• Andrew (8/5): Great place with loads on the door step - Great location with plenty of stuff to do around Stratford, great if you're going to Abba or Football, we went into the O2 to see Madness. It's only 2 tube stops down the Jubilee line.
• Steve (2/5): Sad really as communication was good. Poor house - Beds had what looked like blood stains on. The smell from house (neighbours) was so strong of marijuana it was hard to avoid.
• Paul (10/5): Perfect for Abba Voyage, but only the evening show. - The location is excellent for the Abba Voyage experience, very clean and tidy, respect the neighbours. You must pay attention to checkin times, we got lucky and we're able to arrange early checkin but at extra cost £50 per hour. Standard Checkin is 3pm Abba Voyage matinee starts at 3pm, early checkin isnt always available.

• Andrew (10/5): Perfect location - The location was perfect. A short walk to Stratford International Station, for trips in to London, and perfect for the ABBA Voyage venue.
• Eileen (1/5): - The lication Having paid for the apartment, I was then charged another £500 because there were 5 of us. We arrived at 9pm and there wasn't even milk in the fridge. The toilet seat was broken.. the bathroom light string was so high only my brother could turn on the light. The beds, bed linen, duvets and pillows were old, cheap, nasty and uncomfortable. The wifi didn't work so no tv. No instructions on how to use anything. Ancient cooker. Unhelpful text received when asked about TV.
• Anna (1/5): Disappointed. - Location The Bed linen had stains. As you entered through the front door , there was a wire hanging down, not safety attached to the wall. Could have caused an accident.

• Lynn (3/5): Thank god it was only one night - Spacious Outside unkempt, windows and doors all need replacing, Area did not feel safe, drugs next door, facilities very dated and need replacing, generally beds and rooms clean. Sockets coming away from the walls and will not last much longer - you need to such this property till renovations take place

• Geraldine (10/5): Great location and very comfortable for a big group - Plenty of beds, very clean, so central, waking distance to train station, Westfields shopping centre and town centre. Very close to Abba theatre. Small shop only one minute walk away. Lovely house. Wasn’t sure about the location initially but it worked out well. We felt very secure. Needs more cups and cutlery.
• Clarke (1/5): Bad - Nothing. The property stank of weed that permeated the entire house including the bedrooms.I found it offensive and not an environment for my family weekend. The surrounding area of the property is not pleasant. The facilities, although clean, are basic. A showerhead over a small bath is not adequate in a house advertised for up to 9 adults sharing.The permanent fixture of a bed in the only living room is not comfortable or private for anyone. We had no heating on the first morning and were guided to repair the pressure in the boiler by video call from the agent. We spent as little time as possible in the house and left as soon as we could. I will definitely not be booking this property again.

• Tina (7/5): Ok for a place to sleep for one night - Plenty of rooms- lots of beds I don’t consider a wc as a bathroom! It is described as having 2 bathrooms. No plug in kitchen sink or washing up bowl so very difficult to wash dishes which needs to be done as there is no dishwasher yet there is space for 2 washing machines and a dryer. I would hate to be there for more than a few nights OR with lots of people without more useful facilities.
• Kay (2/5): Very poor - Location to Westfields shopping centre, shops and restaurants is very good. Stratford Itl Train Station is 5 minutes walk. The Abba arena is a 35 min walk. The place was clean. 10 out of 10 for comms. We had an issue with a broken lock and it was dealt with super quickly..although nails were left on the floor which one of us stood on in bare feet. I honestly don't know where to begin! The place was not suitable for 7 people never mind 10! Beds have been crammed into rooms to clearly make money without consideration of comfort or safety. They were pushed up to walls or against wardrobes or cupboards to fit more in which meant you had to climb in and out from the foot end and couldn't use wardrobes as the door couldn't open. There is one shower for the whole house. It's attached to the tap with a fixing that won't move so you have to use it as a hand held. You had to be a contortionist to get passed the 'fixed' shower screen. There is a second toilet on the ground floor which is so tiny you almost have to back in. No door on the lounge so whoever sleeps in there has no privacy. The settees in the lounge were rock hard (not sure if they're sofa beds) but we were not comfortable, and couldn't relax. Generally tatty and falling apart. Ripped curtains falling of the rails, windows that appear damaged. The whole place was in need of a serious upgrade. We didn't feel safe returning to the area at night. I'm glad we were in a group.
• Kathy (1/5): Absolutely Dire… would certainly not recommend to anyone!!!! - Nothing at all We dong live like this and I certainly don’t want to pay to sleep in a bed that we have to wear our clothes in … felt dirty! Everything … it was on a rough housing estate with unkept gardens and two big wheelie bins in front garden… house smelt of marijuana and was really basic… lumpy beds with waterproof sheets and hard pillows … very dark with spotlights .. nothing cosy about it!!! I did voice my concerns with the person who communicated with us … they was the only good thing … the person who sent details of key box etc!! This house should be taken off booking . com!!
• Margaret (5/5): Passable - we only needed somewhere to sleep so it was fine. - Lots of room. Door missing from sitting room which was also 4th bedroom, problem with cleanliness of one of the beds. Bathroom handle came off in my hand - prompt service when reported.

• Wilasinee (5/5): Passable - Location is not bad. The price is reasonable. The property was sell for 4 bedrooms but there are only 3 actual bedrooms. They put a bed in the living/dining area (not a room) and call it a bedroom. The apartment has only 1 bathroom. It is not enough for 10 people.
• Catherine (3/5): Disappointing and thankful it was just one night - Location and lounge area Sagging mattresses, hard pillows, a disfunctional shower, bathroom and toilet flooring was in disrepair, not enough plug sockets in each bedroom, front garden overgrown and rubbish in it, the whole apartment was tired and shabby
• Lorraine (2/5): Definately not recommended - This was close to where we wanted to go, but the address wasn't what we weee originally given, seemed bit dodgy as to why this happened, the owner seemed ok when i spoke to him once Unfortunately flat was dirty, all round skirting boards, floors and woodwork, there were 8 of us and only 5 bath towels then found some in the dryer still wet so we had to dry them but they were poor quality and no hand towels. Some of the beds were uncomfortable. The bathroom floor was in a terrible state, ripped lino and the mat was really slippy when you stood on it and there was no anti slip mat in the bath also only 2 toilet rolls for 8 people for 2 days. The owner asked when we would be out to get a new fridge delivered and on reflection we shouldn't have agreed to let him in when we were out as all our belongings were there and we didn't know who was coming in, they transferred our food to the new fridge but didn't swith it on!!! Considering we paid over £1000 for 2 days the flat should have been immaculate not filthy

• Gillian (5/5): Student accommodation at Ritz prices! - We only booked the property as it was in close proximity to the Abba Arena but it was a little further than we expected. The communication and support from the agent was very good. The pillows were rock hard, only one towel left per room (that slept 3.) There was washing left in the machine, and only one bathroom in a property that sleeps 12 is not ideal. The property needs a deep clean.

It was terrible, garden overgrown, bins full of bags of rubbish, rundown, windows blown, dirty toilet brushes, cooker knobs all melted, dirty washing still in the washing machine and dryer. It is really not a nice place to stay. Please steer clear.

It was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The management were very helpful and gave us the perfect accommodation for our party. Nothing

• James (4/5): Disappointed with property. - Location and quiet area ALL the beds need replaced, misshapen foam mattresses, dents and bumps. Bases all worn and mismatched. Only one bath towel each provided. No hand towels in bathrooms. Requested hairdryer, assured one on property, none to be found. Curtains loose and hanging haphazardly. Shower over bath, bath extremely high. Fridge not working, reported on day of departure, as we didn’t use it. Bed in living room, technically not a bedroom as stated. Uncomfortable sleep had by all.
• Emma (8/5): Great location and served it's purpose - The location was great and worked perfectly for what we needed. There weren't enough towels and cups for the 11 of us, so we had to get in contact to rectify this. The towels we did have were grubby and had stains on them.

• Connor (1/5): Dishonest - There is nothing good to say about this place or the team who rents it out. UPDATE: Now the hotel is lying further, accusing me of smoking (we have asthma and have never smoked a day in our lives!) My sister has been hospitalized for lung related issues. They are the ones who left burnt out cigarettes and the place wreaked of smoke. They also accuse me of housing more than the booked number, which isn't true, and of trying to extort them for money in exchange to not leave a negative review. Every word is a lie. I even have the message when I was about to book requesting the late check in as a necessity, yet they lie and state that I requested it last minute. Don't believe a word from these crooks! Horrible, broken-down beds with stains all over the pillows, terrible communication and lies, bathroom wreaks of cigarette smoke, lacking basic necessities like soap, a slap dash assembled shower that spills water everywhere, floors peeling up, and an armoire that almost fell over on me because it's broken. I used to live in this neighborhood, and so I know my way around and what the properties are like. This place is awful and clearly exists for massive groups who party. I only booked this late notice as I had a fifth person joining me and wanted to accommodate them. When I made this booking, however, I specifically cited the need for a late check-in and said if that was not available then I would book through someone else. I was assured that was fine only for them to call me while traveling telling me I had to be sent to another property and charged a late check in fee. The location we were sent to was supposed to be the same. If so, then all their properties must be in a miserable state. We were a much further walk from the tube access and I had a disabled person with me. When you book a location, the location actually matters. It's not a ballpark or suggestion. And I was charged for this late check in when there was simply a key left in a box by the door, along with some burnt out cigarettes. If I hadn't been able to take an international call, I'd have been stuck while already traveling abroad.
• Mary (10/5): Super weekend in perfect location and nice quiet area. Would def recommend. - Everything … staff ver accommodating especially Sam and Peter…. Location was perfect as we were attending the ABBA Voyage, for double birthday celebrations. There was 8 of us so having the house was perfect and we all had lots of space. Supermarket 2 mins away. Nothing really, could find a hairdryer but no big deal.

• Cristina (7/5): Great location, comfortable facilities for sleeping. Spacious. - Comfy beds, good TV, good heating. Excellent location for shopping and ABBA voyage. Quiet neighbourhood. Slept really well. Not a place for lounging around or cooking despite having the facilities. But a great place to stay while doing things around the Olympic Park A little difficult to get in and out of the bath for a shower
• Alex (9/5): Very good value and comfortable. I would stay there again. - It was spacious and had a really nice lounge area. It was surprisingly quiet for the area, and very comfortable. The linen could do with an upgrade. Some pillow cases were stained, and some of the towels rather thin.

• Debra (4/5): Extremely disappointing. - It was not the property I booked. I booked a 4 bedroom appartment. This was a 3 bedroom with a double bed in the lounge rendering the lounge unuseable for a group of people. The location was in “drug city”!! Drug dealing going on in the street. At one point while walking back to the apartment a mattress was thrown off the balcony above our property.

• Amanda (6/5): It was reasonable, but for over £100 pp per night I did not feel it was good value for money. - Beds were comfy, location was quiet. Fans were provided and one towel per person. Hand soap provided. Pillows all huge and fat, not comfortable...I had to put a cushion inside a pillowcase instead. No plugs in the basins and no towels in bathroom or downstairs toilet or kitchen. Lino not in good condition in bathroom and downstairs toilet. No shelves/bedside tables or lights by beds. Shower not easy to use-water either too hot or too old.

• Nikolai (10/5): Exceptional - The hosts were able to accommodate us well at extremely short notice. Due to the air traffic controls problems on 28 August 2023, many flights were cancelled and we needed at good place to stay at a reasonable price. This property met all our needs.

• Victoria (8/5): Nice clean house in a good location - easy to get to the tube - The house was clean and comfortable. Check in and out was easy. The parking permit for a space right outside the house was a big plus We were told it was 4 bedrooms, but one of the beds was in the lounge. Also, the toilet in the main bathroom constantly fills - this need fixing to avoid wasting water.
