3prs and 1 child FOR THE SAME PRICE.
Checkin day, when booking was no longer refundable/ changeable, she sent VERY LONG HOUSE RULES I.e call her to get her approval if any visitor to see you! It seems she is renting the low cost council house illegally, so need to be hush-hush which made Stay very uncomfortable. Had I gotten those house rules immediately after booking, would have cancelled.
Apartment on 4th floor with no elevator, quite dirty, old & uncomfortable furnitures, most items not as indicated online, WiFi not so good etc. not value for money. Luckily I took videos on checkin & checkouts which I sent to her. I could have still not bothered to do this long negative review & overlook all these issues. However, the very bad customer service on checkin/checkout was appalling! Cleaning lady came at 10am, knocked aggressively, shouting for us to exit, then owner asked for 50£ for 3 hours extra if desperate to extend, instead of 10£/ hour in her sent rules - luckily I wasn’t desperate so exited appt. Then surprise! Still desperate to get more, she sent first a request for 270£ which I refused, she sent yet again for an increase sum of 880£!, claiming all sort of false damages that wasn’t in her first claim sent 1 wk earlier!! Luckily I had videos. Really bad experience!
- Daisy (10/5): Great Stay! - Naz's place was clean, comfortable, and convenient, and it felt like a home away from home. Naz was also very welcoming and helped us with the check-in. The kitchen was well equipped, beds were comfy, and the wifi was high speed. We had a very nice stay! The location was great: quiet, perfect for nice walks alongside the Regent Canal and at Regent Park, the place also close to Warren Street, Euston stations, and Regent Park. I would recommend it! Smart TV works with the internet :(
- Benji (10/5): Everything was great! - Great stay! The apartment was a very conveniently located spot close to Euston station and Warren Street station, also great value for money. The flat has everything you need, is very clean and surprisingly spacious. Check-in instructions were very clear, and the host helpfully sent photos so the process was simple to follow. A pleasant stay, there was a smart TV, a nice balcony, tea, coffee, towels etc provided, which were lovely touches.
- Jacqui (8/5): Great for a short stay. - Property was clean, adequately equipped and well located. Instructions were clear. There was an issue with the plumbing which detracted from the experience. Some of the decor needs updating.
- Paul (10/5): Exactly as advertised, great comms and clear instructions. Thank you Naz, perfect! Hope to use your apartment again. - Exactly as advertised. Superb communication, clear welcome instructions. Ideal location. TV with Netflix, prime and youtube hit the spot. As stated in some other reviews, some of the carpet etc is tired but this was clear prior to the trip. Value and location, facilities more important to us this trip.
- Rich (8/5): Very good -
- Clare (7/5): Good - The accommodation is great, with four separate rooms for sleeping, including the living room with sofa bed. The kitchen is separate from the living area. We just slept here, so we didn't use the kitchen at all, but the facilities looked good. There was no hot water in the shower in the evening so I was very cold all night. This was compounded by the fact that there was no heating, as the battery in the heating control needed changing, and it couldn't be turned on.
- Rich (8/5): Very good -
- Ivy (10/5): Exceptional - Great stay! Quiet location, large and clean flat and responsive host. I stay here again.
- Darren (4/5): Old and run down, avoid - Close to public transportation Run down, peeling wallpaper in bathroom, fan above stove doesn’t work (health hazard), carpet old, dirty, and missing along the edges, mattresses low quality and uncomfortable. Built in fridge and freezer broken, small floor unit added instead of fixing/replacing the built in.
- Neil (10/5): Exceptional -
- Darryl (8/5): Very good -
- Caroline (1/5): Unclean, unsafe, loud and so much worse than disappointing. - Location Unclean. Noisy. Unsafe. Hard to get in as had to call owners to help us find the key. The location although close to Regent’s Park was a dodgy area where it was noisy through the night and my children were terrified the whole time we were there. Wouldn’t recommend and definitely won’t go back.
- Josephine (4/5): Acceptable if you're easygoing - Quiet residential area, and we often saw foxes out the back windows. Host was friendly and mostly quickly responsive. Affordable compared to other places we viewed. Proximity to Regents Park and the British museum. Clean. Delicate plumbing could not handle toilet paper, leaking bathroom ceiling, which appears to have been leaking for a long time unabated, the place was mostly perfectly clean (yes, the carpets are old), but the shower curtain could use a wash, uncomfortable futon/sofa. One of the "real" beds was also a futon - too hard for me.
- Aron (7/5): Simple overpriced apartment - Very good location, clean appartment
Plenty of towels and bedding Decor is old carpet is torn in mamy places and bubbly in others.
Beds uncomfortable
Neighbourhood is simple working class and with many immigrants.
No elevator
Difficult with parking
No value for money
- Dana (6/5): Not 'stunning' - Peaceful. Clean. Directions received too late. Oversell of 'stunning'. 25 min walk from Euston. 2 flights stairs not explained. No hair dryer. Large but basic flat. Carpets old, building old.
- Naomi (10/5): Exceptional - So much space. Its a great sized apartment with lots of amenities. Fab location.
- Irena (8/5): Very good -
- Nick (10/5): Exceptional -
- John (1/5): We didn’t get to stay at the property - it was cancelled and were offered a property miles away. 😤 -
- Vance (5/5): Never again - It was old and dated with frayed carpets views where none existent very over priced for what it was and the internet didn't work
- Pui (7/5): Provide a quiet and adequately equipped 3 BR flat but don’t expect too much - Cooking and eating utensils, washing and drying machines all are available The worn carpet really gave everybody a bad impression. It takes 15-20min walk from the Euston station. So bit inconvenient when carrying luggage. Besides we need to climb 2 flight of stairs, and the apparently faulty shower head
- Michael (8/5): Very good -
- Cristina (5/5): A modest and in poor condition apartment in a council house type of building - Central location A modest and in poor condition apartment in a council house type of building. The only “stunning” about it is the announcement writer's toupee. Dirty carpet curling in some places, door thresholds stuck with Scotch tape that is tearing. Scotch tape also on the shower rail & on the wallpaper in the bathroom. Humid bathroom (no heating or even plug for an auxiliary heater), mould fungus above bath and peeling paint on window side. Very little water pressure in the shower. Very poor soundproofing: you can hear the neighbors’ conversations, objects they move or drop (at 5.30am on Sunday). Difficult to retrieve keys as only part of the instructions received (“technical problem with the Booking site” according to Naz, who rejected our phone calls twice before sending the rest of instructions). Original hiding place for the keys (in the grass next to a fence), good luck finding them at night. Big disappointment and also big exaggeration about the price paid (we paid much less for another flat in London in perfect condition last November). Booking customer service contacted for the first time in 10 years.
- Kathleen (6/5): Would be better if owner improved communications - The location suited us and having three bedrooms for a family of 5 was ideal for us. The description is not accurate, it’s basic not stunning. We did not get the check in details until 2pm on the day of our stay which made us feel very uneasy. I had tried to contact the owner several times since 9am, messaged him twice / tried to phone twice and had emailed and felt I was ignored. Serious lack of communication was very disappointing and would probably prevent us from booking again.
It is also difficult to find the keys for checking in.
- Felicia (6/5): Pleasant -
- Pavol (7/5): Good -
- Lina (9/5): Spacious and convenient - Communication with a host was smooth, host responsive and quick to respond. Quiet location, about 4 mins to bus station and 10 mins to tube. There is no much action in the area, but we tried the Mexican restaurant on the Hampstead Road and didn't get disappointed. Apartment is spacious, very convenient if coming with a larger family. All arranged in a simple way, yet everything needed was there. It was a nice touch to receive a welcoming chocolate and to find some salt, sugar, coffee and tea in the kitchen. Overall a rather good experience and a good value for money if compared to similar apartments in central London. Would stay there again next time. There were some issues in finding the key upon arrival. It would be good to have 2 keys per family. Water pressure in shower was rather low. TV wouldn't show any channel.
- Jonathan (10/5): very clean tidy - location and price ,clean and tidy nothing
- Dora (9/5): Would stay here again for the same price :) - There were many toys in the flat for kids of different ages, the host was responsive, the flat had most everything we could've needed. It was quite cold, especially in the bathroom.
- Gavin (10/5): Exceptional - great location
