• Lorena (5/5): Calidad precio NO recomendable - Únicamente la ubicación. Pero aún así se oía como si estuvieras dentro del propio metro. El apartamento está muy estropeado excepto la cocina, que creo que al igual que nosotros nadie usa cuando va ya que pasas el día fuera y solo acudes a ducharte y dormir. La cama es incómoda y pequeña y el sofá cama, ni para una noche.

La struttura mi aveva detto che era stato cambiato ma al mio arrivo ho constatato che non era possibile perché divano privo di materasso .
• Ishiwatari (1/5): 最悪です。ホテル施設として運営してはいけないレベルです。皆さんこの手のオーナーに気をつけて下さい。 - パディントン駅から近く、立地だけは良かったです。 まず、チェックイン当日のチェックインの時間になるまでも一切メール連絡が来ず、電話やメールにもいっさい反応がなく、入り方もわからないまま建物前で2時間も無駄にしました。 ブッキングドットコムにもクレームを入れようやくメールが届きましたが、そこに記載された手順では鍵が開かず、他の宿泊者の方がたまたま戻って来たタイミングで入り方を教わりました。その方もチェックイン時に全く同じように他の宿泊客に入り方を教わったそうで、さらに私達が宿泊している間も同じ様にチェックイン出来ずに入口で2時間待たされている新しい宿泊客に出会い、こちらで入り方を教えて差し上げました。 いっさいの謝罪もなく、同じようなことを繰り返しているこのオーナーはホテル施設を運営する資格が全くないと思われますし、このようなオーナーと契約を続けているブッキングドットコムさんにも疑問を持つようなレベルです。 立地の良さと清潔そうな部屋の写真を見て選んでしまいましたが、皆さん気をつけて下さい。
• Hasan Onur (7/5): - Paddington tren istasyonunun hemen yanında ve Londra’da her yere buradan seyahat edebilirsiniz. Yürümeyi seviyorsanız Hyde Park’ı ve Kensington Abbey’e vasıtasız gidebilirsiniz. Biz 4 kişilik bir aileyiz ve daire 3 kişinin kalabileceği şekilde dizayn edilmiş. Çekyat konforlu değildi ve sadece 1 kişi yatabilir.

• Claire (8/5): - Apartment was so clean and cosy. Eveeything we needed was there. It was just very noisey over night with the train station and my daughter couldn’t sleep. However location fab with station so close. Wee set ear plugs would have been ideal.

• Domagoj (3/5): Poor - Great location, easy access to apartment, apartment looks great and modern, all the facilities you need, kitchen utensils. The bedroom mattress is very uncomfortable, sofa bed very uncomfortable and damaged. Bonus is inflatable mattress which is more comfortable. Poor internet, internet kept disconnecting, washing machine wobbling, and hitting the kitchen unit.

• Rona (8/5): We enjoyed our stay. - Great location, very nice apartment, liked the design and the table on the roof. Lights in the living room didn’t work, we would like to have more towels. Not being able to leave the luggage anywhere after check out was really inconvenient.

• Kamilė (8/5): Very good - Thanks for the great apartments! We were a bit scared after reading other reviews, but the apartments are very good. The rooms are tidy, the kitchen has all the essentials, and the bathroom also has toiletries. The apartment is very cozy. In addition, the location is perfect, near the station from which the metro and buses to the airports depart. The beds are very uncomfortable, especially the sofa. You can sleep in the bedroom, but the sofa is definitely not suitable for receiving people. There is a hole lying on the sofa, a person falls while sleeping, his back hurt after two nights.
• Robert (5/5): For the price absolutely awful - No breakfast location good Address was not clear finding it was a nitemare and getting hold of anyone to get keys another nitemare wasted 2/3 hours the French doors opened to flat roof with no safety bars to a 10 foot drop very very dangerous !!!!

• Alison (8/5): A great, central location to enjoy the city. Would definitely stay again! - Great location, close to public transit, train station, great pubs, groceries, and more! Kitchen had everything we needed, apartment was well equipped. Beds were a little uncomfortable.
• Jenni (7/5): Good - The apartment was decent sized for three adults and a child, it was clean and location was good. For the first two days it was freezing inside but it got warmer during our stay. The sofa bed was really not comfortable. The other bed was better but not great either.
• Sarah (1/5): don’t stay here - location was problem with getting into property as we were given wrong admin code, took 2 hours to gain access, we had to let in another group later that night as they had same issues, also problem with heating(gas issue) host very unhelpful, apartment clean but entrance filthy with bags of rubbish left as front door & stairs filthy too

• Kinan (8/5): Great location. - Great location, can't be beat with all types of transports near by. The apartment was fairly new, modern bathroom and kitchen appliances. The bed and the sofa bed weren't comfortable. Definitely need replacement.
