- Mark (5/5): Was ok just a shame we had to eat out as need catering bits not enough stuff for the 6 of us to eat in - Location very quite Very out date needs a very good clean new furniture sofa was broken not enough plates bowls and cups extra for 6 people if it has a good clean and decorated new furniture extra it would be a great flat. I’m an air b&b cleaner in my home town so maybe I’m being picky as my reviews are 10 exceptional lol. And bathroom not nice very out dated

- Arianna (8/5): - La posizione ottima in una zona tranquilla ma vicina alla stazione di King’s Cross, il proprietario è stato precisissimo con le istruzioni per entrare e anche molto gentile.
L’appartamento era carino con due stanze da letto e una sala con cucina. Il bagno un po’ piccolo ma tutto funzionante 😊

- Felix (5/5): - Die Lage ist sehr gut. Sehr nahe der Bahnhöfe St. Pancras und King's Cross.
Das Quartier ist sehr ruhig. Ansonsten gibt es nicht mehr viel Positives. Der Zustand des Badezimmers ist blamabel. Auch die Fenster sind schlecht und an Infos (z.B. Heizung, Müll) ist in der Wohnung gar nichts vorhanden. Die Wohnung erhält keine Liebe und wird als reines Renditeobjekt betrieben. Nur ein Satz Schlüssel vorhanden.

A limpeza deixava a desejar, microondas estava todo sujo no interior (com o que nos pareceu leite seco e molhos), tivemos de o limpar para poder usá-lo. Deixa-mo-lo limpo no final
O forno estava ainda pior, nesse caso não o usamos. Existia lixo debaixo do sofá cama (tampa de garrafa, amendoins).
Ou seja a limpeza foi feita a correr, quando tinham a tarde toda, nós avisamos que só chegaríamos por volta das 23:30

- Jasmine (9/5): Perfect central location for a family stay in London. - The location is great, and there is plenty of space for a group of 4 people. It's very near to the train station so you can access all of Central London easily. Also, self check in was good and if felt secure with key fob doors. The bath had no plug so we could only use the shower.

- Vasilis (6/5): - Η τοποθεσία και μόνον. Δεν ήταν σαφής η διεύθυνση για να το βρω, το εξωτερικό του διαμερίσματος λίγο τρομακτικό, αλλά δυστυχώς στο κέντρο του Λονδίνου πληρώνεις πολλά για άσχημα σπίτια.
- Richard (8/5): Goede locatie, schoon opgeleverd, prettige woonkamer/keuken, maar aantal punten wat gedateerd - Uitstekende ligging. In de buurt alle faciliteiten. Goed bereikbaar met bussen en metro’s. Ook dicht bij de Eurostar. Gezamenlijke woonruimte met keuken en slaapbank was prettig.
Communicatie met beheerder ging heel goed. Alles was schoon bij binnenkomst. En er was wifi, heel fijn (nieuw denk ik, want stond niet bij kenmerken). Geen schone theedoek, geen nieuwe schoonmaakdoekjes voor keuken/ aanrecht/tafel, geen nieuwe schuurspons/ afwasborstel, geen afdruiprek. Gordijnen mogen vervangen. Keuken mag opgeknapt. Keukenblok en badkamer mogen opgeknapt worden, voor nette uitstraling. Liefst met vaatwasser.
Bedden werden als hard ervaren, slaapbank is prima.

- Marco (8/5): Londra è sempre Londra - La posizione dell'appartamento è ottima vicino alla stazione king's Cross St. Pancras, vicino ai supermarket ai pub. È situato al terzo piano con ascensore di un palazzo tranquillo. L'appartamento dispone di due camere da letto un soggiorno con angolo cottura e un bagno piccolo e un balcone. Nel complesso è pulito e c'è tutto per un breve soggiorno. Nel soggiorno con angolo cottura c'è un piano cottura a induzione, una caffettiera americana, un tostapane, un frigorifero e un forno a microonde. Il bagno è completamente da rivedere è veramente fatiscente. La pulizia negli alberghi, bed and breakfast e appartamenti di Londra, a meno di salire su di prezzo, non è il loro forte. Il bagno è completamente da rivedere la tavoletta per sedersi sul vaso è tutta rotta, la vasca scrostata, la doccia non è regolabile c'è un soffione fisso. C'è una finestra chiusa, con un piccolo aeratore. Lo specchio 30x30 è appoggiato sul lavandino. Non ci siamo :-(

- Ian (6/5): If you need to stay in central London, this is the kind of place you get for the money - reasonable. - The location is excellent, but this is a council flat in an older style block - great if that's what you're expecting but luxury this isn't. A bit shabby, and the facilities weren't particularly clear - we only found the microwave the day we left, and everything had a very lived in, as opposed to just cleaned feel to it.

The flat stunk of cigarette smoke, the beds are very uncomfortable and the pillows are lumpy, there was no where to store your clothes apart from a few drawers, a few hooks and one hanger on a hook. In the main bedroom, they should put in another set of bedside drawers and a dressing table. It was also filthy and there was something in the bath that we couldn't get off.

- Emma (6/5): Reasonable price for London. - Good location. Quiet. Good hosts - responded quickly to messages and allowed us to check in early. Slightly small and a little run down. The building smelt of cannabis but the flat did not.
- Sabrina (8/5): Altogether a very pleasant stay in the apartment. - Closeness to the main stations like King’s Cross, Euston etc. Quiet environment. Price was reasonable . Owner was helpful and responsive Very slow drainage of water in the sink n bath tub in the toilet. It was a little clogged.

There is a great Italian restaurant nearby that makes delicious homemade croissants and amazing breakfasts.
The unit is adequate at best.
Check-in was easy with a lock box and details sent prior to check in. The building the unit is in is dilapidated and surrounds not very clean..
The unit is old with some renovations to the floor and doors.
No tea/coffee/milk supplied which would be useful, especially for 1 or 2 night stays.
A very basic unit, not good value for money.

- Vanessa (7/5): Budget accommodation with good facilities in the heart of London - If you are looking for fully functional budget accommodation in a very central yet quiet area of London, this is a great choice. We were very happy with the facilities, the size of the rooms, and the location. The owner was quick to respond to all my messages and we had everything we needed for a week's stay.
We were five people - the flat has two double beds, and a couch which turns into an extra double bed - it's not too obvious at first, but it's absolutely fine to sleep after a long day of walking and exploring the city.
The flat is on the third floor and there is a lift - and there's also a balcony where you can sit and have your coffee, if the weather is good. Some of the furniture is a bit weathered, but all in all, we were happy with the apartment, as it's great value by London standards and the rooms were spacious. As a former Londoner, I would definitely stay here again.
