- Marie (10/5): TR7S BIEN - LE SOUS EQUIPEMENT EN VAISSELLE;
- Annabelle (8/5): -
- Bruno (8/5): Conciergerie performante avec un appartement fonctionnel. -
- cecilia (4/5): - Mmmm Complicado de ingresar. Llaves e indicaciones raras. Recepcion mala
- Lisette (8/5): budget friendly, decent flat in kings x - very easy check in procedure. property is budget friendly and spacious for central London. basic but ticked all the boxes. down a side road that feels a little uncomfortable late at night on your own.
- Andreas (10/5): -
- Leif (8/5): - The apartment was very spacious. The description for check-in was very detailed, and could take place outside business hours for self check-in. The beds were a little too hard for me, and sometimes you hear noise from the neighbours or the street during the night.
- Louise (7/5): -
- Christine (5/5): - Geräumig Falsche Angabe der Lage
Sehr laut trotz Nebenstraße
Zu warm , zwei Standventilatoren die kaum Abkühlung brachten

- Mark (5/5): It was only okay. - Very clean Bed was terrible, couch was too small. We barely got any sleep the whole week. Location was not handy. No kleenex, barely enough toilet paper, barely enough towels.
- Debra (10/5): Great location , perfect settings a great place to stay very much enjoyed my 2 week break there !! - A slight hiccup with the keys but was eventually sorted. Great location being so close to King's Cross. Would love to go back one day ............ whenever that will be :)
- Kayode (8/5): Very good -
- Glenn (8/5): better facilities and more affordable than they typical hotel. - The location was perfect for my business needs. Finding the key was the most difficult step but that took all of two minutes.
- Neena (8/5): Clean functional apartment with convenient location - Conveniently located to access Kings cross station for commuting in and out of London, the apartment is functional, clean and comfortable. the check in process was awful

- Yevhen (8/5): Very good -
- Philip (5/5): Passable -
- William (4/5): This was not a superior or deluxe apartment - Excellent position within easy walking distance of the underground at Kings Cross, and with a nearby Sainsbury and Coop.
The agency were very responsive when we highlighted our disappointment in the flat. Thank you to Andrea and Kurt for their help. Before our arrival we received a message to say that we had been given a ‘free upgrade’. The upgraded flat did not have the balcony we had been promised originally and was extremely basic. We were not able to move back into the original flat that we had booked.
The dining table was just inside the door of the lounge/kitchen/dining main room, pushed right up against the sofa, so really only 2 chairs could be easily accessed. The sofa was only just far enough from the TV to suffice. The kitchen was poorly equipped - no egg cups, chopping board, baking tray, pint glasses rather than tumblers … We only intended to prepare breakfast at the flat, but the missing items made that difficult. The agency did provide a cafetière when asked. There was also a handle coming off the spice cupboard in the kitchen.
On our arrival the toilet seat cover was broken and in the morning we discovered that the shower over the bath didn’t drain properly. Again these two faults were sorted out when we complained about them. The shower head is rusty and the bathroom mirrors are all corroded.
The general decor is in need of refurbishment and the flat didn’t seem very clean. There were no paintings on the wall and the flat had no personality.
On arrival one of the bedside lamps was broken. Again this was replaced on request. The hairdryer provided had quite a short flex, so it was not possible to access the nearest mirror while styling your hair.
- Alla (9/5): Superb -
- Mike (8/5): Very good - Good location to King’s Cross A lot of youths hang around the main entrance door during the evening which made it uncomfortable returning/leaving the property.
- Judith (9/5): The apartment met all our needs. It was well equipped and well appointed. It was exactly what we wanted. - The property was comfortable and very conveniently located. The concierge was friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean and well equipped. We had no problems with the property.
- Zoran (8/5): Very good -
- Mohamed (8/5): Very good -
- Rocko (10/5): Exceptional - Very close to Kings Cross station. Great staff thx for everything. The apartment is super clean, beds are comfordable and the space was perfect for our group of 4.
I would definitely come back here :)
- Sato (6/5): Great location, modest building, perfectly fine apartment. - This was a perfectly fine, economical place to stay and very convenient to the British Library in London. The location is great, especially for an extended stay. There's an excellent supermarket a couple of blocks away, and several nice local restaurants around the corner. The Coal Drops complex is nearby, so there are plenty of amenities in the neighborhood. We did not feel 100% safe. Someone tried to break into the building during our stay (there's a youth center on the ground floor of the building and one often smells cannabis), hacking open the lock. It and the doorframe remained unrepaired for several days. In other words, the front door of the building remained noticeably broken and open. We left messages for the apartment rental company several times, but although they are nice folks, they did not seem to be unduly concerned. We, on the other hand, felt we needed to carry our laptops and other valuables around with us constantly for those four days, as we did not feel the building was adequately secured. That was quite uncomfortable and inconvenient.
- Anonymous (1/5): I feel that the price/performance ratio is not high - Windows can be opened, there is a balcony Inferior kitchen utensils, daily hot water is only enough for two people to take a bath, and the rest have to wait for a long time for hot water, one night there is no hot water at all, but the landlord cannot be contacted
- Erin (9/5): Superb -
- Sinead (8/5): Excellent location & facilities, check-in routine is inflexible. - Location was excellent, full facilities in the flat (washer/dryer, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer). Fans and umbrellas provided. You're scheduled to a key pick-up time as the agent is waiting for you in the apartment. We were late due to a train delay so had to delay the key pickup for 20 minutes, but that meant the agent couldn't meet us for ~40 minutes due to having another check-in to complete. There are also a lot of pre check-in requirements: check the fine print section at the bottom of the booking page. The contact telephone number for the company is a pay number (0845) in case you need to talk to them.
- Andrea (8/5): Very lovely stay in London - location, staff, brightness of the place You shoudl really update what you offer: stoves, laundry were very old
- Andrew (8/5): Very good -
- Karyn (10/5): Great Location easy to get around London from here. Accommodation very comfortable. - Our original booking was changes a week out due to a boiler issue. The company offered us alternate accommodation which we accepted and it was brilliant Nothing
- Marilyn (4/5): Great apartment that needs maintenance attention. - I've stayed in this apartment before, and I love the location near Kings Cross. The rental staff was always very quick to respond, but we had some major problems with leaks and lack of heat the first night. Maintenance on the property leaves much to be desired. We had a terrible leak that flooded the entry way. We put up with workers coming in to mop up water and fix the problem. I put pans and a bucket to catch the drips. We were never compensated for the inconvenience. Also, no one turned on the heat before we arrived, and the first night it was so cold, we had to sleep in our coats. We were overcharged for a blow-up mattress that they picked up after 2 days because it didn't hold air. The staff answered emails promptly, but the same person never answered twice, so I had to explain problems multiple times, and no one ever seemed to care about the issues.
- Indira (8/5): Very good - It was a lovely, comfortable one bedroom apartment. The living room was spacious, the kitchen well equipped. Check in and check out we're very easy. It was in Britannia Street, very close about 5 mins walk to King's Cross Station and 10 mins walk to the British library. Very well located, near Tesco, Sainsbury local and St Pancras rail station. The damage deposit refund was posted the next day.
I highly recommend this apartment to the business or leisure traveller. I would have liked a desk, but was able to use the dining table and would have preferred if the bedroom did not face the street.
- Oli (8/5): Comfortable enough for shorter stays - The apartment in Britannia street is very good.
It has a lot of pros: is in a quieter street but really net King’s Cross, so it’s well connected. The bathroom is big an spacious. Any it has a lot of storage space.
It has a lot of good amenities like a complete kitchen, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine. Also the heating worked perfectly.
Also the company renting it was really accommodating and responsive for any need. I would say the apartment was overall comfortable. But since it is run by a company, there are small details that we missed from a real home where actual people have lived in. For example, there was no salt, peeper or oil for the kitchen. There was no wine glasses. There is an oven but no gloves or anything to take hot food out of it. The TV is in a weirdly low table so is very uncomfortable to watch sitting in the coach. There is no curtains in the bedroom, just a blackout screen, so during the day there is no privacy at all to get dress or be around the room, unless you want to be in complete darkness. And the bed is REALLY small for 2 people, and for no reason since the bedroom is big enough to accommodate something a little bit bigger.
I would say the apartment is ok for a couple of nights but for longer stays it starts to get uncomfortable.
- Andrew (8/5): Very good -
- Anonymous (8/5): Cosy, warm, convenient stay! - Owners let me check in earlier which was amazing otherwise I would’ve had to check in super late due to my reason being there. Location is good, bed was super comfy, really spacious yet cosy. Kitchen area was amazing, had everything you needed. Felt safe and secure. So much storage for your belongings. Shower could be better. Definitely control the temperature of the place via radiator not the one on the wall in the living room as I thought I’d turned it down yet woke up in the middle of the night and it was 27 degrees!
- Stephen (8/5): Very good -
- Julia (10/5): Amazing flat in trendy area near King's Cross - Really comfortable flat in great location near King's Cross and trendy new district (Coal Drop Yard). View from big windows, lots of space, well equipped kitchen including washer-dryer. Very little, bedroom blind was temperamental and some of the pans were a bit scratched.
- Donald (7/5): Good -
- Julie (8/5): Very good -
- Lim (6/5): Pleasant -
- Jonathan (9/5): Highly recommended for people younger and more agile than ourselves. - The location was easy to get to by public transport, a block from a super-market and week-end market with excellent food. The kitchen contained all necessary equipment except a coffee press, which was standard in previously rented short-stay apartments, which they brought in on request. The stairs to loft with bedroom and bathroom were steep for octogenerians such as ourselves, and the bath/shower slippery.
- 24golflinks (8/5): Very good -
- Linda (8/5): Very good -
- Suzana (7/5): Good -
- Adam (9/5): Superb -
- Glenn (9/5): Superb -
- Yi (9/5): Superb - The apartment was located in a very convenient and quiet location, a few minutes walk to King Cross St Pancras. The host was friendly and contactable throughout the entire stay. The Wi-Fi and various amenities worked well during our stay. Overall, it was a safe and pleasant stay! The iron provided could be better
