• Sabine (10/5): Sehr schöne Unterkunft, zentral und trotzdem ruhig. - Eine toll eingerichtete Unterkunft in perfekter, ruhiger Lage und trotzdem nah und zentral um London zu erkunden. Die Betten sind bequem, alles sauber und sehr gepflegt. Wir hatte tolle Tage, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und aufmerksam und jederzeit erreichbar. Sehr zu empfehlen!!! Vielen Dank für alles! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder ! Nichts! Es war alles sehr schön!

• Andrea (9/5): Schönes Apartment in guter Lage. - Super Location um London zu erkunden mit Tube und Buszugang in Fussreichweite. Lebensmittelgeschäft und Restaurants in der Nähe. Ausstattung der Wohnung sehr gut. Ein kleiner Tisch zum Abstellen von Tassen oder Tellern im Wohnbereich wäre wünschenswert.

The communication with host was good, very helpful. Everything was clean. Its small apartment, more suitable for 3 adults or small families. The beds are small and rooms tiny. Some apliances are missing, like table in the kitchen, lamps not working. Missing AC

Not as spacious as thought but not a problem. Would like a little more room for our open suitcases but decent size for a London apartment. Lock on front door was tricky.

Have tea and coffee and snacks. Clean towels and bed sheets. A/C should be needed in summer Shampoo/shower gel and additional toilet paper should be required
• Edvardas (7/5): Good value for money. - The location was great. The building was a bit rough, found some hair on the floor, there was no shampoo/shower gel, very little toilet paper for 4 guests for 3 nights. Weird to have light switches behind the closet in one of the bedrooms.
• Paula (6/5): Pleasant - The flat is located in a safe area (so it seems?), 5 minutes to the river and about 10 minutes to Tower in Bridge so it’s close. It’s better suited for a small family than couples (only 1 key so you can’t go off separately). A VERY clean apartment, organized and a comfortable sitting area. Hosts are very responsive and do want to ensure guests are in and needs are met. All in all it was comfortable enough, but we wouldn’t rebook. We arrived to the flat that was absolutely “freezing”. To the point of unacceptable!! Beds are very low so if you have any mobility issues this is not the place for you. As it’s listed on booking.com we did expect some amenities, perhaps soap, shampoo in the shower, none to be had. The tub is raised so getting out not simple, again any mobility issues this is not the place for you. Getting an uber from this location always took awhile. The closest cafes (for morning coffee are a 10 minute walk)

• Andrew (9/5): Great Location & Communication. - Quiet area. Nice inside, beds comfortable. Great communication. Ideal location for Tower Bridge area. I would say it’s more like 12mins from Bermondsey tube. 5 mins from Tower Bridge. You need to turn the heating quite low at night as the boiler is quite loud in one bedroom.

• Tom (5/5): Value for money is least amongst the 4 locations I stayed on this trip. - The house was comfortable and basic. The living room sofa was comfortable. Interior design was minimalist and beautiful. The host provided candies in sweet jar and cadbury twirls on the beds. Accessing the key was convenient. There was no guide on how or where to dispose the refuse. The beds were very low. Made getting up from the beds a tad difficult. It was difficult to find switches as in some cases it was behind the cupboard. The towels were very clean but could have been bigger. The rooms were cold. We also could not use the induction cooker as we could not locate which switch was which from the gang of 6 switches. We nonetheless used the oven and the microwave. It is advised that the host provide guidance on how to use the warming system and which switch is for what in the kitchen/living room area. The property was undergoing some renovation as there was a scaffolding and safety net just outside my room view. The kids in the school were understandably noisy for hours during our stay.

• Laura (10/5): Exceptional - Just had a lovely 2 night stay at this beautifully kept flat. It was immaculately clean, there were cute little touches like chocolate bars on the beds. The decor was fresh and modern. Location was perfect with the tube near by and it was in a quiet neighbourhood. Think it was brilliant value for money. Would recommend. Nothing!
• Adam (7/5): We had an excellent time staying here as our base for seeing the sights and spending some quality time together as a fam - The location was excellent for seeing the sights on the south/east of the city. The apartment was very clean and had every needed. It was in a quiet spot minutes from the Thames and many nice bars/restaurants. The beds were a bit smaller than expected but still very comfortable and the towels could have done with being a big bigger.
• Justine (6/5): Great location but felt it was very overpriced for the experience - Location was great as we were going to the Bridge Theatre - a 10 minute walk away along the river. It was certainly comfortable for 4 of us. We felt that the value for money was missing as a lot of the interior was Ikea but the fee to stay there was more suitable to a hotel. The power plugs were coming out of the wall and weren't safe, and the apartment was set at 9 degrees when we got there. We had to message for instructions on how to get some heat.

• Anonymous (9/5): Great location for weekend in central London - Excellent location. Close to Bermondsey tube station and a short stroll to the river snd tower bridge. Flat had lovely modern decor, and was very comfortable and warm. Lovely shower and kitchen. We really enjoyed our stay snd would definitely recommend it. We had all travelled from different locations snd it was a great base to catch up in. Lots of places to eat on the waters edge. Supermarket st end of road. Close to main sights and also Borough market which had lovely food stalls. Only thing we thought would improve the facilities would be to have a small table and chairs to eat at. Even if fold out. The kitchen was ideal to cook in but there was no where to eat and not even any side tables. We didn’t notice when booking! Other minor things would be a chopping board would help and in one of the bedrooms the side lamps had EU plugs with no uk adapters. Luckily one of us was from Europe. Otherwise we’ll kitted out.

Super easy and fuss-free check in. Close to school that is loud during lunchtime. Not a big deal since we were only in the unit one day during this time.

Modern, spacious, comfortable and well equipped apartment. Excellent communication with host, who was very accommodating to us. I would highly recommend this accommodation.

Once arrived it was easy to access, there was no messing about and after a 12 hour shift it was just what I needed. Also the apartment was immaculate, will be staying again.

• Diana (8/5): Very good - My family and I enjoyed Neelam’s hospitality. The apartment has everything you need for a short stay. Neelam was very nice and helpful, contacting me via WhatsApp from the first days of booking the apartment until arriving in London, which is rare when booking, but is very helpful since it becomes very easy to contact when there is a need for any clarification. Everything you need is within walking distance, a nice bonus was that the apartment is located close to the Tower Bridge embankment where you can take a walk in the evening. Very recommended!
